Das Hotel liegt perfekt neben dem Bahnhof für einen einfachen Zugang und das Personal war angenehmen und untergebracht, sogar mit einem kostenlosen Getränk im Haus für einfache Buchung dort. Das Bett war super komfortable und geräumig und die Dusche war auch perfekt."

The service upon check-in felt slow and not particularly welcoming. There was no offer of assistance with my luggage or guidance on where I could take Stanley, which left me feeling a bit lost. I expected a more hospitable reception, especially given the hotel’s reputation. **Room Quality:** On a positive note, the room was clean and well-appointed, featuring a lovely spacious bathroom that included a plush robe and complimentary toiletries such as shampoo and soap. I appreciated the mini bar, which had complimentary water, adding a nice touch to my stay. **Room Service:** One downside was the room service hours, which ended at 10 PM. I arrived at 8:15 PM and was informed of this limitation, which felt a bit early for a hotel of this caliber. It would have been nice to have more flexible dining options during my stay. **Dining:** The hotel itself is stunning, and the grounds are a joy to explore. I had breakfast at the brasserie restaurant, where the attentive staff made a significant difference. The breakfast was wonderful, with a variety of delicious options that set a positive tone for my day. **Overall Impression:** While my stay had its ups and downs, the beautiful setting and the quality of the accommodations were highlights. I hope that the service experience can be improved for future guests, as that would truly elevate the stay. I would consider returning, especially for the lovely grounds and excellent breakfast, but I would hope for a more welcoming atmosphere next time."

"Stay at this hotel has a nice time. Felt quite relaxed enjoyed the out of scenery loved the bedroom. Every enquiry was answered. There was a seating area for everything and everyone there was a nice environment between guest and staff."

"Nice room, although it was set up for 1 person .breakfast on the sunday morning was dissapointing. Monday morning breakfast was great, nice welcoming and food was well stocked, imelda was friendly. And everything was well organised. Spa pool was too hot on the first day, 5minutes in there was unbearable."

"Best thing I can say is I wish we had stayed more than one night! Lovely friendly staff and good breakfast. Complimentary pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub very welcome. Great location near centre and station. We walked from the latter with luggage in 8 mins. Bar with seating outside overlooking the canal. Only downside is no aircon in room and with the current hot weather the fan was not up to the job."

"The hotel is fairly nice although it is let down with the lack of aircon which I understand has been broken for some time. I was offered to move rooms from one swelteringly hot room to another only to be sandwiched in between two rooms who were obviously having a party. I was offered to move back to my original room which I finally got some sleep. A nice hotel, let down by the lack of air conditioning."

Es ist sehr nahe am Flughafen und sehr ruhig am Abend, umgeben von Farmen und Grasland. Wir lieben das Frühstück, weil es kein typisches Buffet ist. Stattdessen können Sie aus einem Menü mit einer großen Auswahl an Optionen, die alle wunderbar schmecken. Die Dekoration des Restaurants ist auch wunderschön, und Sie werden mehr als zufrieden mit den Portionen sein. Das Restaurantpersonal ist passioniert, freundlich und hilfreich. Ein Punkt ist, dass die Rezeption oft umgeben ist, was nur eine Beobachtung und weder positiv noch negativ ist. Die Rezeptionisten tun immer ihr Bestes und sind sehr nett und professionell. Allerdings ist das Zimmerdesign ein wenig veraltet."
