Very convenient for the airport. Very pleasant and smooth check in. Larger than usual rooms with everything I could need including a great selection of food to order, very clean, and great included breakfast. My husband and I used to frequent Taj Lands End in Bandra a few years ago. At that time our office was in the Andheri area so this was a good option. Heading back to this hotel several years later, I can see the hotel needs an uplift.
I generally had a good stay, bar 2 incidences:
1. Although there are 4 lifts available to the rooms, there were incidences of unavailability of all lifts, many times for up to 10-15 minutes. The lifts would be on the higher floors and then bypass all other floors. Frustrating.
2. The room I was in was privy to the loud music and raucous screams of a group either on the floor above or below mine (I honestly couldn’t tell) which started at 3am and didn’t end until sunrise.

Hotel is quite old but still worth it for the vibe and ambiance. Definitely recommend staying as it is one of a kind hotel in all of India.

I stayed here on 4 Jan 2025. From outside it looked just an ordinary hotel. But when I went in, wow what an amazing hotel. My room was in the new building which is like a 5-star as soon as you enter the lobby. The room was big. Where can you find big rooms in Mumbai!!! But here it was. The interior was class. The reception stass was very helpful. The service boys helped me to take the luggage to the room. They kept my guests luggage as well while we were travelling around in Mumbai. The breakfast space is bit small but the breakfast was very nice. Omlette and dosa was the best. You rarely get a dosa for breakfast in a hotel, but here it was there. The check-in and check-out was easy. There are nice retaturants around the hotel- veg and non veg.
I am very particular when I give 5 star rating to a hotel, but this one is worth a 6 star rating.

Rooms are overall clean however some of the furniture seem to be getting old and carpet in the room has bunch of stains and unpleasant smell which are very off putting.
Impressive views.
Food in the restaurants is okay but cocktail hour food is very much below the class.
Had a lot of billing issues with front office was unfortunate as they had charged me additional amount (which they reversed after I pointed out) but such mishap is not expected from a 5 star hotel.
Overall I would suggest there are multiple Taj chain options in the city which can serve much better service at the same (or even lower) price

Its proximity to key attractions like Tiger’s Leap and Bushi Dam makes it an excellent base for exploring Lonavala.
The resort is well-known for its impressive range of amenities, and they certainly lived up to the expectations. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space.
Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service.
The bar at the resort is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. The well-curated menu of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, ensured there was something for everyone. The bartender’s recommendations were spot-on, and the ambiance added to the charm of the evening.
A special mention must be made of the resort's Christmas décor, which was absolutely delightful. From twinkling lights to thoughtfully arranged festive displays, the entire property exuded holiday cheer. The Christmas tree in the lobby was a particular highlight, and the effort to create a warm, festive atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable.
Overall, Fariyas Resort seamlessly blends luxury and comfort with its stunning location, exceptional amenities, and attentive service. Whether you’re looking for a family vacation, a romantic retreat, or a solo getaway, this resort has something for everyone. GGastnutzerIts just 5 min walking from sakinaka metro station. My stay was for 2 days. Rooms are small & but okay for solo person. For normal drinking bottle, they charged rs 30, when i asked person, he told- on this rate only they can provide. Nothing great to tell.

I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say ”we ll call you back but that call never comes” .

AAS8Das Zimmer war eine perfekte Mischung aus moderner Eleganz und Komfort, mit allen Details sorgfältig gedacht. Das King-Size-Bett, in den feinsten Bettwäsche gekleidet, war unglaublich einladend und bietet eine ruhige Nachtslafzeit.
Das geräumige Zimmer ist für einen separaten Sitzbereich mit einem Plus-Sofa und einem modernen Unterhaltungssystem ausgestattet. Die Fenster im Erdgeschoss bieten atemberaubende Aussichten auf die Stadt-Skyline, was es zu entspannen und in der Privatsphäre der Suite zu entspannen macht.
Das Marmor-Klasse-Badezimmer war ein Highlight, mit einem tiefen Schaumtube und Regenschlauch mit Premium Toiletten. Die doppelte Vanität, mit einer tiefen Beleuchtung, machte sich bereit zu einer Freude. Ich habe besonders die erwärmten Böden und die luxuriösen Badewanne geschätzt, die einen zusätzlichen Anzug von Komfort hinzugefügt.
Dienst war unvermögenswert, mit Hausaufbewahrung, um sicherzustellen, dass das Zimmer jederzeit unspottbar und gut gespeichert war. Die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details ausgedehnt auf die kleinen Touchs, wie der Nacht-Switch-Service, komplett mit handwerklichen Schokolade und eine Auswahl an Kissen aus wählen.
Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt in Taj nichts weniger außergewöhnlich. Das Zimmer war ein heiliges Haus von Luxus und Ruhe, so dass es die perfekte Wahl für jemand, der sich in einer erstklassigen Erfahrung zu verabschieden sucht. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr jedem, der eine Mischung von Opulenz und Komfort in ihren Unterkünften sucht.

GGastnutzerThe warm welcome at reception set a positive first impression, with staff making us feel genuinely welcomed upon arrival. However, this initial experience was somewhat overshadowed by the hotel's apparent need for modernization across multiple areas.
The room, while functional, showed clear signs of aging. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay.
The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience.
Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort.

KKusalka HerathMy stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly.
A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience.
That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience.
While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.

HHAMTY125Wir blieben hier während unseres langen Eintagstransit in Mumbai. Das Hotel ist sehr nah am Flughafen (nur 5-10 Minuten entfernt), so dass es einfach am Morgen früh zu transferieren. Insgesamt war ich sehr glücklich mit dem Aufenthalt. Im Zimmer Essen war schmackhaft. Der Eincheck dauerte jedoch einige Zeit, da wir ein Accor Hotelkonto erstellen und die App ”Accor Key” herunterladen, um einen digitalen Raumschlüssel zu generieren. Ich glaube, dass dieser Prozess unnötig und Zeitverbrauch für kurzfristige Aufenthalte. Darüber hinaus sind Hotels und Lebensmittel in Mumbai teuer als in anderen Städten.
