Overall Impression: This hotel feels more like a mix between a business hotel and a serviced apartment. It is a great functional choice, especially for those who are driving and need a comfortable place to stay for a night or two while on the move. Location & Accessibility 📍 Prime Spot: The hotel is located right on the main road, making it very easy to find. The Crowd: During my stay, most guests seemed to be locals or people attending events like weddings and parties nearby. Distance to City Center: It is about a 20-minute drive to downtown Brussels. However, be aware that there is currently a lot of road construction in the city, which can lead to heavy traffic. The Service & Check-in 🔑 Reception: There is a front desk, but it is staffed by only one person with limited hours (usually until around 20:00). Self Check-out: For check-out, it’s very convenient—you can simply drop your key card in the designated box and go. Housekeeping: Cleaning staff operate during standard office hours, so they are not available around the clock. Parking 🚗 On-site Parking: There is a large parking lot located at the back of the building. Cost: It costs €16 per day. I recommend registering your car at the counter during check-in so you can drive in and out as many times as you like. Food & Amenities 🍴 Meals: Please note that breakfast is not provided. There is a restaurant across the street, but its opening hours are inconsistent. Shopping: There is a large supermarket within walking distance (located in the nearby alley), which is very handy. In-Room Facilities: The room features a kitchenette with a microwave, perfect for preparing quick meals. Who is this hotel for? ✅ Best for: Business travelers, people looking for a ”stopover” while driving between cities, or those who need a functional place for a short-term stay. Not for: If you are looking for a luxury holiday vibe or a ”resort” experience, this might not be the right fit. It is designed for utility and convenience.

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig am Flughafen Brüssel. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hotelzimmer hat eine gute Größe und ist ruhig Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen aber nicht so schlimm. Frühstück ist ok. Für einen Stopover zu empfehlen.

Hotelzimmer war in Ordnung. Die Toilette hat die ganze Nacht getropft. Die Tür konnte man von innen nicht mehr abschließen da kaputt, aber von außen kam man nicht rein. Beim Check In wurden wir auf ein Zimmer geschickt, wo bereits eine Person drin war. Aber es wurde uns unverzüglich weiter geholfen und wir haben ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Es war im ganzen ganz okay.

Check-in in Sleep & Go Brussels South. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und die kleine Küche (Kühlschrank, Hobby, Tauch) ist ein echtes Bonus. Perfekt für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Die Lage funktioniert brillant, wenn Sie fahren. Einfacher Zugang von der Ringstraße, kostenfreier Parkplatz und zentraler Brüssel ist noch nahe. Für eine Straßenreisebasis ist dies schwer zu schlagen. Leider, der vorherige Mieter im Zimmer geraucht trotz klarer nicht rauchender Zeichen. Der Geruch ist schwach, aber persistentseeped in Gräben oder Aufholsterien. Öffnen des Fensters hilft nur so viel. Für Nichtraucher wird das schnell alt. Ich schätze wirklich den Raum und die Küche, und die Auto-freundliche Lage ist ein Gewinn. Aber das Management braucht tief saubere Zimmer, die Vergewaltiger verwendet haben. Fünf Tage hier bedeutet, dass Stachel rauchen Teil Ihrer Routine, und nicht in guter Weise.

Das Hotel liegt nicht weit von Flughafen entfernt in einer Gegend mit einigen anderen Hotels. Das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis was gut. Wir konnten gut schlafen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung aber nichts besonderes. Zu Stoßzeiten ist der Frühstücksbereich sehr voll. Das Parken in der Tiefgarage kostet 19 Euro pro Tag, das fand ich etwas viel. Ein S-Bahnhof ist ca. 12 Minuten Fußweg vom Hotel entfernt. Die Bahn braucht ca. 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt von Brüssel.

We traveled with a car and need to go to Brussel Midi on next day to pick up someone. So the location is perfect! Only 10 min drive. And they offer secured parking in front of the building for free. Check-in only open for 4 hours. But the hotel and trip.com have clear introductions in advance, so it’s not an issue. Reception are friendly. Room has no AC but it cooled down after we opened the window. The only reason for low score is the bed and the pillow. There is some protection cover underneath the bed linen, which is hard and feels like plastic or PVC. It didn’t breathe. Lying on top of such thing, our back start to sweat. Our solution for this one night is to lie on top of the duvet, so we could stop sweating. The pillows were also not standard.. when touching it, the filling are little fluffy balls… something like a normal pillow filling after hundreds years the cotton or microfibres stick to each other forming those little balls. (See picture what was under pillow case) For one night stay it was basically okay. We all had shower (water pressure was brilliant). There was strong light outside our window. So we didn’t need to turn on room light.

I enjoyed my stay at the Pentahotel, Leuven. The ambience is retro chic on entry. The checking in & out processes were easy. I requested for a quiet room and it was honoured so I had a good rest on days I stayed in. The location is great, close to most of the sights and a good walking distance from others. I walked to and fro the tours but I could see the buses and lots of cyclists moving around. Customer service was great. Liza was really helpful and friendly. She was mostly at the reception and always had a smiling face when responding to questions/enquiries. My room was clean and since they have gone eco green, you only request for cleaning services when needed, which I think is a great way to reduce waste. The basics were available in my room but I would suggest adding a tiny vanity kit for emergency situations. Also, the discounted coins they give upon checking in for drinks at the bar or in the lounge was a nice touch. In summary, Pentahotel is a nice place to stay and enjoy the beautiful city of Leuven. I did.

Der Preis war annehmbar, als ich entschieden habe, ob ich in der Nähe des Flughafens bleiben möchte oder nicht. Ich war nicht enttäuscht angesichts des komfortablen Zimmers und des kostenlosen Hotelflughafens (geteilt mit Holiday Inn EXPRESS neben der Tür und weiter nach oben Holiday Inn, ....). Es regnete morgens, als wir auf unseren großen Bus warten. Da der Bus nicht direkt vor Adagio oder HI Express drehte, brachten wir den Winterregen, um mit vielen Leuten auf den großen Bus zu fahren.

Ein typisches Holiday Inn, wie man es kennt. Ausstattung und Service entsprechen dem Standard. Was ich jedoch stark bemängeln muss, ist der absolut unpraktische Flughafen-Shuttle-Service. Er holt nur abends vom Flughafen ab und fährt nur tagsüber dorthin. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung des Hotels gibt es keine Gastronomie und die Anbindung an das Stadtzentrum ist äußerst ungünstig. Zudem sind die Wasserpreise im Restaurant überteuert.
