DDrVijay PratapWe had a wonderful family stay at Novotel Guwahati GS Road. We were traveling with our two children, and the hotel made our stay very comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with enough space for our family.
The staff were polite, professional, and always willing to assist. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of delicious options, and the overall food quality was excellent. The location is convenient and makes it easy to explore Guwahati.
The rooftop pool and hotel facilities added to the experience, and our children especially enjoyed the stay. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable visit. We would definitely recommend Novotel Guwahati to families looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in the city.

GGastnutzerVery good hotel and the room is clean except the bathroom. The clerks are untrained and service quality is not good. They should stop making multiple calls to guest's room when nothing is ordered for dinner. I received 3 times of such calls within one day when I was relaxing in the room I felt like I was blamed for not ordering anything from the restaurant. They do not realise how rude it is and think that it is normal practice for Indian hotel but foreigners are very much annoyed by that ”Sir do you want to order anything for dinner?”.

GGastnutzerWe reached gauhati from calcutta at 1.00 noon .we were alloted rooms immideatly and our luggage was sent to room . The property was excellent . Lush green . Shivji temple was there
They had golf carts for internal transportations
Food was very good
Staff was very courtous
We had two nights stay . The room was spacious . Bathroom clean
Flush was working
They had a generator for power backup

GGastnutzerSehr gutes Hotel zum günstigen Preis und in einem bequemen Ort gelegen. Es ist wandelbar entfernt vom Restaurant Daucus und nicht weit vom Fahrzeugstation auch, aber direkt vom Hotel ist es nicht einfach zu finden Auto oder Cab. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und der Klimaanlage ist super stark, heißes Wasser war für 24 Stunden verfügbar. In der Nacht um 11 Uhr war der Lärm von Flugen sehr laut. Das Frühstück war Südindisch-Stil-Buffet und die Qualität ist gut, aber die Restaurant-Gewerkschaften verstanden kein Englisch überhaupt. Von dem Kaffeeraum können Sie immer eine Flasche kaltes Wasser bei MRP kaufen. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt großartig.

GGastnutzerIch habe lange gereist, aber dieses Eigentum ”The Rhino” wird einen besonderen Platz in meiner Reisegeschichte haben.
Die Lage ist offbeat nach Guwahati, da es näher an den neuen Flughafen ist.
Das Restaurant ist hervorragend. Wir genossen alle Mahlzeiten.
Das Zimmer ist ausgezeichnet unterhaltsberechtigt, muss sich keine Sorgen über einen Aspekt machen.

GGastnutzerThe room is clean and maintained nicely, no mosquites or had no insect problem, yet with some musty and mossy smell. Air conditioner is very strong and had stable hot water for 24 hours. Bed is comfy but felt a bit itchy to touch on, perhaps because they didn't rinse it well and washing detergents were remaining in the bedsheet texture. The bathroom was terribly stinking and in the morning it was smokey also. Overall it pays well and not bad for the price.
