The hotel was immaculate and the staff were so friendly. The pool was a great way to keep the children entertained, and they even had some pool toys available over the weekend. The Christmas decorations were absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was cooked to perfection—I’m sure there’s a fantastic cook on staff. Coffee and tea are complimentary in reception and always in a clean area. The one-bedroom king suite had a lovely kitchenette, which was perfect for cooking up a storm. The location was great, just a short walk to a shopping centre, Target, Dave’s Hot Chicken, Chipotle and a few other shops. It’s also a short drive to town, and there’s plenty of parking available. The room is usually cleaned upon request, but once you ask, it’s done. One thing that could have been improved was the sofa bed. It was quite uncomfortable, and since we booked the room for a family of four, it would have been lovely if the bed had been made for us on the first night. Unfortunately, we noticed some reddish-brown stains on the mattress, which were quite unsightly and could have been blood or some kind of spillage.

Das Hotel hat uns auch einen Aufgrad gemacht. Sehr zufrieden 👍 Wir hatten am ersten Stock des Hotels um 7:30 Uhr ein Abendessen im Restaurant. Es war ursprünglich für die Drachenblume, aber es ist vielleicht spät. Die Drachenblume sind nicht da. Der Geschmack ist auch 👍 Die Menge an Speisen ist groß, und die beiden sind nicht verschwenderisch.

Wir hatten einen erstaunlichen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Unser Zimmer war geräumig, gemütlich und sehr komfortabel, mit zwei komfortablen Betten und zwei TVs. Es gab drei Schließfächer und sogar einen Feuerplatz, was das Zimmer extra willkommen fühlte. Die Küche war auch sehr gut ausgestattet mit Tassen, Platten, Werkzeugen und alles, was wir brauchten. Alles in dem Zimmer war hervorragend, und wir genossen wirklich unseren Aufenthalt. Das erfreuliche Frühstück war ein großer Bonus. Ich würde jedoch vorschlagen, mehr Nicht-Schweine-Optionen, wie Hühner oder Rindfleisch, da viele Gäste nicht Schweine essen. Ein weiterer Bereich für Verbesserungen wäre der Schwimmbad, der nicht Temperaturkontrolliert war und deshalb haben wir nicht die Möglichkeit, während unseres Aufenthalts zu schwimmen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine wunderbare Erfahrung und würden sicherlich auch noch einmal hier bleiben.

South Burlington definitely need a car to get to Burlington proper. They do have a shuttle bus though that runs to like ten pm I think. The king bed with bath doesn’t exist , the bathtub is kind of old school. Checking in can be slow (waited in line for a bit). Refrigerators in room but no microwave, one exist in lobby. Gym is ok, indoor swimming pool is nice, gym isn’t 24 hours. Room was ok.

I found it to be perfect for my trip. I was up there for the mountains and the location put me within 30 to 40 minutes or miles to the wilderness green mountains but still allowed for me to enjoy my basic habits like coffee (Starbucks and dunkin close by) and places to eat(plenty of restaurants and pubs near by). It is a bit strange not having an office to go to when questions or problems arise, but the manager Mike was fantastic and picked up the phone when I called to ask the one question I had (laundry room- it was free to use and although I brought my own detergent, I did see other customers use the detergent that was provided). All in all, very good place and i would stay again without any reservations!

Concierge didn't know how to use TV remote; we both struggled with the TV/remote in the lobby until we got the channel I was seeking. Room was very attractive, figured out on my own how to get heat in room and what Wifi password was (no verbal or written instructions provided). Bed very comfortable, very nice to have refrigerator/freezer, microwave in room. Only significantly negative aspect was shower: it was STRONG flow and I found no way to make water force more gentle. Water drained out of tub slower than projected out of shower head, so tub quickly retained water and I ended up standing in soapy water entire time in shower.

Room was spacious and felt well maintained Breakfast was good One issue I had during my stay was at least twice someone tried to enter my room without knocking and the door was stopped by the door latch. I assume it was hotel staff as the door was opened without my 2 access cards. But no knocking or calling of room service before the door was opened and by the time i went to open the door, no one was outside Felt strange Reported the first encounter to the front desk but still it happened a second time

Der Feuerpjt war in der Nacht für einen ruhigen Wind. Das Zimmer könnte wahrscheinlich sauberer oder besser gepflegt werden, da die Rohre im Zimmer sind ziemlich offensichtlich und die Loch in der Nähe der Wände in dem Gästezimmer sehen. Aber schätzen Sie es, da das Hotel auf einer Landseite befindet. Meine persönliche weiße Badhandtuch wurde von dem Haushalterteam entfernt, weil es ähnlich wie das Hotelhandtuch aussah. Glücklicherweise wurde es gerade vor der Abfrage gefunden. Danke an das Haushalterteam.

The hotel was clean and in great condition. The staff was fantastic and friendly and always went the extra mile. The breakfast was great with many options and again the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Pool was clean and the kids had fun. I would 100% stay at this hotel again and I recommend it to others. Their service, care, friendliness and customer service should be a benchmark to all hotel and customer service representatives
