One of the restaurant staff has an attitude problems from taking the orders to paying the bills. She didn’t think that we could heard her & understanding Mandarin. She bad mouthed us with her rude & childish behaviors. We complained to the hotel manager & she handled the matter for us.

FFourdannaAmazing hotel. Wonderful service, Extremely good value for money! Aliya was extremely helpful! I was looking for a touristic place to visit as I only had an hour to spare. She helped me order the Didi and helped me set the locations to come back the hotel on my phone. The rooms are clean with beautiful views, all amenities are available with a pillow menu! The restaurant serves extremely fresh fish(as they have a live fish tank) & delicious dishes. A must in Altay !

GGastnutzerIch werde es immer wiederholen, Dank an unsere erstaunliche Landlady. Wenn Sie reisen, sind die Menschen, die die Reise erinnerebar machen, und sie hat sicherlich unsere Tage in Kashgar unvergesslich gemacht. Am Tag nach dem Abreisen wir waren sie schon vermisst.
Das Hotel ist perfekt, Zimmer sind komfortabel, Betten sind schön, Sie fühlen sich wie zu Hause, und die Lage ist erstaunlich.
(Und es gibt eine sehr freundliche Katze!)

GGastnutzerEin großes Lob an den Chef und das gesamte Personal für den herzlichen Service. Der Koch kommt aus Guang'an, was perfekt für meinen Sichuan-Gaumen war. Meiner Meinung nach waren die Bedingungen für diese Gegend wirklich gut. Ich habe den Reitsport des Hotels und den Ausritt ins Flusstal genossen – es war toll, zum ersten Mal selbst zu reiten. Morgens gab es frische Milch und hausgemachtes Gebäck, das der Chef mir zum Probieren anbot – überraschend lecker!

AAnonymer BenutzerThe hotel has a great location: a brisk 5-7-minute walk from the metro (exit A). The route itself is interesting: on the left and right are entrances to the Grand Bazaar and plenty of street vendors selling fruit, food, clothing, and souvenirs.
The hotel was unusual for us as tourists. When you open your room, the curtains automatically open, and you hear a voice message in Chinese. We didn't understand what it meant, though.
The room was large, beautiful, and comfortable, with good beds, a huge TV, and panoramic windows. The courtyard view means the windows overlook other hotel windows through a narrow pedestrian walkway with a transparent roof, allowing you to see other guests—and they can see you. Although our silhouettes weren't very clear, we still felt uneasy, so we asked to change rooms. We were upgraded to a room with smaller windows. The sink was separate in the room, and the bathroom had only a toilet and shower. The toilet didn't have a flush button; it flushed automatically and had a small blue light, which was convenient if you want to use it at night in the dark.
At first, we were very disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator (minibar), as stated in the room description, as we had strictly chosen a hotel with a minibar. At reception, we were told we could put food in their refrigerator. As compensation, they allowed us to check out a little later for free.
Also cheese yoghurts «Tea Ballet» were offered every day. They were very tasty and of good quality.
There are several robots roaming inside the hotel, but we didn't understand their function either. You can pick up some essentials for your stay on the ground floor (tea, sleeping masks, hair elastics, and other suitable stuff).
We really enjoyed the breakfasts. The selection wasn't huge compared to other hotels, but they were all well-prepared and delicious. The food wasn't too spicy, with pleasant seasonings, good milk tea, corn, etc., which gave the impression of a healthy meal.
We had a few small suggestions regarding the room: it would have been very helpful to have more towel racks in the bathroom and a bit more storage space for clothes. Also, we noticed there were no forks available during breakfast, which was a little inconvenient.
We believe addressing these small details would make the guest experience even better. Thank you for your hospitality!

GGlobetrotter from MalaysiaGutes Hotel mit sauberem Schlafzimmer. Wir kamen mit dem späten Flug um 1130pm von Tashkent und konnten die Einwanderung und die Gewohnheiten um 1210am klar machen und das Hotel mit seinem eigenen Shuttle zum Hotel hoch 1230am (letzte Shuttle ). Das Hotel bietet Ihnen einen kostengünstigen Frühstück mit chinesischen Grundfütterungen und keine westliche oder kontinentale Nahrung oder Kaffee. Deshalb ist das Hotel für die meisten lokalen und asiatischen Gäste, die mit chinesischen Frühstücksmenü gut sind. Ein freundlicher Empfang und für den Preis, den wir bezahlt haben, keine Beschwerden, sondern zufrieden, da wir nur ein Bett brauchen, um spät zu schlafen.

After traveling through Northwest China for more than four weeks and staying in several hotels, we found our experience at Return Inn, Kashgar, to be the best—it left the most positive impression in its price range. The owner does not speak English, but we could communicate via a translation device. His attitude was very sincere and warm, making us feel like we were meeting an old friend. The hotel is located very close to the ancient city. Although the facilities are basic, it has hot water, WiFi, and is very clean and tidy. There is no elevator, but the owner helped us carry our luggage upstairs. Highly recommended!

Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, chinesisch-westlich gepflegte Speisen, warme Gerichte, Teewaren, Brot, Obst, Getränke sind frisch und lecker, und lokale Spezialitäten, Geschmack online, Ergänzungsenergie ist sehr gut. Das Gesamterlebnis ist voll, die Einrichtungen sind intim, der Service ist aufmerksam, Reiseziel ist die erste Wahl, stark empfohlen!

Es liegt ganz in der Nähe von Dehui Wanda, was sehr praktisch ist, um Kinder zum Spielen mitzunehmen. Die Erfahrung ist wirklich gut. Die Betten sind bequem, das Zimmer ist intelligent eingerichtet, kostenloser frisch gemahlener Kaffee, kostenlose Getränke auf dem Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück, chinesisches und westliches Frühstück können Sie selbst wählen, die Sojamilch ist superlecker, die Einrichtungen, Hygiene, Umgebung und der Service sind alle sehr schön. Das abendliche Fußbad sorgt für einen erholsamen Schlaf, was in anderen Fünf-Sterne-Hotels in Ürümqi nicht möglich ist. Die Dame an der Rezeption ist sehr zuvorkommend, der Hotelmanager ist freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihm ist unkompliziert. Ich werde das Belle Hotel wählen, wenn ich in Zukunft nach Urumqi komme
