Sehr gutes Hotel. Super gut gelegen. sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer in gerechter Größe. Wir haben getrennte Betten berührt, fast alle Zimmer sind so, aber Sie können beantragen, dass sie immer noch einzelne Betten zusammenführen. Der Strand ist sehr nahe 100 m. Erreichbarer und preiswerter öffentlicher Verkehr.

Die Lobby ist sehr schön und modern, die Zimmer sind ok, aber etwas veraltet. Die Dusche war nicht sehr schön (etwas gelb und das Wasser lief nicht richtig ab), aber das Bett war bequem. Das Hotel ist im Vergleich zu anderen 4-Sterne-Hotels günstig und das spiegelt sich definitiv in der Qualität wider. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal war freundlich.

El hotel está genial, pasé unos días en Tenerife con mi pareja y estuvo genial. El desayuno tiene una grandisima variedad y tiene gusto para todos, está genial! También la limpieza de la habitaciones es diaria y la dejan impoluta sin tocar o mover tus pertenencias de sitio. Las piscinas están genial, estan en la azotea del hotel y está genial. La atención y el servicio ha sido de diez. Además si no alquilas coche tienes al lado la estación de guaguas y eso está genial. La verdad que a nosotros nos ha encantado y cuando volvamos eligeremos el mismo hotel.

I went on holiday with my partner far away to celebrate our anniversary and we were super lucky and got an upgrade to one of the duplex with golf views, absolutely beautiful and massive for the 2 of us, but it was a bit disappointed as the room was not clean enough and the housekeeper had to come to clean the bathroom a bit better and also the horrible stains on the floor in the room but after that everything was perfect and we were very happy. The hotel is very good located if you are looking for a quiet place to stay far away from the hubbub but be aware that you need to take taxi to get the beach or rent a bike or a car, walking distance is not an option. The swimming pools are really good and you have plenty of space to sunbathing. The staff at the hotel are exceptional and with a high level of customer service and always willing to help, special mention to Martin from the restaurant and also Raul and Diana from the Reception, very good customers service and happy to help. The breakfast was really good and we were very impressed with plenty of variety for everyone and the staff really efficient. On the negative side we would like to mention that we would have liked a small touch from the hotel to say congratulations as we got engaged and we mentioned to Diana and Raul from the Reception and also to Martin but not a small little thing to say congratulations like a card or 2 glasses of prosecco or kind of. About the room, we would like to mention that the mattress are not very comfy as you expect from a 4* hotel and even though the room was very well equipped we missed a bin in the room and we had to use the one from the bathroom in the living room. We did not eat at the restaurant so I cannot tell about the food there and we did not use the gym or the spa either. We will definitely come back next year.

Mir gefiel nicht, dass wir eine Woche vorher angerufen und gefragt hatten, ob sie unser Zimmer gegen eines mit Strandblick austauschen könnten, worauf sie uns sagten, sie würden das noch am selben Tag machen, an dem wir eincheckten. An dem Tag war dann aber kein Zimmer mehr frei und ich buchte dort, nur um ein Zimmer mit Strandblick zu haben, denn ich wollte ihm eine Geburtstagsüberraschung machen. Ich fand das sehr schlimm von ihm.

Einfach gesagt, ich war enttäuscht von den Damen und Herren, die Extra Adventures organisieren und in TUI-Kleidung herumlaufen, weil sie nicht einmal wissen, wann der Kids Club geöffnet hat. Trotzdem haben sie mir etwas verkauft, obwohl sie wussten, dass ich die Kleine (5 Jahre) zu dieser Zeit in den Kids Club bringen wollte, während ich mit dem 11 jährigen Jetski fahren wollte – der Kids Club jedoch um 9 Uhr morgens geschlossen war. Außerdem habe ich ein Auto gebucht, von dem es hieß, es würde zum Hotel kommen. Stattdessen sollte ich vom Hotel abgeholt und woanders hingebracht werden, um den Papierkram zu erledigen. Das war natürlich problematisch, weil die Kinder zu dieser Zeit noch im Hotelzimmer schliefen. Als alleinerziehendem Vater ist mir das verständlicherweise nicht möglich. Ein besonders negativer Punkt ist, dass alle Liegen permanent reserviert sind (vor 06.00 Uhr geht es los) – meist von deutschen Staatsbürgern, die jedes Mal und regelmäßig unangenehm auffallen.

Fabulous staff always to help! Very clean place. Very good breakfast on a roof terrace with ocean view is a piece of magic. There is relax place on the terrace too. The worst thing is very weak soundproofing, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything what is going around in the hotel. Lack of air conditioning, but in December it was not necessary for me.

Sehr schönes Hotel am Ende einer Straße (Privatsphäre) mit Parkplatz und schöner Aussicht über Los Gigantes. Die Häuser sind auf 2 Etagen, sehr schön und komfortabel mit Terrasse und Sonnenliegen.

Fabelhaft! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Gesundes, leckeres und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Auch das Abendessen bietet gesunde und abwechslungsreiche Optionen. Der Pool ist immer sauber und gepflegt. Das Zimmer ist einfach und sauber. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich.

Habitación muy limpia y cómoda con todo lo necesario y con opción de música directamente desde el móvil a los altavoces de la habitación, luces personalizables en Led, nos ha parecido muy completo para la zona y el precio genial
