這次入住真的挖到寶了！本來衹是衝著酒店位置方便選的，沒想到收穫了超多驚喜。 辦理入住時前台小文和小梅態度特別好，主動幫我們升級了高樓層房間，視野開闊，晚上還能看到城市夜景。房間衞生做得很到位，床品柔軟舒適，熱水充足，洗漱用品也是大牌，用着很安心。 最最驚喜的是退房時，工作人員遞給我們兩張優先登機券，説這是酒店給住客的小福利。本來以為趕飛機要排長隊，結果憑着這張券直接走了快速通道，全程絲滑不耽誤，對趕時間的人來説簡直是救命神器！ 從住宿體驗到貼心福利，都能看出酒店的用心。不管是硬件設施還是服務細節，都挑不出毛病，已經推薦給身邊要出差的朋友，下次出行一定還選這家！

My friend and I stayed at the Tianyuan Hangyou Hotel during a layover in Urumqi, and it was the perfect choice for a short stay near the airport. The location is extremely convenient - just ~15 minutes away from the terminal, which made our transit hassle-free. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport, which was a great advantage. Though the hotel could use minor renovations, the price-to-quality ratio is excellent. The room had all the essentials: slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, a comb, a hairdryer, an electric kettle, cups, and bottled water. The Wi-Fi worked well, which was important for us to plan our day trip and order a taxi. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of options. Even if you're not yet accustomed to Chinese cuisine, you can find simple choices like boiled eggs and mantou (steamed buns). For sightseeing, the city center and main attractions (such as the Xinjiang Museum, Red Hill Park, the Grand Bazaar, and the mosque) are about 30 minutes away by taxi. We managed to explore all of them in a day. Nearby, there are also local markets, convenience stores, and small cafés for snacks and essentials. Overall, if you need a comfortable, budget-friendly hotel close to Urumqi Airport with good service and decent amenities, Tianyuan Hangyou Hotel is a great option. Highly recommended for transit travelers!

Ich war alleine unterwegs und machte einen Zwischenstopp in Kuqa. Da es schon fast dunkel war, entschied ich mich für dieses Hotel. Es liegt nur wenige hundert Meter vom Bahnhof entfernt, also zehn Gehminuten. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Das Zimmer war sauber und hygienisch. Obwohl es nahe an der Straße lag, störte es überhaupt nicht, und ich konnte die ganze Nacht durchschlafen. Das Frühstück war etwas überraschend; es war angesichts des niedrigen Preises recht großzügig. Das Hotel liegt außerdem in der Nähe des Wuqia-Großen Basars (empfohlen) und des Nanhu-Nachtmarkts, der mit dem Taxi für 10 Yuan zu erreichen ist. Kuqa bietet eine einzigartige Landschaft, und ich habe dort zwei Tage verbracht, um die Gegend zu erkunden.

The location of this hotel is very good. I recommend booking a room for those who are flying in transit and who will be in the city of Urumqi for a few days. There is a subway station 800 meters away, and there are several halal restaurants near the hotel. There is also a free luggage storage service. The hotel has WiFi, air conditioner.

Die Kundendienstmitarbeiterin Xiao Yu kümmerte sich umgehend um alle Anliegen und erkundigte sich nach meinem Aufenthalt, was ich sehr positiv fand. Der Check-in an der Rezeption verlief schnell und reibungslos. Da ich zu früh ankam, war mein ursprünglich gebuchtes Zimmer noch nicht fertig, aber man bot mir freundlicherweise ein Upgrade auf eine andere Zimmerkategorie an. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich und gut aufgeteilt; jedes Detail zeugte von der Liebe zum Detail des Hotels. Die einzigen kleinen Nachteile waren die konstante Wassertemperatur in der Dusche, wodurch ein Bad nicht möglich war, und die nicht ganz dichte Fensterdichtung. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt jedoch sehr angenehm und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hervorragend. Ich würde definitiv wieder hier übernachten.

It's a nice hotel close to Grand Bazar. As an international tourist it is difficult to communicate with the staff due to their limited English. Same for breakfast, it is all Chinese and nothing that you find in western breakfast. You have to take it as part of traveling. however the staff tries their hardest to make your stay comfortable.

Super convenient location - 10 minutes from arrivals. This is not the first hotel you reach, you need to keep walking for another 2-3 minutes to reach this branch. Great room, big, soft sheets, all shower things provided. Amazing value for money and don’t need to leave the airport to get there. Restaurant downstairs but I didn’t have time to visit.

Ein großes Lob an den Chef und das gesamte Personal für den herzlichen Service. Der Koch kommt aus Guang'an, was perfekt für meinen Sichuan-Gaumen war. Meiner Meinung nach waren die Bedingungen für diese Gegend wirklich gut. Ich habe den Reitsport des Hotels und den Ausritt ins Flusstal genossen – es war toll, zum ersten Mal selbst zu reiten. Morgens gab es frische Milch und hausgemachtes Gebäck, das der Chef mir zum Probieren anbot – überraschend lecker!

Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Insgesamt bin ich mit dieser Jugendherberge hinsichtlich der Hardwareausstattung und der Servicequalität zufrieden. Ich werde dieses Hotel meinen Freunden empfehlen und ich glaube, dass es ihnen auch gefallen wird. Jeder Tag hier ist voller Lachen und schöner Erinnerungen. Es ist wirklich eine lohnende Reise!

Dies war bereits unser zweiter Aufenthalt in einem Hampton by Hilton Hotel auf unserer Chinareise und wir waren wieder vollkommen zufrieden. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, die Lage des Hotels sehr zentral. Das Zimmer was sehr sauber und geräumig, das Frühstück sehr vielfältig und frisch. Wir können das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen und würden hier wieder übernachten.
