We recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Vitória, ES for a romantic getaway. As a couple with a bit of an age difference (I’m 21 and my boyfriend is 45), we’re always looking for a mix of fun, comfort, and sophistication—and this hotel mostly delivered! Positives: The location is fantastic! Right by the beach with beautiful ocean views from our room. My boyfriend especially appreciated the calm, elegant vibe of the hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive—lots of variety, fresh fruits, and delicious pastries. I loved the pool area! Great spot to relax and get some sun. Room: The room was spacious and modern, with a comfy bed and a lovely balcony. However, we did notice that some areas looked a bit outdated for a Sheraton standard. My boyfriend travels a lot for work and expected a little more in terms of maintenance. Service: Staff was friendly and attentive, but there were a few hiccups. Check-in was slower than expected, and we had an issue with our room key not working one night. However, they resolved it quickly. We also appreciated the concierge’s local recommendations for restaurants and activities. Overall Experience: We enjoyed our stay, but there’s room for improvement. It’s a great choice for couples looking for a mix of relaxation and city vibes. My boyfriend found it a bit pricey for what was offered, but for me, it was worth it for the view and the pool! Would we come back? Probably, but we’d love to see a few upgrades to make it feel more luxurious. Recommendation: Ideal for couples looking for a peaceful stay in Vitória, but if you’re after a super high-end experience, there’s a bit of room to grow.

O hotel é bem localizado, perto de tudo e principalmente da praia. O atendimento é excelente, o quarto é perfeito,. Só deixo minha crítica quanto ao estacionamento que é um pouco confuso e apertado e o café da manhã que poderia ter mais opções.

Das Hotel liegt auf der Hauptstraße mit Lebensmitteln Zugang zur großen Brücke, die die Villa velha verbindet. Nicht so weit ist wenig Favela, aber wenn Sie die Stadt gehen ist ein gutes Gebiet. Das Hotel ist im 2000-Jahresstil entworfen, so ist nicht super modern, aber ist nicht vintage. Die nasse Sauna und kleine Schwimmbad ist ein Plus. Aussicht vom 4. Stock ist die Hälfte der Bewohner Gebäude und die Hälfte der Berg, die der beste Ort für ein Bild im Hotel ist.

Nur 1 Nacht Aufenthalt . Hotelpersonal sehr hilfsbereit bei der Eincheckung . Lage ist gut wie Frühstück . Die einzige Trauer war beim 1500 . Dieses war nicht möglich, weil das Hotel sehr voll. Freut mit dem Aufenthalt insgesamt

Ausgezeichnete Service sowohl in der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant, das übrigens eine gute Küche bietet. Große, geräumige, komfortabel und mit schönen Blicken. Ruhe und mit sehr zugänglicher Aufzug. Der beste Ort für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in der schönen Stadt Victoria. Ich komme bald wieder.

Gut gelegenes Hotel, in der Nähe des Flughafens. Gute Kaffee. Gute Größe. Restaurant im Zimmer. So muss man auf Mücken und die Entladekraft verbessern.

Quarto amplo, banheiro um pouco apertado, cama barulhenta. Café da manhã bem variado e bom atendimento da recepção.

Estadia sempre agradável! Amamos o hotel e só ficamos nele quando vamos para Vitória.

A única coisa que tenho a reclamar foi que pela amanhã estava tocando musicas evangélicas no café da manhã, e a televisão estava desligada. Sugiro orientar aos colaboradores ou a quem de direito que não convém música ambiente ser de orientação religiosa, ou músicas agitadas, uma música clássica ou bossa nova, ou instrumental é muito mais coerente com a diversidade do ambiente (especialmente porque vocês recebem também estrangeiros). Já sobre a televisão, sugiro estar ligada no noticiário para que as pessoas possam se informar dos acontecimentos do dia que ainda não tiveram acesso. No mais, o café da amanhã é excelente, espero que mantenham sempre esse padrão, para mim o melhor de Linhares. Limpeza e conforto do quarto e o atendimento dos colaboradores também estão acima da média, só tenho elogios.
