Der Service wurde erheblich verbessert. Ich habe hier fünf Nächte verbracht, als ich nach Großbritannien kam. Besser als andere Touristenstädte. Der Service an der Rezeption gefällt mir sehr gut und auch die Tante, die im Restaurant Omeletts zubereitet, ist sehr begeistert. dankbar

Gute Lage, nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß von guten Restaurants entfernt. Sehr schönes Bett und Dusche. Gutes Frühstück auch, aber die glutenfreien Optionen waren sehr begrenzt.

Ehrlich gesagt, die Größe des Zimmers übersteigt meine Vorstellung, eine sehr großzügige Wohnung. Die Einrichtung der Küche sollte alles haben, um selbst Frühstück und Abendessen zu machen. Wir haben eine Nacht, um uns selbst Meeresfrüchte zu essen, können Kleidung waschen, es gibt ein Gefühl der Familie, die Einrichtungen sind veraltet. Die Reise ist auch sehr bequem, sehr nah an den Bahnhöfen und den Supermärkten, das nächste Mal wird es auch hier überdenken.

Hotel is located conveniently next to the river. We had received a very warm welcome by the hotel staff. The room is fully equipped with basic cooking amenities. Just wish to give our special gratitude to the guy welcoming at the front desk, he has granted us everything we need and is super caring to guests. We'll definitely choose this hotel if we travel to this part of the country again.

Very spacious hotel. Checkin needed to be done at the holiday inn nearby. Free car park but space is very limited. Overall it was great.

This was our 3rd stay in this fabulous hotel, nothing too much trouble reception staff great when we wanted to check in early, we left bags in their care and came back later on to collect & check into our luxurious King Room. Lovely comfy bed and everything we needed. Ordered an Omlette for breakfast which was included in our rate, was the best Omlette I've ever had so complements to the chef for that, lots of other continental & full English options available everything you could wish for including fresh fruit yoghurts cheeses chocolate muffin was lush too! Thanks for another brilliant stay at a very reasonable price through Trip.com. We will be back soon.

Can’t fault the hotel, location or our room. Breakfast buffet next morning was excellent also. Recommend hotel for others and happy to stay again

The hotel needs updating, staff friendly, the gym & pool we had to pay for, that was disappointing as we stayed 3 night, it was extra money we hadn't accounted for, we haven't had to pay to use them facilities in other hotels.

Wir gingen nach Seaham mit den Kindern zum Glasstrand und das war billig und wirklich sauber, was sehr gut war, plus das Schlafzimmer für uns war groß. Das Essen war gerade herausragend, besonders das ty Restaurant X die Kinder geliebt es und das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit x dankyou 🥰 xx
