Doubletree Hilton Turin is located on the site of the historic FIAT production work. The rooms have very high windows (over 5 meters), the beds are very comfortable, the TV mostly Italian. The hotel itself is located outside of the city center. However, it is easily reachable by metro in 9 minutes. A metro ride costs just 2 Euros. A shopping center and two supermarkets are just one minute away as are a plenty of restaurants. The price is fair and much cheaper than in the center itself, where parking lots are simply unavailable (free at Doubletree Hilton Turin). I would surely recommend staying here.

On arrival you can call the hotel and ask for pickup. At terminal 1, you can proceed to arrival gate 5 and wait for the van. Yhe blue one has marking in front.. b

Perfekte Betriebsbasis für Ihren Aufenthalt in Piemonte oder darüber hinaus. Eine schöne Oase in einem Berg-Oberste Burg mit Blick auf Langhe Weinberge. Entspannen Sie sich nach Tagreisen oder einfach den ganzen Tag am Pool kühlen und haben Mittagessen und Abendessen in ihrem göttlichen Restaurant. Ein volles Frühstücksbuffet ist auf der schönen Gartenterrasse enthalten, wo sie auch nachmittags Scharkorie und Käseplatten servieren. Die Zimmer wurden kürzlich mit allen modernen Einrichtungen renoviert, außer mit Nespresso-Maschinen und Duvetten, aber die Lobbybar, wo sie hervorragende Cappucinos machen, ist immer in der Nähe. Da können sie Ihnen Fontanafredda Weine (dieselben Eigentümer) zu Preisen der Komfortladen verkaufen. Ich habe nichts anderes als große Dinge zu sagen, sondern ich habe fünf Vorschläge: 1. Verlassen Sie die AC, auch wenn nur ein wenig zwischen den Gästen, weil es 40C war, als wir ankamen (55C in der Zimmer) und es dauerte fast 24H für das Zimmer zu erreichen 22C. 2. Haben Duvet Decks im Zimmer, wenn nicht im Bett, weil meine Frau wie viele Menschen gerne ein wenig Gewicht in ihren Decks haben. 3. Niedriger Sie Waschpreise und haben eine Preisliste im Zimmer, um Überraschungen bei der checkout zu vermeiden. 4. Nicht für EV-Abgaben, es ist kostenlos in den meisten Hotels weltweit. 5. Betrachten Sie Nespresso-Maschinen im Zimmer mit Kaffee-Mate Cremers, um die Nachfrage am Morgen in der Küche zu reduzieren und die Gäste gut koffeiniert zu halten. Отель расположен в красивом месте,рядом с причалом для лодок,удобно ездить по островам,рядом пешеходная дорожка вдоль озера,можно за 20 мин дойти до центра Стрезы,где много ресторанов. В отеле чисто,он конечно немного староват. Но вид на озеро -это очень красиво. Завтрак обычный с горячими блюдами,вкусный кофе. В целом все понравилось

While the outside of Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia is stunning, the overall experience left much to be desired. After being wowed by the property's beautiful exterior, the rest of our stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the hotel's high star rating. The lack of customer service was a major letdown. There was no doorman to assist with our luggage upon arrival, and the young bartender simply watched as I struggled to open the door, rather than offering to help. It was only after I had to explicitly ask him for assistance that he begrudgingly opened one side of the door, still making no effort to help with our bags. The cleanliness of the room was also sub-par. We left our used towels in the bathtub, as the room instructions indicated, but rather than replacing them with fresh towels, the housekeeping staff simply hung the dirty ones back up. This was an appalling oversight. Additionally, the gym and pool area did not have WiFi access, which was an inconvenience when trying to stay connected during our stay. Overall, while the property itself is visually impressive, the lackluster customer service and lack of attention to cleanliness really detracted from our experience at Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia. I expected a higher level of quality and care from a hotel of this caliber.

Arrivare alle 21 e trovare la camera con 12gradi non è stato affatto piacevole. Mi è stata sostituita la camera solo dopo aver aspettato oltre un ora che si riscaldasse la camera ma la temperatura non si alzava se non di un grado. Ma alle 22:30 finalmente mi hanno cambiato camera che comunque stava anch’essa a 18 gradi….. nell’armadio di una camera matrimoniale una coperta una piazza Nel bagno 1 set asciugamani per 1 sola persona Be a parte questi dettagli che potrebbero decisamente essere migliorati l’hotel è molto carino e pulito posizione ottima ristorantino all interno comodo e cibo di qualità

尊敬的攜程您好，如果是沒有客房清潔的住宿就請不要標成“酒店”。 比較糟糕的一次體驗。這種糟糕的體驗90%來自不專業的前台。 先説比較滿意的部分：離火車站比較近，步行十到十五分鐘即可到達。設施比較新，有咖啡機，也有廚房，且炊具很齊全，很適合做飯。第一天遇到的前台很友善，提前讓我們40分鐘入住了房間（提前入住需要收取30歐元）。 糟糕的部分：第二天晚上下班回來發現房間沒有打掃就下去問前台。前台強調we are not a hotel, this is an apartment （我們不是酒店，是公寓）。FINE，遂問能不能換一下毛巾或者拿兩條乾淨的毛巾，得到回覆換毛巾需要收取10歐。洗手間的水池下水比較慢，所以問前台能不能請人看看，卻被質問：why didn’t you report this yesterday（你為什麼昨天不説）. I WAS WORKING YESTERDAY AND BY THE TIME I GOT BACK YOU WERE OFF WORK! How would I know if it didn’t work if I haven’t used it at all. 邏輯滿分的前台，完全不內耗，有問題衹會是住客的問題。 真誠建議攜程不要標註是酒店，它自己的員工也強調了不是酒店。

Ich bat um ein Zimmer mit Badewanne und Bergblick, aber keiner meiner Wünsche wurde erfüllt. Der Rezeptionist entschuldigte sich, das Hotel sei ausgebucht und die Badewannen würden heutzutage aus Nachhaltigkeitsgründen entfernt, und er sah nicht so aus, als würde er sich große Mühe geben, eine für mich zu finden. Hotels sind Orte zum Entspannen, und auf die Badewanne sollte nicht verzichtet werden. Ich bin vom Double Tree nebenan umgezogen, weil ich mir nur eine Badewanne und eine schöne Aussicht gewünscht habe, aber ich glaube nicht, dass ich nach NH zurückkehren werde, weil das Zimmer und das Personal im Double Tree besser wären, wenn ich sie nicht hätte haben können. Die 500-ml-Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank kostete 3 €, während sie bei Double Tree 2 € kostete. Die Zimmerausstattung war im Double Tree deutlich besser. Hier bei NH gibt es keine Steckdosen in der Nähe des Bettes. Ich war überrascht. Der einzige Vorteil ist, dass NH näher an der U-Bahn-Station liegt, aber die U-Bahn verkehrte nicht, als ich dort war. Was die Lage angeht, empfehle ich dieses Hotel denjenigen, die hierher fahren. Es gibt jede Menge Parkplätze.

Das Hotel selbst ist schön, das Personal auch nett. Die Lage ist nicht so gut für Leute, die Turin als Touristen besuchen möchten.

Amazing stay in a great student campus. You have a study area, a gym, a nice clean room with high ceilings and a kitchen, communal living room spaces and even a tennis court! Definitely more than you need from a couple nights in the city. The area is very close to the Center, and the transport links are great. Buses get you to the city centre in 15 minutes while walking will take you more like 25-30 min. Also they have a large supermarket in the same building, which is super convenient as they have plenty of choice. But beware — there’s a homeless guy nestling right by the supermarket (that street can get some dodgy action at night). As per the accommodation, the biggest community there is composed of students - all very welcoming and friendly. Receptionists and staff are also very helpful. Feels like a hotel. Recommend 👍🏻
