Das Zimmer ist klein, eine Person bekommt ein Zweibettzimmer und das Bett ist schmal und weich, was das Schlafen unangenehm macht! Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber das Bad war nur durchschnittlich. Es war zu kalt, um zu Hause Kleidung zu tragen, und es war sehr klein. Die Rezeption war nachlässig, vergaß, Frühstücksgutscheine auszugeben, vergaß, die Hotelsteuer zu erheben, und rief nachts an, um sie abzuholen.

Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Kanazawa. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite befindet sich ein 7-Eleven-Supermarkt, was das Einkaufen sehr praktisch macht. Das Hotel ist zwar schon etwas älter, aber makellos sauber und gepflegt. Der Service ist besonders gut und zuvorkommend. Jedes Mal, wenn Sie ins Hotel zurückkehren, werden Sie mit einer freundlichen Verbeugung begrüßt. Service ist der schönste Aspekt Japans. Der Hauptvorteil eines Aufenthalts hier ist die hervorragende Anbindung an alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Vom Bahnhof aus fahren verschiedene Busse ab, mit denen Sie die Umgebung erkunden können. Dies ist eine großartige Wahl für Erstbesucher in Kanazawa.

Das Zimmer ist nicht groß, aber der Preis und die Lage sind großartig. Es liegt neben der Stadt Omi, mehr als 200 Meter vom Busbahnhof entfernt und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Kenrokuen-Garten entfernt. Der Preis von weniger als 300 ist sehr gut für Alleinreisende geeignet Reisende. Von Kanazawa aus ist es sehr bequem, nach Dongxunfang und Yuqing zu gelangen.

Günstig gelegen gegenüber dem Ōmichō-Markt. Der Raum ist geräumig, sauber und sogar mit einem elektrischen Dampfglätter und einem Fußmassagegerät ausgestattet! Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn ich Kanazawa wieder besuche.

Very modern and nice room in a good location close to the city centre. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. I booked a room for two, but the bed was a single with a couch on the side. The couch was comfortable, but it is not what I ordered or expected. It is a self checkout place, so while it is easy, you are not being served. I also missed the possibility of leaving our bags at reception or at least lockers. The ones in the front are for sending and receiving parcels.

We absolutely loved our stay at the minimal modern Muji-style hotel! The design was sleek and inviting, creating a serene atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that enhanced our experience. Although our stay was short—just one night—we truly enjoyed every moment. The ambiance was perfect for relaxation, and we appreciated the convenient amenities that made our visit enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kanazawa. Its blend of modern aesthetics and comfort makes it a standout choice!

After doing a bit of research for this part of my family's trip to Japan over Christmas, Kanazawa was high on our list (now Top 25 places to go this year according to National Geographic!). So glad we stayed there. Look no further than a walk outside of Kanazawa Station (buses and trains easily accessible) and go to Hyatt Centric. Amazing location in terms of accessibility (the city itself is quite walkable or you can do the loop buses from there). The amenities and room were top notch. Staff were amazing everywhere, their take on breakfast was also done well with a mix of local Kanazawan cuisine, Japanese dishes, and Western dishes. Rooftop Bar was also nice. Rooms were also very affordable compared to other cities in Japan for what some might consider a higher quality. Already planning our next family trip and plan to go here again.

I originally planned to stay for three nights and was very satisfied with my stay. However, due to unexpected circumstances, I asked the front desk around 3 a.m. on the last night to extend my stay by one more night. Since I made the request directly at the front desk (not through a third-party site), I believed it would be handled as a simple extension. The staff accepted payment, but only after that told me I would need to change rooms. I was informed that I could speak with the front desk again in the morning to arrange the room change. When I went to the front desk around 9 a.m., I was told there were no rooms available and that I would need to wait until 3 p.m. to check in again. I found this quite confusing — if that’s the case, it doesn’t really feel like a “stay extension.” In that case, I could have chosen another hotel. In the end, because I needed more time to pack, I was charged a 2,000 yen late fee. I understand hotel policy, but considering I had already paid to “extend” my stay, it didn’t feel very reasonable. I don’t mind paying, but the situation itself left me a bit disappointed.

Das Hotel ist zu Fuß entfernt (5-10min) von Oyama Shrine, Kanazawa Castle und Kenroku-en und Nagamachi District. Entfernung zum Kanazawa Station ist ca. 15Min zu Fuß und viele visuelle Behinderungen, so dass es ziemlich schwierig war, ein Gepäck zu drücken. Das bequeme und große Hotelzimmer und das Beste ist, dass Waschmaschine und Mikrowelle alle im Zimmer selbst sind. Wenn ich nach Kanazawa zurückkehre, werde ich dieses Hotel sicher wieder auswählen.
