Dieser Ort ist der beste Ort, den ich während der Reise geblieben habe. Sie können dem Besitzer sicher sagen, dass sich um ihre Gäste kümmert. Sie haben uns ein Licht auf und heißen uns, als wir spät angekommen sind. Nett und warm, sobald wir da sind. Ja, wir werden in Zukunft wieder sein.

The room was small being disappointing from other good IBIS Hotels have had bigger. In this case the ceiling had mould which is not good at all being left there. I should have asked to change rooms but stayed in it with little window viewing as well along with ventilation. The hallway stinks of cooked Indian food they need to put in air fresheners to take that bad ordour away. The staff were friendly and amenities were very plentiful. Suggest to have bigger bowls and cups being very little to eat from. Car parking is a problem at this place either on the street paying for it from 8:00am to 5:00pm or over in a mall car park for $10.00 a night. So factor that in if staying here. Better to get a place that provides it as it was a hassle to be up at 8:00am to go downstairs and pay for this each morning. Overall for money and value feel could have done better else where.

Amazing property, convenient location to town, Great Lake views. Has a cute cat called Dexter dude. Owner Kerri is great and friendly.

Overall, this accommodation was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The unit was very spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean upon arrival, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. The layout was practical and suitable for both short and longer stays, with ample space to move around and relax. One of the biggest advantages was how easy the place was to locate. Clear directions and a convenient location made check-in smooth and stress-free, especially after a long journey. The surrounding area was also quiet and pleasant, allowing for a restful stay. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, from the rooms to the common areas, which we truly appreciated. Overall, this accommodation offers great comfort, convenience, and value. We would definitely recommend it to others and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Sehr gereinigtes und geräumiges Zimmer, es gab Ältere Freundliche Toilette & Badezimmer ( wir hatten ein anderes Badezimmer mit Badewanne). Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht auf den See war großartig. Jetty zu Glowworms nur in Fußabstand (1km). Viele Restaurants und Supermärkte auch in Fußabstand (1-1.5km). Sie können nur Ihr Auto in der Wohnung parken und langsam am See laufen, um die erstaunliche Landschaft zu genießen.

We stayed at The Langlands for my birthday and had a fantastic experience. The service was exceptional, and the rooms are modern, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. It felt like a true celebration. The only downside was the external car parking. We had to wait 30 minutes for our car to be brought around at check-out, which was a bit of a letdown for such a high-end stay. Aside from the parking delay, it was a wonderful experience!

I check in after 6:00 PM, so outside and road already dark, not see any view. Tommorow i also early check out, 6:30 AM and still dark. So dont enjoy the view and lake side. But after come back from Milford Sound, i passing by, the view and te anau is good place to enjoy moment. Dont late for check in and dont check out early.

Bitte informieren Sie die Kunden, bevor Sie die Zimmer für sie ändern. Ich hatte meine für das Bad gebucht, dann gab Sie mir ein anderes Zimmer bei der Ankunft, nicht einmal erklären, warum Sie die Zimmer ändern mussten. Also musste ich das Personal an der Rezeption nach der Kontrolle wieder sehen, um es zu sortieren. Am Ende habe ich das Zimmer mit dem Bad.Es tut mir leid, zu sagen, dass Ihr Platz schmelzt Must, das ist nicht richtig für die Unterkunft aus Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsgründen. Ich habe auch in dem Badezimmer Muster gefunden, die Sie vielleicht sehen möchten. Hoffentlich werden alle bald sortiert. Danke. Beste.

I would have given this a 5-star rating. However, I deducted one star due to staff behaviour and a fire alarm that went off at 5:00 a.m., requiring guests to evacuate the hotel. Additionally, the staff could benefit from some customer service training, particularly in showing warmth and empathy toward guests. When we visited the front desk at 12:30 p.m. to enquire about an early check-in, the staff member was not at all understanding or accommodating. She bluntly say “No” and kept looking at her monitor without any reason.

Die Lage ist zentral und fußläufig erreichbar. Ein schönes Hotel im Millennium-Stil mit Badewanne, bequemem Bett und gutem Service. Das Frühstück ist allerdings einfach. Es gibt weder Fitnessraum noch Sauna. Kostenlose Parkplätze! Schöner Seeblick!
