Jedes Mal, wenn Sie in der Stadt kommen, wohnen Sie hier, gehen Sie zum Geschäft sehr bequem, unten ist ein Café.

Das Hotel sah aus wie es etwas Renovierungsbedarf, aber es hat einen starken Punkt, dass es gerade am See Van ist. Ich hatte einige Probleme während meines Aufenthalts, aber sie wurden sofort gelöst. Das Zimmer, das mir zuerst geräuchert wurde, riechte von Dränereileitungen, so dass sie mir sofort einen anderen gab. Am Abend bemerkte ich, dass mein Haartrockner gebrochen war. Sie schickten sofort jemanden, um es zu reparieren. Am nächsten Tag war das Wasser aus meinem Toilette nicht mehr funktioniert. Sie schickten jemanden, um es sofort zu reparieren, während ich Frühstück hatte. Sie sind sehr schnell, um irgendwelche Probleme zu lösen. Ich liebe das Frühstück, so viel Sorte. Und ich bin dankbar, dass sie mir mein Zimmer etwas früher zulassen, welche viele Hotels nicht einmal, wenn sie es konnten. Das Personal ist großartig.

Wir haben unlängst im Hilton DoubleTree geblieben und waren von der Qualität der Service, insbesondere von einem Mitarbeiter namens Halil, sehr beeindruckt. Von dem Moment an, als ich mich anmeldete, ging Halil oben und weiter, um sicherzustellen, dass mein Aufenthalt komfortable und stressfrei war. Er war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und wirklich hilfreich, ob es mit lokalen Richtungen, Empfehlungen, oder sicherstellen, dass alles in meinem Zimmer die Erwartungen erfüllt. Sein Professionalität und freundlicher Verhaltensweisen machten einen dauerhaften Eindruck und erhöhten wirklich die Gesamterfahrung. Es ist Personal wie Halil, die einen Unterschied in der Gastfreundschaft machen. Dank seiner Dediktion und Service werde ich sicherlich auf diese Stelle zurückkehren und es anderen empfehlen. I've been there with my wife for 4 nights. The room was tidy and clean. The towels and blankets were perfectly clean too. The bathroom was spotless, but the shower cabin needs to be renovated I guess. There were Persian-speaking reception that could be so helpful for Iranian. They were so polite and welcoming, especially Mahan. They have a Persian nightclub there. I didn't go, but I guess it's cool. Location is so close to the Chumhuriat street. There are almost some shops and supermarkets like A101. Breakfast is not wow, but fine, with various jams, butters, cheeses, eggs, and such. Restaurant staff are really welcoming. Overall it is worth it.

新しいホテルで、お部屋も清潔でした。 朝食会場からの景色も素晴らしく、vanならではの朝食もいただけました。 アメニティがもっと充実して欲しかったです。

It is new building and clean. Staffs are friendly & nice. Most important thing in this hotel is The reception Lady👍 She has the most important roll in managing hotel. She will help you with anything you ask regardless wether your question is About the hotel services or shopping out ir finding a suitable place. This lady is the Real important Key in this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this Hotel without this lady sitting in reception seat👍👍👍 Thank you🙏🏻

The clerks are very heartwarming. They answered all my questions for traveling and gave me some advice in English. The last day after checking out, the clerk even led me to the minibus station, telling me how to go to the Van Castle. The breakfast they offers is traditional Turkish breakfast. While the sound insulation effect of the room is very bad. Every night I will wake up because of the noise outside. If you are not strict with the sound, I strongly advice you to book this hotel.

Die Lage ist definitiv ein Pluspunkt für dieses Hotel. Man kann fast alles im Zentrum zu Fuß erreichen, und Flughafen und Fernbusbahnhof sind ganz in der Nähe. Der Zimmerservice könnte etwas aufmerksamer sein, um Probleme während des Aufenthalts zu vermeiden. Ansonsten sind alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Staffs are friendly and attentive I arrived at the accommodation and went to see the van-cat, they guided me directly, and when I asked about the bus to Doubeyajit, they helped me as if it were their own business I was very satisfied with the cleaning condition and facilities. Thanks to them, I had a very good impression of Van I highly recommend it to anyone
