Etwa 7 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Aomori entlang der Hauptstraße. Im ersten Stock gibt es einen Lawson. Die Zimmer sind für ein Businesshotel recht sauber und geräumig. Das Badezimmer verfügt über einen Duschbereich neben der Badewanne. Vor Ort gibt es einen Münzwaschsalon, einen Fitnessraum und einen Raucherbereich. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass es für ein Business-Hotel einen sehr hohen Standard hatte. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Check-in was very smooth. In fact, they allowed us to check in earlier - about 1 to 2 hours earlier, I think. The room was already ready, so they allocated it to us when we arrived. The room itself was rather small but functional and clean, so we don’t really have any complaints other than it being a bit small. I guess this is Japanese standards. The pricing is fairly more expensive than the inns across the road, perhaps because of the location and also because it is very new. The property itself has a very nice onsen. The female onsen had a lot of apples floating in it, which was a very nice touch to showcase Aomori apples. The front desk staff are very nice and very friendly. They also have staff who can speak Chinese. Not that I am Chinese, but I can speak some Chinese better than Japanese, which I can’t speak at all. Nevertheless, the staff could converse in English, or at least some basic English. There’s free yoga and some classes, but we didn’t utilise them as it’s not really useful for tourists who would rather spend time outside the hotel. This seems more suited for locals who want a short getaway, but still a very lovely touch. Breakfast is paid separately and does not come with the room, so there is no comment on that. The property provides Nespresso capsules in the room, and there is also a better Nespresso machine near the check-in counter. I also love that they provide water for free without having to pay extra. The lounge is available for everybody and overlooks the bridge. They provide some free snacks and drinks depending on the timing - different items in the morning and in the evening. That being said, there is no alcohol being served. Also, the coffee there is very bad. I don’t understand why they don’t put the Nespresso machine in the lounge since they have one at the lobby. Overall, everything was quite perfect for this hotel. In fact, the location was the most perfect part. Once you exit the train station, you enter an elevator that goes up to the hotel. Since it was winter, I was afraid I would need to drag my bags for a long time, but it’s right outside the exit after you tap your card and turn left. If I remember correctly, the elevator is right there and there is no need to go outside at all. However, there are only two elevators servicing the entire building, so there might be some waiting time. I would advise leaving earlier if you have a train to catch. The only reason this is not a full-star review is because I requested about a one-hour late checkout due to our train time, and they told us we needed to pay - if I remember correctly, ¥2,000 per hour. I felt they were very rigid about the 11 am checkout time. To be honest, even if they had given it to us, we probably wouldn’t have used it anyway, as we later decided to change our train time to leave Aomori, since there isn’t much to do here. Still, the rejection and inflexibility made us feel very uneasy and unwelcome. I think they could have handled this better by being less rigid and more human. So that’s minus points from us. After all, this is part of hospitality, and it doesn’t hurt.

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist sehr praktisch, die Preise sind angemessen und günstig. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte, und das Leben ist bequem. Es gibt viele Buslinien, und das Reisen ist günstig. Sie können mit dem Zug oder Bus zu den umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten fahren. Das kleinste Zimmer ist zu klein, und Sie müssen mindestens 17 Quadratmeter wählen.

Best hotel i happened to stay in Japan so far! Staff is very nice, lobby cafe is cozy and comfortable (and has microwave and water supply), breakfast has many options including daily smoothie (delicious!) Room is clean, and i was lucky to have a nice view😍 Very close to the station, like 3 min walk Definitely could recommend it for your stay in Hachinohe

Had a fantastic stay at Dormy Inn Aomori Natural Hot Spring. The location is very convenient, close to Aomori Station and within easy reach of nearby restaurants and attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and restful. A major highlight was the natural hot spring bath—absolutely excellent for relaxing after a long day. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, with both indoor and outdoor bathing options that made the experience even better. The complimentary late-night ramen was also a great touch, adding extra value to the stay. Staff were friendly, polite, and efficient throughout. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay with great amenities and excellent value. Highly recommended when visiting Aomori!

Rein und geräumig Zimmer, hilfsbereites Personal, komfortables Bett, gute Lage für Fahrer, in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums und einige touristische Orte, z.B. Reis Peddy Art Field etc.

We really enjoyed 2 nights stay in this hotel. Location is walking distant to many nice restaurants and fish market. Breakfast is excellent with a lot of choices. Fresh seafood was included . The room was clean and spacious. Nice coffee self service was provided anytime at the reception. Welcome apple juice and biscuits were provided in the room. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We will use this hotel again when we go to Japan.

Very good. Iron is available and can be collected from reception area. Everywhere is near. Good room space. Although when we switch on the aircond its blowing hot air. Lucky that the weather and wind at night is cooler so we decided to open the window for cool air to the room. Happy for the opportunity to stay at this hotel in aomori.

Ich hatte keine Ahnung, dass ich zum Abendessen Beef Shabu Shabu kochen musste. Wir blieben zwei Nächte und aßen an beiden Abenden das gleiche Essen. Nach dem Essen roch es im Zimmer nach Rindfleisch und zum Frühstück gab es nur Brot! Es wurde nicht erwähnt Alles bei der Buchung des Zimmers. Es stand nur, dass Frühstück und Abendessen inbegriffen waren!! Hier habe ich viele Male übernachtet, ein Bett und zwei Mahlzeiten. Das schlechteste Essen aller Zeiten!! Der Check-in und Check-out erfolgt jeweils in Selbstbedienung

We were two people. The room we stayed at was not big. If you have two suitcases it will be hard to open up both of them at the same time. We didn’t have suitcases, and therefore the space was not a problem for us. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. I lost my gloves at a bus, and they helped me to get them back. You also got apple juice as a welcome drink at the front desk (very nice apple juice!). We used baggage storage after checking out, which was no problem. The room was very clean. When we were there they had an eco plan, which was that the room got cleaned only once at our 4 night stay, but could get towels whenever we wanted. We though it was good from the environment perspective (but we decided to not have any cleaning at all). Overall I though our stay at this hotel was very good.
