My transit hotel before leaving KSA after fews weeks in Jubail. 35-45 min to airport. Nearby Dammam corniche. Lots of restaurant nearby can be reach by walking distance. Wish to stay more days here.

Das Hotel ist sehr neu und sehr gut, das Zimmer ist sauber und sanitär, das Büro ist sehr komfortabel, das Hotel hat ein großes Einkaufszentrum auf der anderen Seite, sehr bequem, das nächste Mal nach Daman wird dieses Hotel auswählen.

New aparthotel. Clean, comfortable. Loves the pillow & bed. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are several towers & the reception for check-in is at the 1st tower after the main gate.
They provide iron/ironing board, drinking water, kettle & microwave, toiletries. Need to ask for more towels, though.
Our 3 bedroom suite has a very nice view of the Jubail Bay. There are several cafe/restaurants nearby

Very good hotel, great location, clean facilities and housekeeping staff are friendly. However, their automated call system doesn't work (I was calling from UAE), I couldn't get in touch with anyone before arriving.
Swimming pool timings are NOT business friendly (from 9am-6pm). Toilet is not the most comfortable, as the shower doesn't have a closure (or a door) so water was all around after the shower. And the water flow from the sink is extremely slowl, I had to remove the nozzle to get a good flow.

Das Hotel ist für kurze Reisen sehr optimal. Gegenüber befindet sich die Dhahran Mall und ist nur mit einem Taxi gut erreichbar. Zu Fuß müssen Sie ein wenig laufen.

Das Badezimmer war sehr unrein, mit Haar- und Nagelklips, die die Notwendigkeit einer tiefen Reinigung angaben. Außerdem fehlte es eine Auspufffan, und die Gebetsmatte erforderte auch Waschbehandlung.
Was die Dienstleistungen und den Preis angeht, so waren sie groß, wie auch die Größe des Zimmers und die Zusammenarbeit der Mitarbeiter, sei es die Rezeption oder die Arbeitnehmer.

KkareninagurlFirst I'm so grateful to Sheraton for being inclusive. They have accepted me and my partner. Also, the service is amazing. The amenities are classic and clean. The location is near Shatea mall and restaurants. I've really enjoyed my stay. If I'll go Dammam sure I'll book again. Thanks a lot!

AABIGAEL SALVADORI just have issue as the room was not that soundproof you can hear everyone walking at corridor, plus the water from the other rooms (maybe bathroom) and doorbell for the other room it seems they are knocking to your door as well.

HHoustonianI don’t mind paying for another day if I arrive early but I couldn’t understand why they lied to me. I came to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning of the day I booked for check-in. I was told to pay in full and didn’t get a breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I should come downstairs to check in again at 12:00 for another room because they didn’t have the type of none smoking room I booked. It was all fine. You didn’t allow me spend several hours in the sofa in the lobby “because we are are five star hotel!”(although during the coming several days I have seen people including myself and my colleagues staying in the sofas all the time without paying for any coffee or snacks). The pain I had is they told me to wait until 3pm for changing rooms. I called the front desk several times and in the end called back to China to talk to Ctrip. The guy who changed me full day for less than 7 hours stay has seen my Ctrip booking in my cellphone. The lady at front counter told me they didn’t know I had another booking! Don’t understand what system they were using to manage the hotel. Eventually I carried my luggage out to lunch and then got my other room at 1:30pm. Regarding hardware I want to complain about the bench in front of the bed. It was a hard and heavy thing that would break your knees if you hit it during the night if you go t bathroom or come back for sleep. Couldn’t understand why in such a small room they want to squeeze everything in. The lattice for salad in breakfast had sands. Maybe I was unlucky? Anyway as a guy who stays in five stars all the time I would not come back to this hotel in the future.

RRabsoWe enjoyed our stayed. The rooms where so clean and well oriented. They have very friendly staff. We oreder lunch from their restaurant and food was so delicious. Will stay again for sure.

NNimozaishateDie Lage des Hotels ist relativ, und es kann auch sein, dass der Bau umgeben ist, ein bisschen scharf am Morgen. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, eine bestimmte Suite, ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer ist getrennt. Der Wohnzimmer hat einen Sofa, ein paar Bücher, eine Adresse, geeignet für Familienreisen. Nahe der Küste, Urlaub ist auch gut!
