I booked a 3-night stay at Sam's Town Hotel and Casino and my experience there was wonderful. The staff was professional and accommodating. The rooms were clean. The shower was huge although I had to look up how to turn on the shower head (Tip: Turn on the shower and pull the spout down at the end of the tub faucet). It would've been nice if the rooms had a microwave and I would've liked more restaurant options but overall I had a nice stay.

Enjoyed my stay. Nice, clean room. Witness a guest stumble past 2 staff members with a beer in his hand. The guest eventually fell at the elevator. I informed the staff members present. ID staff informed me that he called someone but did not leave his post. A third staff member arrived as we entered the elevator. I can understand the member checking ID could not leave his post, but the other guy standing closer to elevators could have made some type of effort to assist.

Easy to use Trip.com app/site. Got a good rate, room was large and roomy! Bed could have been more comfortable. More pillows would have been better, too The pool and jacuzzi area were nice. However, the jacuzzi was not hot it was more of a heated pool experience with bubbles! The slide was closed 😪 the attendant said it hasn't been on all summer! Except when the pool is closed to circulate the water. We were very disappointed!

Service is good... Facility don't serve food..It's very relaxing and comfortable.. Can't wait until we go back.

The location of this hotel was lovely right next to RiverWalk mall. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Didn’t like that carpet in the room and hallways kinda of gave those areas a smell (more so the hallways) Also, wasn’t a fan of the shower/tub combo wish all hotels would update to showers only. But our overall stay was good.

After a little messing around with the room we booked (noisy due to close by building work), the hotel was excellent. No issues moving room

It was Mardi Gras week and the hotel was super busy. Pool was great though it’s a little small. Location was fantastic, right smack on bourbon street. They do lack basic amenities like in-room complimentary bottled water for a four star hotel. Desire restaurant has got great food and especially the oysters. They are also a dog friendly hotel, but pet toilet was artificial grass / green carpet located at the basement carpark, which wasn’t very convenient and it smells bad.

Die ganze Erfahrung war großartig. Ich habe eine SMS von jemandem erhalten, der mir sagte, wenn ich etwas brauche, lass es sie wissen und tatsächlich habe ich meinen Rasierer vergessen. Ich schreibe die Nummer und jemand zeigt innerhalb von 5 Minuten mit einem Rasiermesser.

Gute Lage, direkt an der French Street, 5 Minuten zu Fuß von jedem roten Laden entfernt. Das Hotel ist wunderschön und der kleine Innengarten ist perfekt für den Nachmittagstee. Die lokale Jumbo-Suppe ist ebenfalls kostenlos in der Hotellobby erhältlich, ähnlich wie die Meeresfrüchtesuppe mit schwarzem Pfeffer, die gut schmeckt. Beim Einchecken fragte mich die Rezeption, ob ich den Zimmertyp upgraden würde, ich stimmte zu, aber das Upgrade des Zimmers kostete 100 Messer im Clubraum, aber das Zimmer war klein, nur ein halbes Fenster, also entschied ich mich? Um wieder zum ursprünglichen Garteninnenraum zu wechseln, finde ich den Raum größer und komfortabler.
