DDalilixiaomoli酒店位置： 離般若寺很近，開車大概1.1公里。離機場近。離星光夜市較遠（就是因為離市區遠，所以才能説得上性價比非常高）。 酒店房間： 本是因為轉天7點的飛機要早起，所以才從景蘭賓館換到這個離機場近的酒店（也就是沒太抱着什麼希望）。沒想到，給了我最後在西雙版納的驚喜。整個房間非常新，很有設計感，而且能感覺得出設計師和老闆的用心（忽略個人物品）。床非常的舒適。 酒店設施： 有露天的泳池，有新意的是晚上有音樂噴泉表演，這個足以見得賓館處處細節的精細，非常到位。 提一些建議： 第一，因為是趕早班機，所以打包的簡餐。然後。。。這個也太簡單了，可以多學學其他賓館簡餐的樣式。 第二，賓館整體插座欠合理，衹有方型插座沒有圓形，這個我是住賓館以來第一次見。因為我晚上要帶呼吸機睡覺，然後呼吸機是從德國醫生那裡拿的，插座圓的（不是因為東西是國外的所以才是圓插座，華為和蘋果充電器的插座不也都是圓的嗎？），所以我必須要解決這個問題。反饋前台後，前台和我説讓我自己**買然後需要我下樓告訴我怎麼操作。。。。這個解決方式是我不能接受的。值得讚揚的是前台馬上給出滿意解決方案，但是之前業餘的做法説明，酒店對這個事自始至終就不重視，而員工覺得客人自己下單買轉換器是理所應當，這個我覺得賓館和員工必須要改進。 轉天退房的時候，我特意把賓館買的轉換插頭帶到前台，和房卡一起退掉。結果，幾個小時後，接到賓館工作人員的質詢：你是不是沒有歸還昨天的轉換插頭？我聽話，也是大無語。這個工作人員自己不核實好就質問客人？我覺得有點侮辱的感覺。 但是我不想因為員工的失誤，小肚雞腸直接給賓館不好的評價，我很喜歡這個賓館。但是，員工需要加強培訓，增強服務意識，因為工作人員都是年輕人，那股子沖勁還是很明顯，但是工作的時候還是要收斂。

MMichelle 琪惠This is an excellent place to stay for anyone looking to unwind and catch the sunrise. It is approximately 15 minutes from the key sunrise (日照金山) viewing spots and about 30 minutes from Jade Dragon Snow Mountain (玉龙雪山). The location offers a thoughtful balance of convenience and tranquillity. Ride-hailing via DIDI is straightforward (there’s always a ride confirmed within a few seconds), and Baisha Ancient Town (白沙古镇) is less than a 10-minute walk away. For those planning to visit Shuhe Ancient Town (束河古镇) and Lijiang Ancient City (丽江古城), they are about 15 minutes and 30 minutes away respectively. Yundu (云渡) is well-situated for both nature excursions and easy access to the surrounding towns. The service is excellent—my room was consistently cleaned while I was at breakfast—and other meals (lunch/dinner) can be ordered from the kitchen at very reasonable prices. One of the highlights of my stay, however, was returning each day to their seven-month-old Samoyed, who is friendly and playful whenever he is not entertaining other guests. I initially planned to stay four nights but extended to seven because of the cosy atmosphere, convenient location, and daily playtime with Sanjin (三斤). You can also ask the front desk or message them on WeChat anytime—everyone there is so friendly and helpful. One day, they even surprised me with a bun from Henan, which was such a sweet touch.

GGastnutzerAlthough Xi Shuang Ban Na UrCove claims they are a smoke-free hotel, from what I have seen this is not really true. I suggest People who are allergic to cigarette smoke or have health issues related to cigarette smoke definitely go somewhere else. I saw guests as well as hotel employees openly smoking in the front lobby of this hotel. Front desk clerks and supervisor saw this but not only said nothing to the offenders but when I complained about this, the front desk clerk ignored me and glared at me for complaining. Bedroom: very spacious and clean. beddings and sheets were very clean and comfortable. Toilet: was a very new style and with a temperature toilet seat Shower area: It was a disaster. The glass panel dividing the toilet and the shower area was poorly installed, so water from the shower area leaked everywhere. It was quite dangerous because the floor outside the shower was a smooth piece of floor tile. My wife almost slipped and fell down. We immediately told the front desk that night, and all they did was send someone to wipe up the water that's all. There was no follow-up after that. Breakfast: This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever been to regarding breakfast. The majority of the breakfast items were Chinese food which I have no complaints about, although I do not eat Chinese breakfast. The biggest problem was, when we went for breakfast after 9:15 am there were lots of emptied food containers and plates which was used to hold breakfast food items. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 am. 9:15 am NO croissant, Not even a simple slice of bread which I can make toast with. I also checked the Chinese food items and lots of containers were emptied as well. I then went to ask a staff where I could at least get a piece of bread. Her answer was, there isn't anymore sliced bread and what you see is what you get. There was hardly anything to eat?!?!?! I was furious and I demanded to have a couple of pieces of sliced bread. In the end, kitchen staff Mr. Wang came to my rescue and cooked me and my wife each two fried eggs. On top of it, Mr. Wang went out to get me sliced bread from outside the hotel so that my wife will at least have something to eat for breakfast. On the second day of breakfast, there was no coffee after 9:15 am as the coffee machine went into cleaning mode for at least half an hour. The chief of Chef did end up helping me to get a cup of coffee but from what I can see, this hotel is NOT ready to receive international guests. Totally disappointed in the Urcove Xi Shuang Ban Na. Totally not the Hyatt standard at all. I really believe Hyatt management in Texas really should not take the risk of damaging their great brand by letting this hotel be branded with Hyatt's Name.  The way this Xi Shuang Ban Na Urcove is operating, they are worse than locally managed/owned hotels. 尽管西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店称他们是一家无烟酒店，但就我所见，事实并非如此。我建议对香烟过敏或对香烟烟雾有健康问题的人一定不能入住。我亲眼看到客人和酒店员工在这家酒店的大堂公开吸烟。前台工作人员和主管看到了这一幕，不但没有对违规者劝喻或警告，而当我对此提出投诉时，前台工作人员不答理我，还瞪了我一眼！！！ 评价酒店已下部门： 卧室：非常宽敞干净。床上用品和床单非常干净舒适。 厕所：非常新式，配有恒温马桶座 淋浴区：简直是一场灾难。分隔厕所和淋浴区的玻璃板安装不当，所以淋浴区的水到处漏水。这是非常危险的事，因为淋浴外的地板是一块光滑的地砖。我的妻子差点滑倒。我们当晚立即告诉前台，他们所做的只是派人擦干水而已。之后就没再跟进。 早餐：这是我住过最差的酒店。大部分早餐都是中餐，虽然我不吃中式早餐，但我也没有抱怨。最大的问题是，我们早上 9:15 之后去吃早餐，有很多空的食物容器和盘子，早餐盘很多是空的。早餐应该在 10:00 结束。9:15 已经没有羊角包，甚至连一片可以用来烤土司的面包都没有。我还检查了中餐食物，发现很多容器也被清空了。然后我去问工作人员，我可以在哪里找到一片面包。她的回答是，没有切片方包了，你看到的就只这些。没有其他的可以食！！！！我非常生气，重新要求几片切片面包。最后，厨房工作人员王先生给我们帮忙，他给我和我妻子每人煎了两个鸡蛋。王先生还从酒店外面帮我拿了切片面包，这样我和妻子至有点早餐可以食。第二天早餐时，早上 9:15 之后就没有咖啡了，因为咖啡机进行自动清洗，至少半个小时处于清洁模式。主厨最终帮我拿了一杯咖啡，但在我看来，这家酒店根本没有准备好接待国际旅客。 这次景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店入住经验非常差。完全不符合凯悦的标准。我真的认为凯悦管理层不应该冒险让这家酒店打上凯悦的名字，从而损害他们的品牌形象。这家 西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店 的经营及管理模式，比当地管理/当地投资的酒店还远远不如。凯悦Hyatt 总公司真应该尽快管理好这家酒店免得影响Hyatt 品牌。

OOlive GohWhen I started planning our itinerary for our 15 day Yunnan holiday, I plotted out our path to go all the way up to Shangri-la, back down to Kunming and then to Jiaozi Snow Mountain and Dongchuan Red Land. Then I chanced upon a video of Aini Garden and fell in love! The only reason we came to Pu'er was to get to Aini. This was the first place I booked, and I really took a chance because it has a no cancellation policy and I really had to stick to the date once it was made. The initial pre-arrival experience was less than pleasant. I didn't know how we were going to get to the manor and my WeChat messages went unanswered. The hotel we stayed at in Pu'er finally got in touch with someone and got them to message me. I asked how we could get there and the answer was a curt ”take a taxi or charter a car”. No pleasantries of ”we look forward to seeing you” or offering to arrange a car. When we arrived, no one was at reception and no one came out. Our driver was so perplexed he wondered if we were in the right place and if the place was open. Finally a young girl came out and registered us in. There was an air of aloofness from everyone else. However, once we were checked in, things warmed up quickly. We were offered coffee and freshly cut papaya and had a nice introduction chat with the lady staff. The bedroom and bathroom is well appointed, spacious and comfortable. We would have enjoyed sitting on the balcony if the chairs were more comfortable. I love the floor to ceiling glass windows but the panel above the door should also be glass (it is just netting) so traffic sounds from the road actually comes through at night. I actually wanted to book the cottage in the hills but opted for the standard room in the main house because I was worried it would be cold. Big regret as it is actually magnificently located with stunning views. However take note that you will need to call for a buggy ride or make a 1km hike every time you want to eat or get to the main house. If you are self driving, no issues as you can park right next to the cottage. Anyway it's a small price to pay for an unlimited view of the milky way and seclusion. This is as close to a Ryokan experience as you can get in China, minus the hot springs. 3 days 2 nights of blissful, carefree living is not quite enough. They make sure they feed you well, with the freshest produce available for hotpot dinner and home-cooked Yunnanese dishes for lunch. There are so many activities organised, from taking you up the mountain for a glimpse of sunrise (with mountain goats for company ❤️) to coffee plantation education tour to horseback riding along the mountain ridges (the view is spectacular!) to scavenging for wild vegetables and fruits to drinking, dancing and singing around the campfire! So much to do, so little time! One area of improvement I personally would like to see is the coffee serving. They tend to be quite snobbish about how their coffee is taken. Neat, with nothing else. Asking for sugar or milk feels nearly scorned upon. Coffee is a versatile drink and can be savoured in a huge variety of ways. How else is Starbucks so successful? I felt kind of stifled and deprived because I love a good latte and had looked forward to enjoying an unlimited indulgence of coffee throughout our stay. Anyhow, I love the ecotourism efforts here. It feels natural and unpretentious. I love the people and the camaraderie they cultivate. I especially enjoyed talking to their consultant 敬梅, a beautiful lady with extensive knowledge in Yunnan culture and ecological progress. Also thank you to 徐芳 for arranging transport back to town and giving helpful recommendations. We hope to return again.

VvanijaIch habe schon mehrmals in Banyan Tree Hotels übernachtet und das Hotel in Sanya hat mich besonders beeindruckt, gefolgt von dem in Lijiang. Der Service ist durchweg ausgezeichnet, insbesondere Frank Wang an der Rezeption. Er ist herzlich, aufmerksam, fürsorglich und zuvorkommend und gibt den Gästen das Gefühl, zu Hause zu sein. Die kleinen Geschenke, darunter ethnischer Schmuck und niedliche Tiere, sind unvergesslich. Das Hotel ist elegant und komfortabel und liegt günstig in der Nähe der antiken Städte Shuhe und Baisha. Es wird auch à la carte gespeist, und die Zutaten sind frisch und authentisch. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr reichhaltig und bietet eine große Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Insgesamt war mein dreitägiger Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.

AAnonymer Benutzer一定要給全五星好評的酒店，太棒了 一直嚮往來西雙版納，選擇這家酒店非常驚喜!酒店就在告莊西雙景裏面，距離星光夜市非常近。酒店熱帶花園般的環境太美了，房間乾淨寬敞，床品特別舒適，尤其推薦枕頭，非常好睡 工作人員服務貼心周到，接我們的時候在別的酒店拿行李過來走的時候還能免費寄存，前台小姐姐們特別細心，防曬，驅蚊液，創可貼，一次性毛巾浴巾什麼都有真的太讚了。 推薦的攻略完全不踩坑，自己做的攻略全部作廢，跟着她們説的去吃去玩就對了，下次來西雙版納一定還會住這裏!

In der Nähe der Hauptstraße Beijing Lu, in der Nähe von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Das Zimmer war nicht sehr groß, keine Klimaanlage, aber das wussten wir im Voraus. Hatte ein Vieh. Ruhige Gegend. Ok für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Restaurants waren in der Nähe.

GGastnutzerWir hatten Bedenken, ob uns die Pension gefallen würde, und buchten daher zunächst nur eine Nacht, blieben dann aber drei. Da unser Kind zu Allergien neigt, waren wir sehr vorsichtig. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, die Bettwäsche makellos und das ganze Zimmer wirkte hell und freundlich, besonders die Badezimmerecken, wo sich kaum Kalkablagerungen befanden. Unser Zimmer bot einen fantastischen Blick auf den Erhai-See (das Foto wurde von der Terrasse der Pension aus aufgenommen), und wir konnten oft Vogelschwärme beobachten. Die Pension liegt ganz in der Nähe der Altstadt und des Marktes in der March Street und war nachts sehr ruhig. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und kümmerten sich umgehend um alle unsere Anliegen. Auch das Frühstück war köstlich! Vielen Dank für Ihre Gastfreundschaft in den letzten Tagen! Und noch ein Tipp: Denken Sie daran, in Dali Sonnenschutzmittel zu verwenden! An einem Tag war es bewölkt und regnerisch mit nur kurzem Sonnenschein, und ich habe leider kein Sonnenschutzmittel benutzt. Meine Nase hat sich daraufhin verbrannt und schält sich jetzt. Egal ob bewölkt, regnerisch oder einfach nur ein Tag in Dali – meine Damen, bitte tragen Sie Sonnenschutzmittel!

Everything was nicely prepared and felt like a proper home. The highlight was definitely the stunning lake view right from our window—perfect for sunrise lovers. 👩💼 Host experience: The homestay staff was incredibly friendly and understanding. She even arranged a free ride from the railway station, which we truly appreciated after a long day of travel. 🚧 Outside facilities: This is where it gets a bit mixed. The overall apartment complex (including the parking lot and elevator) felt poorly maintained, and the atmosphere at night was dark and slightly eerie, especially for solo travelers or couples. Many neighboring units seemed unoccupied, which added to the quiet, empty vibe. 📍 Location: Take note—this place is about 50 minutes from Dali Ancient City, so it’s not ideal if you’re planning to explore the old town daily. But if you want to relax by the lake and enjoy peace and views, it could work.
