The hotel is located right next to a busy street with a bit of sea view. A popular seafood market is in a walkable distance. The room is clean and the staff is friendly.

This was a very pleasant place to stay before and after a hike in Seoraksan National Park. Lovely view from the balcony. Very clean and comfortable, and helpful staff! Very convenient location. The local bus to the national park is right across the street from the hotel, and the hotel is 10 minutes walk from the express bus terminal. I was pleasantly surprised by a washing machine in the room, which was great to clean my muddy clothes after my hike (you'll need your own laundry detergent). The room had a kitchenette with sink, hot plate, and full-size refrigerator and freezer. The only problem is there was no pot or pan to use on the hot plate, so I could not actually use it to warm my food (unless I would travel with my own pot)! It would be nice if the room provided a hair dryer and if the hotel had some breakfast option. The cafe downstairs offers only drinks, not food, and doesn't open until 11 a.m. The entryway light is motion activated, and there are many electronic buttons and panels around the room that emit light, so if you are sensitive to light while sleeping, you will have to cover your eyes with a sleep mask. Also note that it you close the sliding door between the bed and living area while the air conditioning is on, it will prevent the cold air from reaching the part of the room where the thermostat is located, so the air conditioner will remain on indefinitely, and the sleeping area will get very cold. The various panels for lights and temperature were a bit difficult to understand. English labels would be helpful. But the receptionist was helpful and came up to my room to show me how to use the air conditioning. The USB port on the nightstand worked some of the time and sometimes it didn't. I couldn't figure out if there was a switch or setting somewhere in the room to make it work, or if it was just malfunctioning.

Das ist unser zweiter Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Zimmer war besser als zuvor, mit sauberem Sofa. Es ist geräumig mit einem großen Bett, dicken Matratzen und Balkon (aber meist für Pigeons). Das Frühstück ist gut Sie können etwas leichtes essen, wie Toasts mit Jam oder etwas Herzlicheres, wie Fleisch und Suppe. Für diesen Preis ist es perfekter Ort.

Super value for money! It’s a 8 minutes walk from sokcho express bus terminal. The room is just right for a solo traveller wld be abit of a squeeze but it’s alright for 2 person as well. Super convenient that there’s a microwave at the lobby since Korean restaurants usually don’t cater to solo diners so you would need to takeaway most of the time . Saw in some of the reviews that the elevator takes a long time but the hotel has fixed that! They split the elevators such that there’s 2 elevators for the lower floors and the higher floors. Would definitely come back next time! No toothbrush provided but slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bottled water are available

Ausgezeichnete Lage 100m vom Sokcho Bus Terminal. und einfacher Zugang zum Searaksan Nationalpark über den Bus 7-1. Waschmaschine verfügbar bei B1 für eine Gebühr. Vieles Essen in der Nähe. Wenn Sie Fisch leben, dann gehen Sie für ausgezeichnetes Grill Fisch Restaurant 5Min. zu Fuß.

Sauberkeit: Das Zimmer, die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher waren makellos sauber. Ausstattung: Die gesamte Einrichtung, einschließlich Möbel, Toilette und Föhn, wirkte sehr neuwertig und modern. Lage: Die Lage direkt am Gyeongpo Strand ist traumhaft. Sanftes Wellenrauschen begleitete uns in den Schlaf, und morgens die Vorhänge zu öffnen und direkt das Meer zu sehen, war einfach unbeschreiblich schön. Service: Aufgrund unseres engen Zeitplans haben wir nicht viele Serviceleistungen in Anspruch genommen. Der Check-in und die Gepäckaufbewahrung verliefen jedoch äußerst freundlich und professionell – das Personal war sehr serviceorientiert.

It was a very nice experience - of course the hotel is more expensive due to its unique ”design”, but for us it was worth it (we only stayed one night). The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms were nice and clean and parking was included. Only thing is, that there is a little walk from the parking lot to the reception, but there are carts that can be borrowed. Also the surrounding area is nice and has some viewing spots worth exploring. We had nothing to complain.

Das Zimmer ist sauber und komfortabel, und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Einer der Highlights ist die Sonnenaufnahme vom Dach des Hotels, was einen beträchtlichen Vorteil ist. Sie bieten ein einfaches Frühstück für diejenigen, die lieber nicht Zeit zu verbringen, um zu entscheiden, was am Morgen zu essen. Wenn Sie jedoch kein Auto haben, kann der Spaziergang vom Bahnhof zum Hotel ein wenig müde sein. Alternativ können Sie ein Taxi nehmen oder auf den Busservice verlassen, der alle zwei oder drei Stunden läuft. Insgesamt ist dieses Hotel eine ausgezeichnete Wahl, wenn Sie in Jeongdongjin Zeit verbringen und das Meer genießen wollen.

Great location with many seafood restaurants nearby and also a couple of nice cafes to chill with a good view. It’s better to take a taxi when coming from the bus terminal with luggages. There are buses that take to the downtown area as well. Room is clean and convenient with its amenities plus there is a washer and dryer in the room. Check in was easy with instructions although there is a need to follow the 4pm check in time and 11am check out time. No daily housekeeping unless stay is 3 nights or more. Overall it was a great stay! Well-recommended.

Das Dignity Hotel liegt direkt am Meer, also ist es für Leute, die das Meer lieben, genau das Richtige! Der Naksan-Tempel ist 20 Minuten entfernt, aber das wunderschöne Meer wird Sie beim Herumschlendern beschäftigen. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und verfügt über ein großes begehbares Ankleidezimmer und einen Loungebereich. Nachts ist es auch sehr ruhig (es ist schließlich auf dem Land!) und Sie werden sich garantiert gut ausruhen. Die Annehmlichkeiten in der Umgebung sind spärlich, da noch Nebensaison ist (zum Beispiel ist der nächste gut sortierte Supermarkt 20 Minuten entfernt). Ich empfehle daher, das Morgenbuffet im Hotelrestaurant zu kaufen, damit Sie morgens nicht hungrig bleiben, während Sie überlegen, was Sie erkunden möchten. Unabhängig davon erwarte ich, dass die Gegend während der Hochsaison im Sommer viel besser erreichbar ist, also planen Sie entsprechend! Alles in allem wird das Dignity Hotel meine erste Wahl bei der Auswahl einer Unterkunft sein, wenn ich nach Yangyang zurückkehre. Ich hatte eine wundervolle Zeit dort.
