GGuest UserDas Hotel ist schön. Es steht vor dem schönen Ozean und mit drei schönen Pools. Das inklusive Paket umfasst Frühstücks- und Abendessen. Das Essen ist durchschnittlich, aber reichlich. das Problem ist die zwei überdimensionierten Empfängerin der Front Desk, Sie prüften uns spät war in hilfreich und unhöflich. Sie scheinen mehr willkommen, amerikanisch zu dienen als wir. Die Frau erinnert uns immer noch an ein “preisgünstigeres” Paket...Der Manager versucht, die Situation zu überprüfen, aber ihre Einstellung hat wirklich einen großen Urlaub vernichtet. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, die Mitarbeiter im Gastservice und Restaurants sind gut. Sie sind viele Hotels in der Gegend, ich bin sicher, sie werden eine bessere Erfahrung bieten.

GGuest UserOur stay at Corazon Cabo was more of a nightmare than a dream vacation, so much so that we ended up cutting our trip short.
The hotel’s tasteful decor and prime location initially seemed to promise an idyllic stay. However, the reality turned out to be quite different, and not in a good way.
We were subjected to an intense, incessant push for a timeshare presentation, which felt more like a scam than a genuine opportunity. Despite declining on numerous occasions (well into double digits), the sales pressure from the hotel staff was relentlessly intrusive, turning our supposed relaxing getaway into a stressful experience.
The deception didn’t stop there. When we tried to book an activity through the hotel, we discovered that they attempted to charge a higher price than listed, and once again, tried to rope us into their timeshare program. These unscrupulous practices left us questioning the hotel’s business integrity.
Further dampening our experience was the hotel’s decision to turn off the AC in the common areas during periods of low occupancy. This cost-cutting measure, carried out without consideration for guest comfort on sweltering hot days, was a glaring indication of the hotel’s disregard for guest experience.
Room comfort was another area where Corazon Cabo failed to meet expectations. Despite the visual appeal of the room, we were plagued with a leaky shower that led to a persistently damp bathroom floor - an inconvenience that felt even more egregious given the high per-night cost of the room.
Given the host of disappointments we experienced at Corazon Cabo, we ultimately decided to cut our trip short and change our flight to head home a day early. This was an unfortunate conclusion to a vacation that had promised so much.
In summary, while Corazon Cabo might lure in guests with its attractive facade and desirable location, our stay was marred by persistent, high-pressure sales tactics, questionable business ethics, and a disregard for guest comfort. Until these serious issues are addressed, I would strongly recommend prospective visitors to look elsewhere for their stay in Cabo.

GGastnutzerNecesitan actualizar sus APP para la reserva en los restaurants que tienen para la noche, el menu era completamente diferente al que vi en la APP, las bebidas preparadas malisimas, como que las hacen con lo mas barato, probamos varias y toda malisimas. La comida, mas o menos les falta mas variedad en el menu, su personal super amable, todos los meseros super atentos y amables. Hacen mucha diferencia de los clientes extranjeros contra los nacionales lo cual vi bastante mal, es buen Hotel y sobre todo tiene muy buena ubicación.

GGuest UserThis place is my go to because the owners/investors are present and on top of things and want the place to have a high end esthetic and energy, like with the menu and live music. I get the impression there are always enough people to staff the place efficiently and the beach club has been a huge benefit. The only thing I’ve noticed is the workers love to pass the buck or ignore thats you're waiting. For service. there is no way for the managers know unless they really listen to how the interactions are going. I hope they do this sooner than later. It’s seems amusing to the staffers but is painful as a patron to have to negotiate every time you have a need. Some of the employees are great though. They just do all the work for the people that pass the buck

JJeneenThe service was excellent. The views were great. The rooftop pool and beach club were great. The room was clean and basic. We found the bed extremely hard even with the feather topper. Unfortunately there was construction at the hotel which we were told would not impact our stay but definitely caused a lot of noise in the mornings...banging and constant sanding began quite early in the morning causing us to be up much earlier than we had hoped.

Das lobenswerteste ist das Serviceteam, viele Menschen, schnell laufen, höflich, jedes Personal, einschließlich Ingenieure, Gartenmeister, wird bescheiden von den Gästen geholfen. Die Restaurantserver sind von hoher Qualität und können das Merkmal der mexikanischen Arbeit sein. Das Umweltdesign entspricht einem chinesischen tausendwärtigen Satz: ”Die Berge sind schwer und es gibt keinen Weg, und der Dunkelblumen ist ein Dorf.” Wir leben fünf Tage und haben täglich neue Entdeckungen. Es gibt nicht nur einen Pool, sondern auch einen Wärmepool und einen Flusspool. Die Nacht ist außerordentlich romantisch, neben dem Restaurant mit unterschiedlichen Stilen können die Gäste auch mit sich selbst ein Hotel buchen, wie zum Beispiel Strandbrand, neben dem Pool usw., weniger als ein Dutzend Szenen, natürlich auch Hochzeitsszenen. Das Restaurant hat: Essig, Meeresfrüchte, kreatives thailändisches Essen, japanisches Essen. Sehr reich. Das Bett im Zimmer ist zu hoch, und es muss aufwärts. Ich weiß nicht, warum. Zweimal früh und später ist das Zimmer gereinigt. Mit drei Tagen um sechs Uhr haben wir die Sonne am Meer gesehen und abgeschossen, und wir haben eine starke außenpolitische Stimmung!

Besonders dank Chief Concierge Mario Cortes er half uns mit allen Anfragen, half uns auf einem erstaunlichen Meerblickraum zu upgraden, und arrangierte eine späte Abreise, so dass wir das Resort noch länger vor unserem Flug genießen konnten.
Das Hotel selbst ist hervorragend: leckere Lebensmittel, mehr Restaurants als wir in einem Aufenthalt versuchen könnten, tägliche Unterhaltung für Kinder und Erwachsene, warme und chlorfreie Pools, unspottbare Grundstücke und unglaublich freundliches und freundliches Personal.
Unser junger Sohn machte schnell Freunde, und der Wasserspielplatz wurde sein Lieblingspunkt. Wir reservierten auch eine Piraten-Showtour durch das Hotel Es war eine erstaunliche Erfahrung!
Es gibt ehrlich gesagt kein einziges Nebeneinander, an das wir denken können. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und würden gerne wiederkommen!

SSofia EugeniaLocation is great for downtown Los Cabos, everything in walking distance.
Nice quiet spot, easy access and there is on site secure parking if you decide to rent or bring a vehicle.
Rooms are nice and cozy with different levels of space and beds, we were in 108, it had 2 twin beds, right next to the pool.
I would recommend that they spend a few dollars to improve some things, longer shower curtain in room 108 would keep the water out of the toilet area, a fly screen in the shower window would help keep the mosquitoes out.
Housekeeping was excellent, ladies were very attentive and rooms were spotless.
They have fresh water to refill water bottles and fresh coffee every morning, no restaurant on site, but as mentioned you are right downtown, 5-10 minutes walk to everything.

GGastnutzer this was a great hotel that had a lot of amenities and nice bowls and they also give you spa credit and food credit. You should definitely check it out the people little bit older so if you’re OK with that that’s fine. Average age is about 50 to 60.
