I had an absolutely amazing stay! Everything from the hospitality to the cleanliness and ambiance exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home.
What truly made the experience unforgettable was the thoughtful complimentary arrangement they made for a birthday celebration. From the beautiful decorations to the surprise cake, every detail was taken care of with such care and effort. It added such a personal and memorable touch to our trip.

Stayed for 3 nights.Awesome experience! Reception was welcoming and the rooms were big (particularly as it is right outside the arrival area of T1 terminal). Ample potable water provided for a family of 4. Pitch dark functions were enabled for the curtains and the rooms were sound proof. Breakfast spread was adequate, and live counters were fabulous. Would love to have a few more options for fruits.
A special call out for supporting ‘divyang’’- what a lovely smile the young boy carried and we could interact in sign language. Thanks to TATA ethos!

Das Hotel ist wunderschön gebaut, ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens, praktisch für den Transport, das Hotel hat eine große Fläche, es gibt einen Garten draußen, das Zimmer ist alt und die Steppdecke ist relativ dünn. Die Mahlzeiten im Restaurant sind köstlich.

Bit dated hotel. Location not near any good places but close to the airport.
But design of the hotel is fantastic and great facilities such as Gym, Sauna, Swimming pool, several restaurants.
Great stay if you want to stay near the airport and want to have some fun before your flight.
Would for sure stay here again in the future.

Wonderful experience. Excellent staff & service. Very nice room with great view of the Sealink Bridge and Mahim Bay. Very good location - Hill Road shopping area, Elco, the pain poor’s place only ten minutes taxi ride away.
Minor shortcomings: there was too much furniture in the guest room the furniture was poorly laid out, the bath room sink faucet was loose, the quality of some breakfast food items could be better.

Ich habe immer im Radisson Hotel in Nagpur geblieben. Der Service in diesem Hotel ist hervorragend. Ich würde hier immer bleiben, wenn ich für meine Geschäftstreffen besuche. Dieses Hotel wird sehr empfohlen. Die Hotels waren sauber, freundlich und mit gutem Essen und Lage des Hotels.

Rooms are overall clean however some of the furniture seem to be getting old and carpet in the room has bunch of stains and unpleasant smell which are very off putting.
Impressive views.
Food in the restaurants is okay but cocktail hour food is very much below the class.
Had a lot of billing issues with front office was unfortunate as they had charged me additional amount (which they reversed after I pointed out) but such mishap is not expected from a 5 star hotel.
Overall I would suggest there are multiple Taj chain options in the city which can serve much better service at the same (or even lower) price

Its proximity to key attractions like Tiger’s Leap and Bushi Dam makes it an excellent base for exploring Lonavala.
The resort is well-known for its impressive range of amenities, and they certainly lived up to the expectations. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space.
Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service.
The bar at the resort is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. The well-curated menu of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, ensured there was something for everyone. The bartender’s recommendations were spot-on, and the ambiance added to the charm of the evening.
A special mention must be made of the resort's Christmas décor, which was absolutely delightful. From twinkling lights to thoughtfully arranged festive displays, the entire property exuded holiday cheer. It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable.

Ich habe 4 Mal gefragt, die Zeitpläne per E-Mail zu erhalten, aber die E-Mail kam nie. Seien Sie vorsichtig, weil die Sicherheit am Pool ist genau wie eine Dekoration, weil jeder ohne die Zimmerkarte in den Poolbereich einsteigen kann, indem er einfach inspringt, während einige Kunden einsteigen. Und vielleicht gibt es eine Zusammenarbeit mit dem Personal, denn in solchen Beggars Kleidung können sie sogar die Haupttür der Rezeption des Hotels unachtsam durchlaufen! Sie haben strenge Annullierungsmaßnahmen, die normalerweise alle anderen Ehemänner der Welt haben.. Besonders bei Kunden, die Diamant und Reisegenie höchste Ebene als VIP-Kunden haben.Sie betrachten nicht, dass sie die ganze Woche 7 Tage geblieben haben und es kann passieren, dass am letzten Tag etwas unvorhersehbares Arbeiten passieren kann. Der 24 /7 Service ist nur eine falsche Sache, wenn Sie an einer normalen 10 Uhr anrufen, der das Telefon nach einer langen Warte abholen wird, sie machen Sie immer noch den nächsten Morgen warten, bis die betroffene Person kommt und fragt. Sie sagen: ”Wir rufen dich zurück, aber dieser Ruf kommt nie.”

JJainIshaWir haben uns um 1 Uhr in der Nacht angemeldet und bevor wir mit jemandem aus dem Hotel ein Wort hatten, das wir am nächsten Tag um 3 Uhr absehen können, da wir um 3 Uhr verlassen werden, damals sagte das Personal, dass ok, Sie kommen hierher und dann wir Dinge für Sie lösen. Wenn wir hier sind, lehnten sie völlig ab, dass sie nicht helfen können, aber wir verstanden, was sie ihnen gesagt haben, dass wir ihnen zumindest einen Platz für unsere Gespräche bieten, die sie uns sicherlich gegeben haben. Als wir wieder ins Hotel waren und fragten den Rezeptioner, dass, wenn er uns ein Zimmer für eine Stunde bieten kann, wie wir uns ausruhen wollten und wir bereit waren, für das gleiche zu zahlen, für das er völlig verweigerte, dass wir nicht haben ein Zimmer, wenn das ganze Hotel so ***y freie Zimmer hat . Das Hotel ***Agement sollte grundsätzlich Hu*** Anständigkeit haben, ihren Gästen den am meisten erinnerlichen Aufenthalt zu geben anstatt die Reise zu vernichten.
Patetischer Erfahrung. Auch sie haben keine grundlegende Eminität von Dustbin in den Zimmern, ihre Gesundheitsfaucet war gebrochen, sie bieten auch nicht einmal grundlegende Toiletten.
Nach ein paar Minuten gingen wir wieder zu ihm und fragten ihn, welche Kosten für eine Stunde werden und er fragte Rs.600 und wir reservierten dieses Hotel für einen Tag in 850! Comm'on Jungs ernsthaft?
Das Hotel wird nie empfohlen, da der Rezeptioner nicht hilfreich ist.

The room, while functional, showed clear signs of aging. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay.
The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience.
Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort.
