Title: Exceptional service and hospitality! I stayed at this hotel for two nights during my trip to Vietnam, and I had a truly wonderful experience. I was especially impressed by the service from the front desk staff member, Bùi Thị Thản. She kindly upgraded our room for free, which was such a lovely surprise and made our stay so comfortable. Thanks to Bùi Thị Thản’s attentive care and warm hospitality, our trip was even more enjoyable. Thank you so much! Although the hotel is a bit far from the airport, I highly recommend it to everyone. Dù khách sạn hơi xa sân bay một chút, nhưng tôi vẫn nhiệt tình giới thiệu nơi này cho mọi người. Tôi nhất định sẽ chọn khách sạn này nếu có dịp quay lại Việt Nam.

10 VND für Flamigo Dai Lai Resort. Der Empfänger namens Minh ist sehr enthusiastisch, aufmerksam, besonders schön und schön. Meine Baby hatte am Tag der Eincheckung einen Geburtstag, das Resort gab auch einen sehr schönen und leckeren Katzenkuchen. Guter Service, freundliches Personal, die ganze Familie hatte einen guten Aufenthalt hier. Meine Kinder lieben es. Wird wieder in Flamigo Dai Lai viele Male kommen, wenn ich die Gelegenheit habe. Nice!

Sehr komfortabel und sauber Hotel, das sehr neu ist, hat alle Einrichtungen, die Sie benötigen und sehr nettes Personal, würde sicherlich hier wieder bleiben.

Tôi đặt phòng 2 giường với giá khoảng 4.100.000đ/ đêm. Khi tôi đến là 16:000 tôi nhận được phòng không đúng với hình ảnh tôi đặt, tôi có yêu cầu nhân viên đổi phòng 2 giường, nhân viên nói chưa có phòng, phải chờ tử 30p-1 tiếng mới có phòng. Tôi đã rất mệt nên không thể chờ đợi. Nhân viên k tỏ ra có lỗi mà nói với tôi bằng giọng rất lạnh lùng. ”Không có phòng, chị muốn đổi thì phải chờ...” tôi thật thất vọng với một số tiền bỏ ra như vậy mà nhận lại thái độ phục vụ không xứng đáng.

Everything about hotel and staff was really good. The staff were always polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble when asked questions etc. Swimming pool was clean and enjoyable too, very good for families The breakfast was amazing, such a wide range of choice and availability. Also the hours were perfect for all guest types. All in all a good place to spend a few days relaxing in town and surrounding areas

I could not imagine a more perfect place to get away from the stresses of life. A small and intimate resort nestled amongst pomelo and orange orchards. While the location is a bit remote, it was well worth the travel - it truly felt like an escape from the world. The rooms are spotless, comfortable and well appointed. Each detail has been meticulously thought out by the owners, who could not have been more kind or thoughtful. Any request was immediately taken care of. The hotel also boasts a lovely restaurant where the chef makes each meal from scratch - each and every one was INCREDIBLE!! I could not have had a more perfect stay and I hope to return many times in the future. 1000/10 highly recommend. Don’t sleep on this gem! 💎💎💎💎💎

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Villa! Der Ort ist schön, gut gepflegt, und sehr komfortabel es wirklich fühlte sich wie ein Haus weg von zu Hause. Einer der Highlights war in der Lage, unsere eigenen Mahlzeiten zu kochen, was hinzugefügt, die gemütliche, heimische Vibe unseres Aufenthalts. Der Pflegepersonal war sehr bequem und hilfreich, um sicherzustellen, dass wir alles hatten, was wir brauchten und waren komfortabel. Eine Verbesserung wäre, das Licht in den Pool hinzuzufügen. Während es zwei Lichter außerhalb des Pools gibt, wird es immer noch ziemlich dunkel in der Nacht, was die Nachtzeit beschränkt Schwimmbad oder Pool-Entspannung. Insgesamt hatten wir eine große Erfahrung und würden sicherlich überlegen, wieder zu bleiben. Mit nur wenigen kleinen Verbesserungen, könnte es noch perfekter sein!

Location is great, near by the square. In my visit period, there’re construction beside the hotel, noisy start from 7.00am along the day. I can’t sleep well so I asked hotel manager to changed the room and they changed the new room for me with stunning view. Show the spirit of service mind. But 1 more concern due to the walls are thin, so I can clearly hear noises from the surrounding rooms—talking, footsteps, stomping, even furniture being moved. It’s really not recommend for light sleepers.

酒店就在越池市中心，馬路對面就是糊。每天晚上去湖邊散步非常方便。房間比較寬敞，雖然裝修有點舊，但基本功能都有。算是當地較好的酒店了。 酒店四樓有游泳池和一個簡單的健身房，因為酒店停車場很大，經常承接各種會議和比賽接待，這兩天就在接待一個亞洲女子足球賽的住宿。以前的網球場改為皮克球場了。 餐廳早餐選擇種類不多，但基本的米粉，煎蛋，紅燒牛肉，白水蔬菜，點心，水果每天都有。晚餐也可以在餐廳點他家的套餐，有雞肉和魚肉兩種，個人覺得那個梅子燒魚肉套餐比較符合我們的口味，算是越南餐館做的好吃的了。 總的來説，在越池附近上午出差，這家算不錯的了。
