Location & Accessibility 📍 Prime Spot: The hotel is located right on the main road, making it very easy to find. The Crowd: During my stay, most guests seemed to be locals or people attending events like weddings and parties nearby. Distance to City Center: It is about a 20-minute drive to downtown Brussels. However, be aware that there is currently a lot of road construction in the city, which can lead to heavy traffic. The Service & Check-in 🔑 Reception: There is a front desk, but it is staffed by only one person with limited hours (usually until around 20:00). Self Check-out: For check-out, it’s very convenient—you can simply drop your key card in the designated box and go. Housekeeping: Cleaning staff operate during standard office hours, so they are not available around the clock. Parking 🚗 On-site Parking: There is a large parking lot located at the back of the building. Cost: It costs €16 per day. I recommend registering your car at the counter during check-in so you can drive in and out as many times as you like. Food & Amenities 🍴 Meals: Please note that breakfast is not provided. There is a restaurant across the street, but its opening hours are inconsistent. Shopping: There is a large supermarket within walking distance (located in the nearby alley), which is very handy. In-Room Facilities: The room features a kitchenette with a microwave, perfect for preparing quick meals. Who is this hotel for? ✅ Best for: Business travelers, people looking for a ”stopover” while driving between cities, or those who need a functional place for a short-term stay. Not for: If you are looking for a luxury holiday vibe or a ”resort” experience, this might not be the right fit. It is designed for utility and convenience.

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig am Flughafen Brüssel. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hotelzimmer hat eine gute Größe und ist ruhig Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen aber nicht so schlimm. Frühstück ist ok. Für einen Stopover zu empfehlen.

Hotelzimmer war in Ordnung. Die Toilette hat die ganze Nacht getropft. Die Tür konnte man von innen nicht mehr abschließen da kaputt, aber von außen kam man nicht rein. Beim Check In wurden wir auf ein Zimmer geschickt, wo bereits eine Person drin war. Aber es wurde uns unverzüglich weiter geholfen und wir haben ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Es war im ganzen ganz okay.

Das Hotel liegt nicht weit von Flughafen entfernt in einer Gegend mit einigen anderen Hotels. Das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis was gut. Wir konnten gut schlafen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung aber nichts besonderes. Zu Stoßzeiten ist der Frühstücksbereich sehr voll. Das Parken in der Tiefgarage kostet 19 Euro pro Tag, das fand ich etwas viel. Ein S-Bahnhof ist ca. 12 Minuten Fußweg vom Hotel entfernt. Die Bahn braucht ca. 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt von Brüssel.

I enjoyed my stay at the Pentahotel, Leuven. The ambience is retro chic on entry. The checking in & out processes were easy. I requested for a quiet room and it was honoured so I had a good rest on days I stayed in. The location is great, close to most of the sights and a good walking distance from others. I walked to and fro the tours but I could see the buses and lots of cyclists moving around. Customer service was great. Liza was really helpful and friendly. She was mostly at the reception and always had a smiling face when responding to questions/enquiries. My room was clean and since they have gone eco green, you only request for cleaning services when needed, which I think is a great way to reduce waste. The basics were available in my room but I would suggest adding a tiny vanity kit for emergency situations. Also, the discounted coins they give upon checking in for drinks at the bar or in the lounge was a nice touch. In summary, Pentahotel is a nice place to stay and enjoy the beautiful city of Leuven. I did.

Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens, was die Anreise sehr bequem macht. Die Einrichtungen sind relativ neu und der Service an der Rezeption ist ebenfalls hervorragend! Im Erdgeschoss gibt es kostenlosen Kaffee und Getränke, und es gibt einen Shuttlebus zum Flughafen. Das Hotel verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz, der ursprünglich kostenpflichtig war, aber der Rezeptionist hat uns die Parkgebühr erlassen. Ich werde bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Brüssel wieder hier übernachten 🤗🤗🤗

Das Hotel bietet einen Shuttlebus-Service an, der nur etwa zehn Minuten entfernt ist. Besonders praktisch: Er liegt ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Verlassen Sie das Hotel einfach nach rechts und überqueren Sie die Straße, um zum Bahnhofseingang zu gelangen. Die Anreise zum Brüsseler Hauptbahnhof ist sehr bequem und dauert mit dem Zug etwa eine halbe Stunde. Der Service im Hotel war im Allgemeinen gut. Wir kamen gegen 10 Uhr an und durften früh einchecken; das Zimmer war insgesamt sauber. Ein besonderes Lob gilt dem Kundenservice von Ctrip! Am Tag unserer Ankunft war der Shuttlefahrer krank, und es gab keinen Shuttle. Wir kontaktierten den Ctrip-Kundenservice, der uns während des gesamten Prozesses unterstützte und das Hotel kontaktierte, bis wir sicher im Bus saßen. 👍🏻

The hotel is good, clean n well maintained and at a reasonable location close to the airport the rooms are reasonable size with big windows and neat clean modern bathroom The check inn was good but could be faster as It took a lot of time. The breakfast is decent as well although with the price and category of hotel some fresh options like omelette et cetera would be appreciated.
