Enjoyed the hotel, great location but a little walk from public transport 15 to 30 mins depending. Parking a bit of a challenge for no real reason other than council control to make a profit. Hotel parking good during the day but get there after 4pm and it's a challenge, get there after 6pm and just park on the street outside 6pm to 8am.

Staff were absolutely brilliant they rescheduled my booking I was able to call back with a few different dates until I found a suitable one , the only negative was , the hairdryer didn’t work we had a bit of hassle with the tv remote had to have it changed twice , and had noisy upstairs neighbours , but apart from that couldn’t fault it , really comfortable bed , although there was no chair in the room it is an accessible room but with two people we had to sit on the bed it would not have been comfortable for anyone with posture issues

Ein Freund, der auch im Hotel war, hatte einen Unfall vom Hotel entfernt. Er lief über einen Pavillonskerb, der seinen Kopf schneidete. Das Rezeptionpersonal war sehr hilfreich bei der Reinigung der Schnittstellen und der Bereitstellung von Pflastern.

The room was in the top floor and felt quiet. It’s very convenient to have the bar and restaurant just downstairs. I didn’t try the food but it was looking nice. The WiFi was good and the facilities in the room were great too with free tea and coffee. The bed could be improved but it was okay for a night. The room has in suite bathroom.

The location of hotel is nearby the city centre so it is good for visitors. The breakfast was provided by inn was simple but it is very good for visitors to take away for travelling.

Fantastisches freundliches Personal, das über und über geht. Große Einrichtungen. Betten sehr komfortabel. Nur ein kleiner Nigger und das war das Zimmer konnte mit einem Spiegel.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Good and efficient service. The only downside is the door computer system was down when we were there.. not so much of a hassle for us since we stayed on the ground floor. The receptionist had to open the door for us whenever we go back.

Schönes Hotel mit Parkplatz (zusätzlich bei £5 pro Tag) Die Zimmer waren kalt, so musste man die ganze Nacht heißen, was kein Problem war. Personal sehr freundlich. Wir blieben auf der Etage 6 oberste Etage Zimmer 602 und würden sicherlich den Aufenthalt noch einmal bedenken.

Literally next to the train station so perfect for us. On site pool was fab for my son. Fridge in room was perfect as I had medication that needed to be kept cold. The window was open when we arrived. So we closed it. But our room was freezing. We were given a heater for our room which helped. We got a too good to go surprise bag (breakfast) from the reception and my son couldn’t eat it all. There was loads. 11am checkout was perfect too. Definitely stay again.
