The hotel was okay, it met standards but there were many small things that made our stay feel less perfect. Upon check in the room was very spacious for a double queen bed room, and bathroom spacious as well. The amenities are lacking a bit, in the bathroom it was just minimal 1 makeup remover wipe and a shower cap and hand soap. It comes with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but our conditioner was out and stayed empty for 2 days (as I thought the cleaners might notice and refill), until I requested front desk to refill it. In terms of cleanliness some of the towels had some minor stains and the bathroom had rust and brown stains in the bathtub so it didn’t feel super clean. The worst part was that when I entered the hotel the sheets were soooooo pilly and rough, they didn’t feel soft and welcoming as a hotel should have. Those sheets should’ve been thrown out years ago, I wouldn’t even keep sheets like that at my own house they were so worn down, bumpy, and uncomfortable, I asked front desk the next morning if I could please have them changed and got a very sassy and rude response that “usually requests like this should come in before 9AM and it’s not guaranteed that they can be changed” (I requested this around 10AM before the cleaners had even appeared on my floor). I found this response extremely off putting and inhospitable, since it’s not like I caused the sheets to be rough and uncomfortable and was simply making a request to make my stay better and more comfortable, and I also requested it very kindly and didn’t rush them to do anything- just by end of day or the next day so I wouldn’t have to sleep on rough uncomfortable sheets the entire 5 days I was there. They ended up changing them but I didn’t appreciate that kind of reply. 2 days after, the cleaners left their dirty rags, some random extra pillowcases on random surfaces by my personal items on the desk and night side table, It was very careless and unprofessional and who knows where the dirty rags have been, and where those random pillowcases came from if they were clean or not, next to my personal items. They also didn’t finish cleaning the bathroom and there were missing towels and didn’t finish taking the dirty towels out. Moving on, the location was okay but one of the farther hotels from the Zion National Park entrance in the town, I did like the pool and the restaurants nearby. Lastly, for the complimentary breakfast it was basic but good and I appreciated having that every morning before we left for our adventures.

Wir sind eine Familienreise, dieses Hotel ist sehr gut, das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr herzlich, das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, der Parkplatz ist sehr praktisch, für Reisen mit Kindern geeignet.

I booked this hotel for its location and price and it CAME THROUGH on both counts. It is located conveniently downtown, and the price was great compared to other options. There was black mold in the wallpaper above the shower, but the weather was amazing and I kept my windows open, so I wasn't concerned. The heating lamp in the bathroom didn't work, but that may have been intentional. Otherwise, everything was clean and functioning well! Staff was always available to help. Great view of the mountains (see photo). If you just need a convenient place to lay your head, then this is perfect. Will plan to stay here again.

Ich weiß nicht, ob die Bettwäsche gewechselt wurde; sie war voller Haare und Schmutz. Ich habe an der Rezeption nach Bettwäsche und Kissenbezügen gefragt und diese selbst gewechselt. Ansonsten war die Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war ähnlich wie in anderen Holiday Inns, aber die Obstauswahl und der Geschmack waren besser.

When I first stepped inside, I was honestly impressed — it’s minimalist, modern, and warm at the same time. The big window opens up to a stunning view of Utah’s red mountains — a sight that instantly makes you slow down and breathe. The highlight? Nighttime. 🌌 Each suite comes with its own fire pit. My friend and I sat outside roasting marshmallows, sipping wine, and watching the stars slowly fill the sky. It was quiet, magical, and so peaceful — the kind of night you wish could last forever. In the morning, we walked to the cozy lobby café, where they offer coffee, granola, and yogurt — simple but perfect. The whole space feels like a little community of travelers who love nature and good design. If you’ve been dreaming about reconnecting with nature without sacrificing comfort, AutoCamp Zion is the perfect place. 🌿 It’s peaceful, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed to make you feel grounded, inspired, and completely at ease.

Wir fuhren vom Tahoe Lake bis Salt Lake, so war es ein langer Tag... dankbar war der Front Desk sehr freundlich und sagten, sie würden unsere Reservierung bis 4:00 Uhr halten, wir kamen ein bisschen nach 1:00 Uhr. Das kontinentale Frühstück war gut, aber sie liefen aus der Waffelmischung, bevor mein Sohn und ich beide eine volle Waffel bekommen konnten. Und wir wollten auf dem Pool und der Heißrock bis zum checkout, aber der Pool war geschlossen für Reinigung oder etwas... all-in-all ein wenig enttäuschend, aber schwer zu argumentieren mit dem $109 Preistag für eine Familie von 4...

Dies war ein schönes, sauberes Hotel mit einer leicht zugänglichen Parkgarage und sehr leicht zu finden?

Pleasantly surprised at how nice everything was at the hotel. Checking was quick and friendly. I was given a delicious chocolate chip and walnut cookie after checking in. My room was quiet, clean, large, with a very comfortable queen bed, and a nice easy chair. Their airport shuttle also was available at 4 am, when I needed it. I will definitely stay again when I need to stay overnight near the airport.

Am Memorial-Wochenende war das Hotel wie zu erwarten brechend voll. Dennoch verlief der Check-In recht zügig, wenngleich auch sehr unpersönlich und nahezu wortlos. Viel freundlicher erschien mir das Personal auch in den folgenden Tagen nicht. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Matratze war ausreichend fest, das Sofa an einigen Stellen leider etwas durchgelegen und zu nah an der Klimaanlage. Alles für einen dreitägigen Aufenthalt Notwendige war vorhanden. Extrem störend waren die hellhörigen Wände, man hörte aus den Nachbarzimmern praktisch jedes Wort. Beim Frühstück ging es hektisch zu. Der Raum fürs Buffet ist vom restlichen Frühstücksraum abgetrennt und in ihm wird es schnell eng. Das Übliche wurde serviert: Rührei, Bratkartoffeln und Burger Patties (wenig schmackhaft), außerdem Toast, Waffeln, Cerealien und Obst.

Das Hotel ist neu, der Service ist gut und der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Moab ist ein magischer Ort mit riesigen roten Steinklippen am Colorado River und einer einzigartigen Landschaft. Auch der nahe gelegene Arches-Nationalpark ist eine einzigartige Landschaft!
