The staff is friendly and eager to help. They don’t speak Russian, but if you know even a little Chinese, they’ll make an effort to understand you. The hotel itself is new and, compared to others in the area, in perfect condition. I’d say it’s the best accommodation option in Heihe right now.

Die Lage ist verkehrsgünstig. Die Zimmerausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Hotel ist aufmerksam und stellt Einweg-Badetücher, Fuß-, Knie- und Nackenwärmer sowie Schlafmasken bereit. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich und interessant. Dank der flexiblen Essenszeiten von 7:00 bis 12:00 Uhr ist für jeden Gast etwas dabei. Der 3D-gedruckte Joghurt war eine nette Idee. Restaurantleiterin Jenny war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Restaurant war hervorragend. Bruder Li in der Lobby hat mir an einem kalten Tag sogar ein Taxi bestellt und mein Gepäck getragen – ein großes Lob! Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden.

We came to Snow Town without any itinerary and honestly had no idea what to do there. What truly stood out was not only how clean and well-maintained the hotel and rooms were, but the exceptional hospitality we received. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely taken care of. The breakfast was very good and especially comforting in the cold weather, adding to the warmth of the entire experience. Due to my busy schedule, I wasn’t able to secure transportation from Location A to Snow Town in time. Amazingly, the team went out of their way to help arrange transportation within 24 hours—while I was already at the airport on my way to Harbin. That alone speaks volumes about their dedication and care for their guests. A heartfelt and special thank you to Xiao Zhi. He was with us every step of the way—guiding us, checking in on us, and always making sure we were okay. He helped us plan our itinerary with genuine care and never once tried to sell or push any activities. Everything he did came from a place of sincerity. He truly wanted us to enjoy Snow Town, and that made all the difference. Some may feel the price is higher compared to other accommodations, but it is worth every single cent. You are not just paying for a place to stay, you are paying for genuine care, exceptional service, and heartfelt hospitality that makes you feel truly valued. From the reception staff, to the cleaners, to those serving breakfast, every individual played a part in making our stay so special and unforgettable. This experience exceeded all expectations, and I would recommend this place without even a moment of hesitation. I would 1000% encourage anyone visiting Snow Town to book with them—you will not regret it. Our experience would have been completely different without them. Das Harbin Oriental Royal Hotel war eine echte Überraschung! Die Lage ist fantastisch, direkt neben der Central Street und nur wenige Gehminuten von der Sophienkathedrale und dem Flussufer entfernt. Essen, Trinken und Unterhaltung sind super bequem zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind luxuriös und elegant eingerichtet, komplett ausgestattet und makellos sauber. Das bequeme Bettzeug sorgte für eine erholsame Nachtruhe. Der Service war herzlich und aufmerksam; die Rezeption reagierte schnell, und beim Check-in gab es ein nettes kleines Willkommensgeschenk. Das Frühstück bot eine reiche Auswahl, eine Mischung aus chinesischen und westlichen Speisen, die köstlich schmeckten. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend. Es ist definitiv die erste Wahl für eine Reise nach Harbin, und ich werde beim nächsten Mal wiederkommen!

Clean and very helpful receptions with warm present bag of fruits and snacks/room. Big and spacious for three people with restaurants surrounding. Great place to stay over in catching the early flights with free shuttle bus. Recommended for all travelers.

Location is excellent for this hotel. Staff are prompt and helpful with all requests. Very friendly and hospitable too. Love the breakfast! The complimentary photo taking service in the hotel is awesome. They do not force you to pay for additional photos although we did pay for more in the end as we like the photos.

Der Nachmittagstee im Hotel war ein Highlight, der Milchtee war hervorragend, und die westlichen Gebäckstücke, Joghurts und Desserts waren bemerkenswert. Die Zimmer sind eher klein, aber sauber und im russischen Baustil gehalten. Die Wasserhähne sind extrem hoch (ich bin 168 cm groß und gelte im Süden als ziemlich groß, aber ich konnte die Wäscheleine im Badezimmer nicht erreichen; für einen so russischen Baustil sind die Zimmer nicht besonders geräumig). Die Innenheizung lässt einen die Kälte draußen vergessen. Empfehlung: sehr nah an der Linie 2 (drei U-Bahn-Stationen bis zur Eis- und Schneewelt, Zentralstraße, Hongzhuan Morgenmarkt, nur wenige Schritte entfernt). In der Nähe gibt es viele Grillrestaurants und andere Snacks. Es wäre praktisch, zwei Zimmerkarten zu haben, damit Touristen nachts leichter zurückkommen. Der Service ist etwas mechanisch, was verständlich ist, da die Einkaufsstraße sehr belebt ist und das Personal möglicherweise überfordert ist. Wenn man zum ersten Mal in Harbin ist, würde ich dieses Hotel trotzdem empfehlen, aber der Service sollte dem Zimmerpreis angepasst werden.

This hotel is clean, modern with spacious rooms. The hotel staff was quick to resolve any issues that we had and they also provided free airport transfer. The restaurant provided breakfast as well as in room service at a good rate.

Das Hotel ist neu und sauber. Alles war ausgezeichnet. Das Frühstück war gut und bot eine große Auswahl. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im höchstmöglichen Stockwerk angefragt, bekamen aber nur das im 9. Stock. Vermutlich hängt das vom Zimmerpreis ab. Es gab ein paar Nachteile: Um ins WLAN zu gelangen, mussten wir zur Rezeption gehen. Außerdem hatten wir bei der Buchung Bademäntel angefordert, die aber nicht verfügbar waren. Es gibt keinen ausgewiesenen Raucherbereich; wir mussten vom 9. Stock auf die Straße hinuntergehen, obwohl der Aufzug zum Glück schnell ist. Ich werde meine Bewertung trotzdem nicht herabstufen; alles war trotzdem super.
