Das Hotel befindet sich direkt im Zentrum von Bukhara. Preis ist großartig angesichts der Lage und die Tatsache, dass das Frühstück inbegriffen ist. Zimmer war sauber, keine Probleme. Der Typ, der am Rezeption arbeitet, ist nett und er half mir mit meiner Waschmaschine. Er würde mir wann immer ich wollte Wasser geben. Ich würde, wenn es nötig wäre, wieder bleiben.

I decided to stay at Dunyo Palace as it had a swimming pool and was great value for money. Getting to Dunyo Palace was very easy on public transport as I caught bus no 33 from the centre of Bukhara straight to the outside of the hotel. It was easy. I have stayed at Dunyo palace before and I had a great stay. My room was bigger than expected with a fridge, air conditioning and a kettle. I was greeted by the nice reception lady she was very helpful. I had breakfast and it was a buffet with a large selection of Uzbekistan breakfast foods. An omelette was freshly prepared for me in the mornings. The hotel pool was really nice to swim in after a long day walking around sight seeing in Bukhara. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and I will stay again in the future. The images I share are of the room I stayed in on my departure, the air conditioning, and the bathroom area. Der Fußweg vom Mercure Hotel zu den wichtigsten Aussichtspunkten dauert etwa fünfzehn Minuten. Das Frühstück im Hotel schmeckt gut und die Kaffeeauswahl ist gut. Die Gestaltung des Innenhofs sowie die Tür- und Fenstergestaltung unterscheiden sich von gewöhnlichen Hotels. Sie sind recht einzigartig und komfortabel. Die Hoteltoilette ist sehr komfortabel zu benutzen und die Utensilien sind einfach zu benutzen. Der Hotelpool ist sehr schön und das Fitnessstudio ist relativ einfach, bietet aber Smiths-Training und Hanteln. Der Gesamtaufenthalt war großartig.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Boutique Old City, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip. Perfectly located in the heart of the old town, the hotel offers convenient access to major historical attractions, local restaurants, and vibrant الأسواق, all within walking distance. This made it incredibly easy to explore the cultural charm of the city without needing transportation. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality of the staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the team went out of their way to ensure I felt welcomed. They were always ready to assist with recommendations, directions, and even small personal requests, which added a thoughtful touch to the overall experience. The room itself was beautifully designed, blending traditional aesthetics with modern comfort. It was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with attention to detail in both décor and amenities. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after long days of sightseeing. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite the central location, which can often be a challenge in busy areas. One of the standout features of Boutique Old City is its charming courtyard. It provides a peaceful space to relax, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, and soak in the historical ambiance. In the mornings, breakfast was served with a variety of local and international options. Everything was fresh and delicious, and it was a great way to start the day. Another aspect worth mentioning is the hotel’s authenticity. Unlike larger chain hotels, Boutique Old City offers a more intimate and culturally immersive experience. The architecture and interior design reflect the heritage of the region, allowing guests to feel more connected to the destination. Overall, my stay at Boutique Old City exceeded expectations. It combines excellent location, friendly service, and comfortable accommodation in a way that truly enhances the travel experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and authentic stay in the old city.

Wonderful staff, but the hotel is a compromise The staff here are genuinely lovely — warm, attentive, and always willing to help. That's the highlight of the stay, and it deserves real credit. But the hotel itself is a compromise. The main draw is the outdoor pool, which is excellent — and honestly, there's nothing of this quality anywhere else in the city. The problem is everything around it. The hotel sits far from the historic center, so you're dependent on taxis to get anywhere worth seeing. The views from the rooms look out onto old Soviet-era buildings with little charm, and there's a layer of dust over everything. The pool is where the real frustrations begin. It's open to non-guests for a fee, which means it's frequently overcrowded — especially on weekends, when there's often simply no space. Many of the local visitors behave with little regard for others: jumping in, shouting, treating it like a public party rather than a hotel pool. Some show up and drink heavily. During our stay there was a man who was completely, falling-down drunk — he stumbled and nearly cracked his head open several times. The staff had no idea how to handle it. They let him lie around, swim, even dance, while children of paying guests were right there in the water nearby. For a spa team, this is real unprofessionalism — there was no intervention, no sense of safety, no management of the situation at all. On top of that, Sundays are women-only days, with men not allowed in at all. I understand the intent, but if you've traveled here and paid specifically for the pool, that's a significant loss - because without the pool, the hotel is honestly rather grim and uninteresting. In short: the people who work here are kind, and the pool is the best in town. But the location, the surroundings, the overcrowding, and especially the spa staff's inability to maintain a safe, professional environment make this a place you choose despite its flaws, not because of them.

Die Lage liegt in der Nähe des Thürms Bhukara und der Bucharanischen Buche (15Min. Fuß). Das Zimmer ist sauber und sehr geräumig, mit Wasser und Einrichtungen sind alle verfügbar. Personal ist sehr hilfreich und wissensvoll mit guten Empfehlungen für die nahe gelegenen Restaurants Ein großzügiges und ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr empfohlen.

Ein Aufenthalt wie auf einer Zeitreise in die antike Stadt Buchara. Das Hotel liegt etwa drei Gehminuten südlich von der Altstadt Bucharas, eine Gasse entlang. Der Hoteleingang ist vielleicht nicht sofort erkennbar, aber bei genauerem Hinsehen fällt ein Schild auf. Sobald man den Eingang durchquert, erinnert das Gebäude an den alten Buchara-Stil und vermittelt das Gefühl, in die Vergangenheit zurückgereist zu sein. Sogar die Einrichtung jedes Hotelzimmers wirkt anders. Wenn ich die Gelegenheit dazu hätte, würde ich definitiv versuchen, ein anderes Zimmer aus dieser Zeit zu buchen. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sodass Sie sich während Ihres Aufenthalts wohlfühlen werden. Der Frühstücksraum war geräumig und bot eine große Auswahl an Brot und Obst, die köstlich waren. Wenn Sie nach Buchara kommen, empfehle ich Ihnen, in einem Zimmer mit dieser besonderen Atmosphäre zu übernachten!

I am so glad to have chosen this guesthouse. It was our best experience among all the other hotels. The owner, Iha, was so hospitable. The rooms were not big given that there were 3 beds but it was comfortable. The toilet was clean and comfortable. Beautifully decorated too. I was having sinus problems and Iha made a pot of mint tea for me, complimentary. Very kind! He also took us on a tour to the Summer Palace. Som reviews has said it was difficult to locate. That’s because the entrance is facing a side lane. I am putting a pic here so that you can recognise how it look like as your taxi drive past.

The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located, with many of Bukhara’s main attractions within walking distance. Everything is brand new, and I would highly recommend this hotel. I visit Bukhara at least twice a year, and this is by far the best hotel I have stayed at in the city so far. The hotel had only been open for about a week during my stay, so I believe some minor issues are simply because the staff are still getting used to the systems and procedures. For example, my reservation showed that the payment had already been made, but at checkout I was told that the payment had not yet appeared in their account. I had to wait for around 5–10 minutes while they checked the situation, but eventually everything was sorted out and I was able to leave without any problem. Considering how new the hotel is, I completely understand these minor issues. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again.

Ich habe kein Foto vom Zimmer gemacht, da es ein einfaches Zimmer ist. Das Personal ist höflich und hilfsbereit. Sie sprechen nicht sehr gut Englisch. Die Umgebung liegt ganz in der Nähe von Sehenswürdigkeiten in Buchara wie der Arche von Buchara, dem Ismail-Museum und Chor Minor. Es ist sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Nähe zum Hotel beträgt 30 Minuten zu Fuß.
