The hotel is located very well across from the airport, and it is a 10-minute walk from the airport. The room is large, the bed is comfortable, but the room has a lot of smoke, so the windows are open to ventilate.

Unfortunately, the overall stay was not great. When we booked the hotel, we specifically requested a non-smoking room, which is essential for us because of health issues. After double confirming with the hotel that they have non-smoking rooms (based on the website, all rooms are non smoking), we paid for our booking. However, shortly after, they informed us that smoking in hotel rooms is common and unavoidable in Taiyuan. We felt deceived into making the payment and realized we were stuck with this accommodation for our 7-day stay. Upon checking in, we had to request a room change due to a strong smoke smell in the original room. The second room was better and the hotel staff was nice enough to provide an air purifier. Throughout our entire stay, people were smoking in the elevator, lobby, and even at the dinner table. If we had known this beforehand, we would have reconsidered staying here. For a 5-star hotel, it did not meet our expectations, and unfortunately, we paid far too much for this experience. The only highlight of our stay was the hotel staff. They were always friendly, helpful, and did their very best to serve the guests, which made our trip a bit more enjoyable. We thank them for their excellent service.

wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Personal und Service des Hotels. Das Frühstück ist zwar einheimisch, aber sehr lecker. Der Kaffee war äußerst gut. Direkt neben dem Hotel ist ein Restaurant, wo man lokale Spezialitäten bekommen kann. Für Reisende über 60-jährige, ist der Eintritt von Sehenswürdigkeiten kostenfrei, egal ob für Chinesen oder für Ausländer. Wichtig ist, das ID oder Passport immer bei sich zu haben und vorzuzeigen.

Am 31. Januar 2026 nahmen die Schüler eine Reihe von Shanxi Grand-Kollege an, 15 Personen nahmen das Grand-Kollege-Hotel in Dada an. Das Hotel ist neu, die allgemeine Umgebung ist sehr gut, die Einrichtungen sind komplett, die Zimmer sind sauber, sauber, die einzige Mängel, die Badegewässertemperatur kann nicht garantiert werden, das allgemeine Erlebnis ist gut.

Ich habe eine Suite im Shanxi Hotel gebucht. Oh Mann, was für ein Aufenthalt!!! Das Hotel sieht aus wie ein Innenhof. Die Rezeptionistin und der Page waren alle sehr freundlich. Sie trugen mein Gepäck kostenlos aufs Zimmer. Unser Zimmer war in einem anderen Gebäude, also teilten sie uns mit, dass wir auschecken könnten, ohne noch einmal zur Rezeption zurückkommen zu müssen. Wir müssten einfach die Schlüssel im Zimmer lassen. Das Zimmer war recht geräumig und mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Ich bin sehr überrascht, dass sie Waschmittel im Zimmer und einen elektrischen Wäschetrockner zum Aufhängen von Kleidung anbieten. Sie berücksichtigen jeden Aspekt meines Aufenthalts und ich würde ihnen 5 von 5 Sternen geben.

Location: near LinFenXi High Speed Rail Station 临汾西站(10mins drive/ 20mins by local public transport to LuoGuQiaoTou 锣鼓桥头站). Best is that they provide pick-up and drop-off at HSR station, just make a call 3 hours in advance. I dont have local number, so I email them in advance before my trip, they replied my email and provide me their WeChat number so I can make reservation for the pick-up service at the station. Many local tours have pick-up and drop-off service near the hotel (junction outside the hotel), easy and convenient. Services: warm and welcoming services. Tea and drinks in the lobby, luggage storage as well. Room: clean big room, big screen TV, mini bar fridge, bathrobe and comfy king bed. Lavender shower shampoo, hand soap and body lotion, make me feel so so much relax. Laundry: laundry machine are free of charge (washer and dryer). Laundry room provide ironing equipment, books, drink as well. Definitely not get bored. Otherwise, can use phone connect their website to make a reminder while the laundry have done (so convenient). Gym Room: just opposite and same level of laundry room. Treadmill are so new. Breakfast: varieties of choice. Before that I already crave for coffee since it is not so common to find espresso in the local breakfast restaurant. Salad bar, local meatball soup, noodles, dumplings, wantons, boiled egg, fried egg, fried tomato with egg and local cooked food. So many choice and so satisfying. However they dont have egg omelette, it is fine for me. I found that even though not staying at LinFen city centre, it is still fine to stay here as the traffic here is convenient. And here is more quiet and more relax👍 The only thing I dont like is, some customer smoking in the lift and hotel lobby (even though there is a sign in the lift to advice not to smoke), definitely affecting those unlike smoking smell and sick of cigarette smell like me.

Sehr schönes Boutique Hotel in der Altstadt von Datong. Die Zimmer waren super ausgestattet und die Einrichtung super schön. Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht dort sonst hätten wir das Hotel noch besser genießen können. Das Personal sprach kein English aber war dennoch super freundlich und half uns die Tour zum Hängende Tempel (Xuankong Temple) und Yungang Grotten zu organisieren. Alles hat super geklappt.

Die erste Station der Shanxi-Reise – Datong Das Hotel liegt nicht weit von der antiken Stadt Datong entfernt. Busse halten direkt vor der Tür und es ist sehr bequem, ein Taxi zu nehmen. Wir haben hier zwei Nächte verbracht. Die Damen an der Rezeption sind alle sehr nett und es gibt eine Schatzkiste. Mein Knopf ist abgefallen und ich wollte mir Nadel und Faden ausleihen, aber ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass sie das wirklich haben, hahahaha. Die Lobby ist eine Bücherbar mit vielen Büchern. Hier können Sie sitzen, Bücher lesen und Tee trinken. Das Zimmer war auch sehr sauber. Für einen Südstaatler war es das erste Mal, dass er im Norden eine Heizung erlebte. Es war so warm. Es hat mir sehr gefallen. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel Freunden, die zum Tourismus nach Datong kommen. Es ist sehr schön!

早班機，選了機場邊上的酒店。服務很好誒，到機場了聯繫酒店，前台小倪安排了商務車來接機，還提示晚上可以送晚安粥。粥是一週七天輪替花樣的，還配了水果，很貼心了。庭院式酒店，遠一點的樓還可以用電瓶車送，小姐姐小哥哥們都很周到。房間乾濕分離做得合理，電視也換上高清信號了。自助吃得也不錯。早上還有一程送機，運城機場不大，總體可以説從從容容遊刃有餘。哦看飛機的房間不吵，感覺這邊沒什麼紅眼航班，晚上足夠安枕。

Das kostenlose Frühstück umfasst Obst, frisches Gemüse, Eier, Milch, Mondkuchen, Hirsebrei und Nudeln. Das Ambiente ist elegant und antik, alle Gästezimmer sind mit Mahagonimöbeln ausgestattet. Beleuchtung, Vorhänge, Klimaanlage und Toiletten sind vollautomatisch. Ein Aufzug verbindet die Etagen, und im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Fitnessraum. Der Preis ist sehr angemessen und bietet ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
