Gostei bastante, muito bem organizado o espaço. Apenas o cheiro do carpete me incomodou um pouco, mas achei bem positiva a experiência.

Ich war auf einer Geschäftsreise nach Belo Horizonte und mein Kunde empfahl dieses Hotel Mercure Belo Horizonte Vila da Serra. Das Hotelzimmer ist schön und komfortabel. Das Personal ist alle freundlich. Das Frühstück ist vernünftig gut. Ich empfehle den Geschäftsreisenden, dieses Hotel zu betrachten, wenn die Reiseziele nicht sehr weit von diesem Hotel entfernt sind.

The room was clean, showed wear in a number of areas. In particular, the bathroom faucet yielded minimal water. It was sufficient to take care of the basics but noticeably lacking in pressure. Beds were comfortable but after ordering a double bed they were actually two twins pushed together. The restaurant and the breakfast were very good. There is another option close by, nearly equivalent but at least 20% less cost.

I really liked the location of the hotel — very convenient and easy to get around. However, maybe because I was traveling solo, the room felt quite small, and the bed was very close to the door, so I could hear everything happening in the hallway. On the bright side, I absolutely loved the breakfast and dinner! They served delicious traditional food for the Festa Junina, which was a wonderful experience.

Die Qualität der Lage ist sowohl hinsichtlich des Personals als auch des Zimmerkomforts unbestritten, das Frühstück ist einfach, aber sehr gut, das Apartment befindet sich etwa 15 Minuten vom Flughafen und wird von einem Shuttle-System serviert (Uber ist schneller für einen SIM-Preis). Ich empfehle dieses Hotel nur für den Transfer, weil es gut gelegen und nahe am Flughafen ist, aber das Gebiet ist nicht mit Geschäften oder Neugier ausgestattet

Hotel was fine but not amazing given the price point. It was the weird interaction at checkout that makes me concerned to recommend to anyone. I wanted to take a photo of the lobby and I was told that I was not allowed to. I have never ever experienced this at any of the hundreds of hotel I’ve stayed at nor did the Fasano Boa Vista or Fasano Punta del Este have similar policies.

Max Savassi is a great place to stay and I would really recommend it for anyone looking to stay in a popular neighborhood in Beaga. To me, the breakfast is the best part of the hotel. The rooms are nice as well, although there are few minor details here and there that I think could be improved to make the room that I had feel more luxurious / premium.

Já fiquei outras vezes nesse hotel e, dessa vez não gostei da experiência. Como tem muita rotatividade, a qualidade está caindo. Os travesseiros estavam fedendo suor, as toalhas não estavam macias, o colchão já tinha perdido a mola e, tanto o vaso sanitário quanto a pia do banheiro estavam meio entupidos. Também não tinha controle de ar condicionado no quarto. Apesar disso, a equipe é muito gentil e prestativa. Infelizmente, mesmo com excelente localização e bom preço, não acho que justifica ficar hospedada lá novamente.

Ich war am Valentinstag dort und fand, dass das ganze Hotel in Ordnung ist, besonders an solchen Jubiläen. Sehr kostengünstig und es lohnt sich! Das reichhaltige und abwechslungsreiche Frühstück macht den Tagespreis noch wertvoller. Das Zimmer ist auch sehr schön. Ich habe nur ein beheiztes Schwimmbad verpasst, weil der Poolbereich kühl ist, aber es ist unmöglich, hineinzukommen, es ist zu kalt! Für Hotels in BH wird die Heizung ein großer Unterschied sein.
