Wir blieben nur eine Nacht, und es war eine letzte Minute Buchung, da wir unseren Fähren verpasst haben, so ist es schwer, das Hotel vollständig zu beurteilen. Das Zimmer war geräumig und hatte einen großen Blick, aber es war etwas störend, ein paar Müllstücke auf dem Balkon zu erkennen, einschließlich eines Muselet. Das Frühstück war angemessen, obwohl ich lieber ein Buffet als einen Wächterservice für das Frühstück und das Restaurant war das ruhigste, was ich jemals gewesen bin. Die Kanalinseln scheinen sich auf Mitarbeiter spezialisiert zu sein, die grumpel und schwach sind, und dieses Hotel scheint einige der schlimmsten Beispiele zu sammeln - als Beispiel, wir durch eine offene Tür in einen leeren Raum, Auf der Suche nach der Rezeption, als wir erst angekommen waren und von zwei Mitarbeitern gebürstet wurden.

We loved our stay here over New Years. We were in the top floor and shared a twin bed room. We got wonderful views and the service was excellent, always helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the pool and sauna/steam room, and the lobby is lovely, with a fire and comfortable seating, even board games were available for use. Theres an area where you can buy postcards and fillup water bottles with fresh water. So relaxing. Thank you for a great stay.

Beautiful hotel just in the outskirts of St Peter Port. Immaculate presentation and delightful staff. We ate in the hotel the first night and breakfasted three times. The food and staff attention were just right. The room was nice with a good bed and lovely balcony overlooking the grounds. No problem parking at the front. Excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. Nice seaweed toiletries I'd definitely stay there again.

What a wonderful hotel ,we had a beautiful room with everything in it that you could wish for. The staff were exceptional, so friendly and helpful .An amazing Spa plus a hairdressers too. The food in the restaurants was wonderful with superb choices. As for breakfast there was everything anyone could possibly want and the service and attention to detail was superb.

It's a bit of a trek climbing up the steep hill streets every time to get back to the hotel, though; walking down from the hotel to the centre isn't so bad. However, it's still some good exercise with all the walking. I enjoyed the breakfast and liked how that there was a variety of choice for the ”main” option.

Amazing time and the hotel staff were friendly most specially Sharon. Thank you for making my stay mémorable.

Thoroughly enjoyed out stay at the Moores Hotel. Rooms were cleaned beautifully. Good shower. Tea making facilities in our room. Courteous Staff, and the best location

I wished I hired a car because of the steep walk home but everything else was good

It is a definite correct choice to stay in this suite with a king-sized bed, a comfy couch and a decent kitchen. The location is perfect for getting to anywhere.
