Die Hotellobby ist ziemlich prächtig, und das Hotel liegt sehr nah an der Zhongyang Street, was die Anreise bequem macht. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und bietet sogar Lammkoteletts und Guo Bao Rou (knuspriges Schweinefleisch süß-sauer), wobei das Guo Bao Rou super lecker 😋 ist. Die kleinen Kuchen zum Nachmittagstee schmecken auch gut. Da ich erst mitten in der Nacht eincheckte, wurde mir nach Absprache ein später Check-out bis 14 Uhr gewährt, und beim Auschecken bekam ich sogar ein Abschiedsgeschenk. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist, dass das Zimmer etwas klein ist und ein großer Koffer kaum Platz zum Aufklappen hatte.

Crowne Plaza is a great hotel located within a short walk to plenty of restaurants and Sunac Mall (it has the Guinness World Record for largest indoor skiing, with affordable skiing lessons for kids if you prefer to stay within Harbin area). All staff from front desk to housekeeping are very friendly and any issues are resolved within a few minutes. Roughly 20mins by car to the Harbin Ice & Snow world and 30mins to the city centre. Located in a quiet area so there wasn't any noise or traffic nearby at night time. Room is spacious (fits our family of 4 with kids aged 6 & 8) and clean, housekeeping is very prompt. We had originally booked the themed room but change to the normal room to have a bathtub instead. Gym and pool facilities are decent and clean. (Note: Swimming cap is required, but you can buy it before swimming). Pleasant experience overall.

So, from the day that I booked, this, I was issued a concierge who contacted me through the application called WeChat. We communicated quite a bit he checked on me daily all the way up to the day of our trip and he actually took the bus to meet us at the gate. This gentleman took care of us the whole time we were there in the service was excellent. If I had to complain about something, it would be the language barrier.  Prepare yourself to spend some extra money because all the rides and everything inside of Snowtown cost additional money but your concierge that’s provided by the hotel can help you choose what activities you want to do.  So this hotel is located inside China Snowtown. The best way to get there from Harbin is to take the train to Yabuli and then hire a driver to the snowtown. From there you will have to buy a ticket to snowtown and get on a very short bus ride to the main area. 

I recently completed a 4-week stay at this hotel, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Upon check-in, the front desk team kindly upgraded me to a beautiful, spacious room that was kept perfectly clean and neat every day. Throughout my month-long stay, all the daily services, including the efficient laundry service, were seamless. Everyone I encountered was genuinely welcoming. Even during my early morning checkout, Zhang Yan (张燕) took great care of me and personally helped carry my luggage to the taxi. A major highlight of my daily stay was the morning breakfast service. I first met Zihan (紫涵) at the reception desk, where she was incredibly professional and welcoming. When she transitioned to the restaurant, she brought that same bright energy to my mornings. She always greeted me with a wonderful smile and was exceptionally attentive to my needs as an international guest. I also want to thank her colleague who worked alongside her in the restaurant previously for her kind hospitality, as well as the two main chefs in the kitchen. The two chefs prepared outstanding meals with immense care every single day, making a long stay feel like home. The teamwork here is fantastic. The service and food truly made my time in Harbin memorable. Wir hatten ursprünglich ein Standard-Doppelzimmer gebucht, haben aber bei der Ankunft für zusätzlich 250 pro Nacht ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit doppelseitigen Fenstern bekommen. Das Zimmer war doppelt so groß und super bequem. Wir haben an der Rezeption einen Luftbefeuchter angefordert. Devin und Dragon waren super nett und hilfsbereit, haben uns sogar unser Essen aufs Zimmer gebracht. Die Putzfrau hat immer sehr gründlich gereinigt 🧹. Das Frühstück war allerdings sehr streng geregelt. Es gab keine kostenlosen Extras. Selbst wenn Kinder nur 2 cm größer waren, mussten wir extra zahlen ಥ_ಥ Der Föhn war von Dyson. Jeden Tag gab es Elche 🫎 zur Interaktion im Erdgeschoss.

Unser Aufenthalt war absolut wunderbar. Das Zimmer hatte einen erstaunlichen Blick, und das Personal nahmen große Aufmerksamkeit auf uns sie sogar eine nette Unterschrift Hotel-Doll. Von dem Zimmer konnten wir die berühmten Eisskulpturen auf der Sonne Island sehen, die die Erfahrung noch besonderer machten. Die Frühstücksauswahl war sehr vielfältig und lecker. 10/10. Der Schwimmbad ist groß mit schönen Aussichten, und jedes Detail des Hotels fühlte sich perfekt. Wirklich das beste Hotel für Panoramaaussichten in Harbin. Sehr empfohlen! ❤️

Es war großartig und hat Spaß gemacht, meine Kinder hierher zu bringen. Am 1. Mai gab es ein Feuerwerk und es wurden Eintrittskarten für den Spielplatz nebenan geschenkt. Ich werde bei nächster Gelegenheit wiederkommen. Bevor ich ging, gab die Rezeption meinem Kind einen kleinen weichen Rucksack aus einer schwarzen Katze. Ein kleiner Vorschlag ist, den Sicherheitsschutz an der großen Badewanne mit einem Lautsprecher auszustatten. Bei einigen Kindern besteht möglicherweise die Gefahr, dass der Sicherheitsschutz in der Badewanne umkippt, da die Warnungen nicht zu groß sind durch Geschrei. Es kommt auf die Sicherheit der Mitglieder an...

”I extend to this hotel my highest recommendation due to their dedication to the highest standards of hospitality.” Exceptional service that went above and beyond— one of our family members had an accident in the snow even before we arrived in Snow Town. We requested medical care when we arrived, and the hotel provided us with more than the assistance that we needed. (1) They provide us everything in the room and make sure we have a comfortable stay even though we only stayed for one night; (2) We arrived late, and the hotel restaurant is about to close in a few minutes; perhaps they will still accommodate us and serve us scrumptious food (comfort food for a very challenging day); (3) After our meal, they get us to the clinic. The hotel provides us a translator, making a potentially stressful situation much easier; (4) We requested transportation to Yabuli with very limited time. The hotel provided us with car service with an excellent driver. The hotel driver assisted us so well. He patiently waited for us to board the train and made sure we got off at Yabuli safely. The quality of service they provided us is a remarkable example of going above and beyond for guest comfort and well-being, especially in a new place with a language barrier. We appreciate your excellent customer service and assistance for international visitors, particularly those who require medical attention. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to my fellow foreign travelers!.

A Heartfelt Review of Victories Hotel, Harbin We are two ladies over 50 visiting Harbin for a meeting. We chose Victories Hotel based on a friend’s recommendation, and we’re so glad we did. Even with the language barrier, the service was TRULY EXCELLENT. We experienced several wonderful touches: the concierge helped collect my parcel and walked with me to carry all the heavy items; the receptionists were excellent at helping us book a Didi and explaining how many pieces of luggage we had; and when there was a problem with a Taobao parcel, the concierge called the courier to explain the location. Breakfast was international, and the noodles were delicious. I left Victories Hotel on 29 September at 6:00 AM Harbin time, and the Taobao parcel arrived after I had already left for the airport. I told the seller to leave it with the receptionist and concierge because they had been so helpful, and I was very grateful. (I dont know whether this possible as a Thank You Gift). There are just a few small suggestions: On 26 September, when we asked the gentleman at reception to order a Didi—we were in a hurry—communication was difficult, so he only told us to hail a taxi on the street. The drinking glasses were not washed. The hotel’s location and name in English and Mandarin may not match, so the courier could not find the hotel, and some of our ordered items could not be delivered. Overall, we highly recommend Victories Hotel for anyone traveling to Harbin.

Ich und mein Mann mit drei Kindern aus Kanada kamen nach China zu reisen. Unsere Kinder waren noch nie in China, und das ist ihr erstes Reisen nach China. Wir blieben in diesem schönen Hua Xia Qu She B&B, der Buttermann und der Besitzer waren sehr freundlich, wir lieben wirklich den Dekorationsstil dieses Ortes, und die Unterkunftszubehör waren auch sehr komplett. Die Dusche und das warme Wasser waren sehr komfortabel, und das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Meine Kinder mögen kleine Tiere. Es gibt Katzen und Hunde im B&B sie sind sehr freundlich und geeignet für Spiel mit Kindern. Hier gingen wir zum Sun Mountain Ski Resort, Tiger Park, Zugmuseum usw. Meine Kinder sahen hier zum ersten Mal Feuerwerke und hinterließen unvergessliche Erinnerungen.Der Besitzer gab uns auch eine Menge Reise- und Beratungsleistungen, die unsere Reise sehr reibungslos und angenehm gemacht hat! Wir würden sicher in Zukunft wiederkommen.
