Stayed in the hotel with 2 kids for literally 1 night, we had a flight at 3am in the morning. Staff - extremely unprofessional, rude and indifferent. I left my bag in the taxi before arrival with all the documents and asked for some help from the side of the hotel - the guy at the checkin didn’t even know the number of the reception in order to update the Uber driver. After that, we initially booked a queen sized room through ***********, however after so many inconvenience decided to check with the front office if the room was assigned right. They said that they are overbooked and gave us a twin room instead. Which was really odd, but even then I just asked for a printed sheet with a stamp from manager about actually being overbooked on that date in order to come back to *********** support about this matter later. The girl at the FO pleasantly said “yes sure”. After 5 mins came back to pick the paper asked and was rudely rejected by the other girl from reception, saying they will not give me anything. Moved us to the other room, which was exactly the same. It was 10pm, we were tired. Came back to FO, who said it’s a different room with queen sized bed (thought they were overbooked and didn’t have any rooms????). They said that in my first room I had 2 beds, and in the new one 1 big one. I confirmed that in my first room it was already 1 big one and not 2 twin beds. They rudely said ‘no, we’re lying. Lately, barged into our room, saw ACTUALLY 1 BED AS WE STATED, and said ‘look, as we said, 1 bed’. Staff bluntly lies, stays disrespectful and indifferent. AND AFTER THIS, went back to FO to ask for breakfast boxes for me and my kids being ready at 2 am, since we payed for breakfast. FO said ‘okay’. At 2am - no boxes. And only the phrase - you should have asked in the evening. Which I did. Awful unprofessional service. Truly surprised. However I see through reviews - I am not the only one who was completely disappointed with the staff.

Sehr gutes Hotel im Zentrum von Katowice. Der Empfang war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. (vielen Dank an Dominika). Aufgrund meines Status bei Accorhotels habe ohne Anfrage ein Upgrade erhalten. Das Hotel ist neu und die Zimmer sind in einem Top-Zustand. Im Hotel befindet sich auch eine Tiefgarage, die Preise für den Parkplatz sind angemessen. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine große Auswahl an Speisen. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam. Es wurde ständig nachgefüllt und es fehlte an nichts. Das COVID-19 Hygienekonzept wurde gut umgesetzt. Alles top, 5 Sterne für dieses sehr schöne Hotel in Katowice.

Staying at Boutique Hotel's Bytom in winter was a delightful experience! The location is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to local attractions. My Double Standard room was impeccably clean and cozy, providing a comfortable retreat after a day out. The service was exceptional; the staff were friendly and always ready to assist. I particularly enjoyed the facilities, including a lovely breakfast that offered a variety of delicious options. Overall, it’s great value for money, making it an ideal choice for solo travelers like myself. Highly recommend! 🌟❄️

If you are visiting Katowice, this is the place to stay! Excellent room; an always-friendly and helpful front desk staff; an excellent breakfast; the super Kaktusy restaurant within the hotel; and reasonable pricing!! And it's very centrally located, close to the bars/clubs/restaurants district and near the city centre and main railways station. I cannot recommend this hotel too highly.

Das Hotel hat uns wirklich positiv überrascht. Zimmer: Das Zimmer war unglaublich sauber. Anfangs dachten wir sogar, dass das Zimmer neu renoviert wurde. Wirklich nichts zu beanstanden. Mitarbeiter: Auch das Personal war sehr nett. Vor allem die Dame namens Anna an der Rezeption war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit mit ihr mit ihren Empfehlungen hat sie unseren Aufenthalt in Kattowitz noch mal deutlich verbessert.  Frühstück: Sehr lecker und vielfältig. Selten so ein Frühstücksangebot im Hotel gesehen. Lage: Sehr zentral. Der AM Bus der vom Flughafen startet hält direkt vor der Tür. Kein Taxi erforderlich. Alles wichtige ohne Probleme zu Fuß oder Bus/Bahn erreichbar. Beim nächsten mal definitiv wieder dieses Hotel!

Wir waren absolut erfreut über unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und würden nicht zögern, es für Geschäftsreisende oder Freizeitreisende empfehlen. Die Lage ist hervorragend für das Stadtzentrum und den Bahnhof. Das Personal bot einen außergewöhnlichen Service an, sprach ausgezeichnet Englisch und half uns bei jeder Anfrage. Was es wirklich einen besonderen Aufenthalt machte, war das wunderbare Frühstück, das frisch, verschieden und großzügig war. Unser einziger Bedauern ist, dass wir nur zwei Nächte bleiben konnten. Ich habe Zugangsbedürfnisse und sie fanden mir ein geeignetes Zimmer mit nassem Zimmer. Ich kann dieses Hotel auf irgendeiner Ebene nicht schuldig machen. Phänomenal Wert.

Der Eincheck war schnell, dauerte buchstäblich 60 Sekunden, um die Türschlüssel zu erhalten. Wir haben das Frühstück nicht genutzt, da wir beide Tage vor dem Frühstücksservice aus dem Hotel waren. Das Hotel ist leicht zu finden, indem Sie eine Fahrt von der Stadt bis zur Katowice Graniczna Fahrtstopp, durch Lidl gehen und es ist auf der linken Seite.

Für eine Rundreise mit der Bahn habe ich für eine Nacht das Novotel gebucht. Frisch aus dem Nachtzug von Gdynia gefallen wollte ich nur meinen Koffer abgeben. Zu meiner größten Freude konnte ich bereits um kurz vor 9 Uhr morgens einchecken und mein Zimmer beziehen. Das war natürlich wirklich toll, da das Schlafabteil im TLK-Zug keine Dusche hatte. Von dort aus hatte man einen wirklich tollen Blick auf die Skyline des modernen Katowices. Das Hotel selbst ist gut mit der Straßenbahn vom Hauptbahnhof aus zu erreichen. Wer möchte, kann abends auch sehr gut im hoteleigenen Restaurant speisen. Wir heißt es so schön: ”Jederzeit gerne wieder”.

Es gibt einen Teepot, Kaffee und Tee zu den Kosten des Zimmers, und hier ist die vollen Bar sicher für die zusätzliche Gebühr ... ein chic view vom Fenster! Und im Allgemeinen, wer will komfortable, schön und elegant zum Mindestpreis zu ruhen(der Preis für das Zimmer ist angenehm) - Ich empfehle dieses Hotel Park Hot Diamond in Katowice! Bedauern Sie nicht und werden zufrieden sein!!! Das Frühstück konnte leider nicht versuchen, weil es einen sehr frühen Flug ... Obwohl sehr gewollt! Restaurant im Hotel auf der oberen Etage und von dort sogar besseren Blick öffnet (Ich ging dort nur um ihren Restaurant zu sehen)..

Korzystam z hotelu kilka razy do roku. Przyjemne pokoje, prysznic, telewizor. Dobra opcja na przystanek w podróży czy nocleg przed wyjazdem na lotnisko. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

Я не смогла попасть в апартаменты! Мой вылет из Ливерпуля задержали. Я приехала в апарт отель около 3.30 утра. Мне никто не открыл. На следующий день я увидела email oт отель с паролем. Но! Этот email мне прислали в ночь когда я должна была заселиться! Я не имела интернета т.к была в пути, летела! Почему мне не прислали код заранее? В дневное время или сразу после моей оплаты? Я понятия не имела что стойка регистрации не круглосуточная. Мне пришлось искать другой отель в 4 утра! И я потратила на него 230 злотых. Никто не извинился даже I didn't get into the apartment! My flight from Liverpool was delayed. I arrived at the aparthotel around 3.30 am. Nobody opened up for me. The next day I saw an email from the hotel with a password. But! This letter was sent to me on the night I was supposed to move in! because I was on the way, flying! Why wasn't the code sent to me in advance? During the day or immediately after my payment? Es gibt keinen unbekannten Luxus, aber der Service ist sehr schön, die Zimmer sind sauber, komfortable Matratze, WiFi ok, es schneidet nicht. Frühstück für mich auf plus - ist das, was Sie brauchen, ist gute Eier, frisches Backen, Trauben, Käse. Ich bewerte die Attraktionen nicht, weil es ein Hotel ist, das in der Nähe des Flughafens sein soll, nicht Attraktionen. plus zusätzlich große, kostenlose Parkplätze. Nur für minus das Restaurant nur von 16, aber das Essen so lange es steht ist lecker.
