"Sehr schönes modernes Hotel. Wir hatten wirklich Entspannungszeit da. Komfortables Bett, gutes Frühstück, wir versuchten ein La carte Restaurant und wir mochten es wirklich. Sonnenbetten sind super komfortable, viele Cabanas, Sie haben Ihre Privatsphäre. Schöne Abend Atmosphäre . Zimmer war groß genug mit einem schönen Jacuzzi. Personal ist nett und freundlich . Unvergesslich Aufenthalt ."

L’hôtel se trouve à 30 min de l’aéroport de Heraklion. Je vous conseille de louer une voiture pour après profiter de l’île :) Merci encore pour l’accueil 😊"

"Der Service in diesem Fünf-Sterne-Hotel auf der Insel Ke ist hervorragend, das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, es gibt mehr Obst als in anderen Hotels und die Portionen sind größer. Ich habe mich auch für das Abendessen im Hotel entschieden, was auch sehr günstig und lecker war. Empfehlenswert. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es außerdem ein archäologisches Museum, das nur 3-4 Gehminuten entfernt ist. Es gibt auch einen Platz und es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums. Das Hotel verfügt außerdem über einen Swimmingpool und ein Fitnessstudio im Untergeschoss. "We stayed here for 4 nights. I had booked a sea view room, but they said it was upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi. While the jacuzzi was nice and relaxing, the sea view was quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. The property is located in a remote and peaceful part of the island. It has excellent internet access and a decent outdoor gym. Since it is right by the sea, you can enjoy walking or running along the coast to the nearest town, Mavrikianon. One important thing to mention is that the property does not have direct access to the sea. To swim, you need to go to either Plaka Beach, which requires a minimum spend of €40 per person to use the sunbeds, or to Mavrikianon Beach, which is much more affordable at €5 per person for the entire day. Mavrikianon Beach is very pleasant and close to markets where you can buy drinks. There are also some good food and drink spots nearby, such as Rudi’s Bar, a British-style pub, and Porto Rino, which serves great pizzas. Make sure to skip Nico’s Fish Tavern and try the Ferryman instead — you won’t regret it. What we found most frustrating was the lack of mosquito screens on the windows. Sleeping with the windows open was not really an option, even though the natural breeze was wonderful. Our room had air conditioning, but we tend to get sick sleeping with it on. There was a ceiling fan as well, but it is a shame to miss out on the fresh air simply because of a missing screen. The breakfast was also a disappointment. There were very few options, the coffee was not good, and the omelettes were overcooked. The most inconvenient part of our stay was the parking system. You have to check in and out with security every time, which felt excessive and time-consuming. It gave the impression of entering a high-security zone, not a relaxing holiday resort. Overall, it was a good experience with some nice features, but for the price, it lacks comfort and convenience in a few key areas. ."

"Отель приятный, комфортный, но рекомендую толко для любителей погулять всю ночь. Пьяные гости орут до утра, хотя шумоизоляция в номере неплохая, благодаря которой с берушами в ушах я хоть немного спала, по сравнению с предыдущим отелем, не будем уточнять его название )). Интернет хороший, а вот с кондиционером что не так, я не поняла. Поскольку пульт от кондиционера присутствовал в номере, но кондиционер я включить не смогла. Если он платный, администрация отеля обязана сообщить об этом на сайтах бронирования. Мой номер был на нулевом этаже, прямых солнечных лучей в номер не попадает, поэтому жарко в номере не было, поэтому кондиционер мне был не нужен, поскольку лично мне было комфортно. Рекомендую потенциальным гостям уточнять данную информацию у администрации отеля, поскольку кондиционер на Крите может стоить до 10 евро в сутки. Интернет хороший, сантехника отличная. Номер просторный, очень стильный. Не хватило в кухне мочалки, разделочной доски и моющего средства (для любителей готовить). Я думаю, хозяин отеля должен позаботиться о такой мелочи, поскольку должен быть заинтересован в поддержании порядка в своих номерах."

"Der Service des Personals ist sehr gut, die Einrichtungen und das Essen sind sehr zufriedenstellend. Das einzige ist, dass das Hotel am ersten Tag nur Mineralwasser zur Verfügung stellt, das man aber in der Nähe des Hotels kaufen kann. Darüber hinaus stellt das Hotel nur einen Pappbecher pro Person zur Verfügung und es gibt überhaupt keinen Bechervorrat im Badezimmer. Pappbecher können nicht mehrmals gewaschen werden und werden vor allem in den letzten zwei Tagen nicht verwendet nicht mehr verfügbar und muss gereinigt werden."
