Gut gelegenes Hotel nur 2-3 Min. Geh von Pitlochary Station Ausfahrt zum Hotel-Backgate 👍🏻. Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfreich und wissensfähig, um Interessen zu liefern/anzubetrachten. Frühstück ist ein Muss haben, ziemlich gut mit traditionellen Speisen.  Die Zimmer sind sauber, gut gepflegt und geräumig (Zimmer gegenüber dem Garten). Der Dam und der Fischsteig ist nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hotel entfernt. Vielen Dank, Fisher Team!

We enjoyed are stay at Mercure in Perth It was central, yet quiet. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We also liked the hotel bar, a nice cosy atmosphere. We would definitely stay there again.

Room was great, bathroom was just okay. Breakfast was almost an ordeal. For the price we would give it 4 out of 5 but it was like having breakfast on a round about, bathroom was tired, the low point of the room.

What a lovely weekend stay at this most characterful resort hotel. A great vibe among the team leading to a friendly, professional and courteous guest experience from arrival and check-in, to dining, evening of drinks around the real fire and a beautiful breakfast following a comfortable restful night in a clean room and lovely freshen up shower in the morning. Really clean room and friendly service. It’s periodic features are very charming.  The pork belly on the dinner menu was so tender and succulent. Really enjoyed the stay. Highly recommended.

Very nice scenic, good for couples or family to relax, enjoy the nature and the sun. Restaurant’s food is in good quality. Good selection of drinks. Room was a bit old with old carpet and bed. Probably need renovation. Evaluator not working so we need to take the stairs with our luggage’s.

The hotel was clean & staff friendly with a good location to the city centre. Wifi available at a cost which is unusual as most hotels provide this service to guests & a charge of £15 for early check in .

Ein bisschen wie ein Familienhotel, wie ein Cousin im Lande. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, das Wasser ist nicht sehr gut, die anderen sind gut.

This venue is really a hidden gem up to a point , the Chef and kitchen ( paticularly the Haddock and Poached Eggs at Breakfast which is Michelin Star level ) the spa and swimming pool are kept to a good standard of hygene , however there is a serious problem with service which is evident from the staff behind the bar ( Saturday 4th May to be specific ) where it was plainly evident for all of the guests seated in the lounge to witness the grief that was being given to the Restaurant Host and other waiting staff by the two individulas behind the bar who were making their life's a misery by poor attitude and unhelpfulness when rightfully they were chasing restaurant drink orders which were painfully slow on deliverance attributed totally to the ineptness of the bar staff . Its about time that Providence Hotels boss Mr Neil Hughes and Blantyre Capital and Fairtree Alternative Real Estate were made aware of this as it is not fair on the efforts made by the other staff who are being dragged down needlessly by the bar staffs under performance , ineptness and demeanour .
