MM490374****Das Hotel ist unerwartet gut geblieben, die Lage des Hotels ist am Straßenrand, umgeben von einigen hochwertigen Gebäuden, die Umgebung ist sehr komfortabel und ruhig. Es gibt einen alten Tempel in der Nähe (Keine Tickets), es gibt nur 5 Kilometer, es gibt auch ein paar Kilometer zum Wuanwater Square. Es gibt nur ein paar Kilometer, um die heißen Sehenswürdigkeiten umgeben zu fahren 11-16 Dollar. Das Hotel ist sehr neu, die Rezeption ist sehr enthusiastisch und die Dekoration und Design kosten auch einen großen Preis. Sie haben automatische Kaffeemaschine für Designer mit Hühnerben, Hallen und Restaurants eingerichtet und sehr freundlich für Kaffeeliebhaber. Die Zimmer und die öffentliche Gegend sind sehr sauber und die Lage der Zimmer ist auch sehr vernünftig. Die Familie ist im Aufenthalt. Die Kinder sind sehr glücklich. Das Design ist sehr charakteristisch, die Tür ist groß und ein kleiner Kinderschuh 🛝 Dienst: Die Rezeption ist besonders intim, bereitet Kindern die Zahnbürsten und besonders warm. Hygiene: Da es zu spät kam, wurde das Zimmer direkt aktualisiert. Das Zimmer ist groß, mit einem Schrank und einem großen Balkon. Die Toilettenwaschmittel sind auch ein gutes Zeichen. Die gesamte Umgebung ist sehr zufrieden mit dem Service 👍 Das Frühstücksreis ist auch sehr lecker - ～ Das Foto ist auch sehr groß!!! MMichelle 琪惠This is an excellent place to stay for anyone looking to unwind and catch the sunrise. It is approximately 15 minutes from the key sunrise (日照金山) viewing spots and about 30 minutes from Jade Dragon Snow Mountain (玉龙雪山). The location offers a thoughtful balance of convenience and tranquillity. Ride-hailing via DIDI is straightforward (there’s always a ride confirmed within a few seconds), and Baisha Ancient Town (白沙古镇) is less than a 10-minute walk away. For those planning to visit Shuhe Ancient Town (束河古镇) and Lijiang Ancient City (丽江古城), they are about 15 minutes and 30 minutes away respectively. Yundu (云渡) is well-situated for both nature excursions and easy access to the surrounding towns. The service is excellent—my room was consistently cleaned while I was at breakfast—and other meals (lunch/dinner) can be ordered from the kitchen at very reasonable prices. One of the highlights of my stay, however, was returning each day to their seven-month-old Samoyed, who is friendly and playful whenever he is not entertaining other guests. I initially planned to stay four nights but extended to seven because of the cosy atmosphere, convenient location, and daily playtime with Sanjin (三斤). You can also ask the front desk or message them on WeChat anytime—everyone there is so friendly and helpful. One day, they even surprised me with a bun from Henan, which was such a sweet touch.

MM9809****Das Hotel hat eine großartige Lage, in der Nähe von Sehenswürdigkeiten wie dem Grünen See und der Kunming Old Street und ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Es ist praktisch für Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich. Als ich das Hotel verließ und ein Taxi nahm, regnete es draußen und ich hatte keinen Regenschirm dabei. Das Personal an der Rezeption half mir von sich aus mit einem Regenschirm und Gepäck. Der Service war aufmerksam ~ Daumen hoch 👍

GGastnutzerAlthough Xi Shuang Ban Na UrCove claims they are a smoke-free hotel, from what I have seen this is not really true. I suggest People who are allergic to cigarette smoke or have health issues related to cigarette smoke definitely go somewhere else. I saw guests as well as hotel employees openly smoking in the front lobby of this hotel. Front desk clerks and supervisor saw this but not only said nothing to the offenders but when I complained about this, the front desk clerk ignored me and glared at me for complaining. Bedroom: very spacious and clean. beddings and sheets were very clean and comfortable. Toilet: was a very new style and with a temperature toilet seat Shower area: It was a disaster. The glass panel dividing the toilet and the shower area was poorly installed, so water from the shower area leaked everywhere. It was quite dangerous because the floor outside the shower was a smooth piece of floor tile. My wife almost slipped and fell down. We immediately told the front desk that night, and all they did was send someone to wipe up the water that's all. There was no follow-up after that. Breakfast: This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever been to regarding breakfast. The majority of the breakfast items were Chinese food which I have no complaints about, although I do not eat Chinese breakfast. The biggest problem was, when we went for breakfast after 9:15 am there were lots of emptied food containers and plates which was used to hold breakfast food items. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 am. 9:15 am NO croissant, Not even a simple slice of bread which I can make toast with. I also checked the Chinese food items and lots of containers were emptied as well. I then went to ask a staff where I could at least get a piece of bread. Her answer was, there isn't anymore sliced bread and what you see is what you get. There was hardly anything to eat?!?!?! I was furious and I demanded to have a couple of pieces of sliced bread. In the end, kitchen staff Mr. Wang came to my rescue and cooked me and my wife each two fried eggs. On top of it, Mr. Wang went out to get me sliced bread from outside the hotel so that my wife will at least have something to eat for breakfast. On the second day of breakfast, there was no coffee after 9:15 am as the coffee machine went into cleaning mode for at least half an hour. The chief of Chef did end up helping me to get a cup of coffee but from what I can see, this hotel is NOT ready to receive international guests. Totally disappointed in the Urcove Xi Shuang Ban Na. Totally not the Hyatt standard at all. I really believe Hyatt management in Texas really should not take the risk of damaging their great brand by letting this hotel be branded with Hyatt's Name.  The way this Xi Shuang Ban Na Urcove is operating, they are worse than locally managed/owned hotels. 尽管西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店称他们是一家无烟酒店，但就我所见，事实并非如此。我建议对香烟过敏或对香烟烟雾有健康问题的人一定不能入住。我亲眼看到客人和酒店员工在这家酒店的大堂公开吸烟。前台工作人员和主管看到了这一幕，不但没有对违规者劝喻或警告，而当我对此提出投诉时，前台工作人员不答理我，还瞪了我一眼！！！ 评价酒店已下部门： 卧室：非常宽敞干净。床上用品和床单非常干净舒适。 厕所：非常新式，配有恒温马桶座 淋浴区：简直是一场灾难。分隔厕所和淋浴区的玻璃板安装不当，所以淋浴区的水到处漏水。这是非常危险的事，因为淋浴外的地板是一块光滑的地砖。我的妻子差点滑倒。我们当晚立即告诉前台，他们所做的只是派人擦干水而已。之后就没再跟进。 早餐：这是我住过最差的酒店。大部分早餐都是中餐，虽然我不吃中式早餐，但我也没有抱怨。最大的问题是，我们早上 9:15 之后去吃早餐，有很多空的食物容器和盘子，早餐盘很多是空的。早餐应该在 10:00 结束。9:15 已经没有羊角包，甚至连一片可以用来烤土司的面包都没有。我还检查了中餐食物，发现很多容器也被清空了。然后我去问工作人员，我可以在哪里找到一片面包。她的回答是，没有切片方包了，你看到的就只这些。没有其他的可以食！！！！我非常生气，重新要求几片切片面包。最后，厨房工作人员王先生给我们帮忙，他给我和我妻子每人煎了两个鸡蛋。王先生还从酒店外面帮我拿了切片面包，这样我和妻子至有点早餐可以食。第二天早餐时，早上 9:15 之后就没有咖啡了，因为咖啡机进行自动清洗，至少半个小时处于清洁模式。主厨最终帮我拿了一杯咖啡，但在我看来，这家酒店根本没有准备好接待国际旅客。 这次景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店入住经验非常差。完全不符合凯悦的标准。我真的认为凯悦管理层不应该冒险让这家酒店打上凯悦的名字，从而损害他们的品牌形象。这家 西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店 的经营及管理模式，比当地管理/当地投资的酒店还远远不如。凯悦Hyatt 总公司真应该尽快管理好这家酒店免得影响Hyatt 品牌。

OOlive GohWhen I started planning our itinerary for our 15 day Yunnan holiday, I plotted out our path to go all the way up to Shangri-la, back down to Kunming and then to Jiaozi Snow Mountain and Dongchuan Red Land. Then I chanced upon a video of Aini Garden and fell in love! The only reason we came to Pu'er was to get to Aini. This was the first place I booked, and I really took a chance because it has a no cancellation policy and I really had to stick to the date once it was made. The initial pre-arrival experience was less than pleasant. I didn't know how we were going to get to the manor and my WeChat messages went unanswered. The hotel we stayed at in Pu'er finally got in touch with someone and got them to message me. I asked how we could get there and the answer was a curt ”take a taxi or charter a car”. No pleasantries of ”we look forward to seeing you” or offering to arrange a car. When we arrived, no one was at reception and no one came out. Our driver was so perplexed he wondered if we were in the right place and if the place was open. Finally a young girl came out and registered us in. There was an air of aloofness from everyone else. However, once we were checked in, things warmed up quickly. We were offered coffee and freshly cut papaya and had a nice introduction chat with the lady staff. The bedroom and bathroom is well appointed, spacious and comfortable. We would have enjoyed sitting on the balcony if the chairs were more comfortable. I love the floor to ceiling glass windows but the panel above the door should also be glass (it is just netting) so traffic sounds from the road actually comes through at night. I actually wanted to book the cottage in the hills but opted for the standard room in the main house because I was worried it would be cold. Big regret as it is actually magnificently located with stunning views. However take note that you will need to call for a buggy ride or make a 1km hike every time you want to eat or get to the main house. If you are self driving, no issues as you can park right next to the cottage. Anyway it's a small price to pay for an unlimited view of the milky way and seclusion. This is as close to a Ryokan experience as you can get in China, minus the hot springs. 3 days 2 nights of blissful, carefree living is not quite enough. They make sure they feed you well, with the freshest produce available for hotpot dinner and home-cooked Yunnanese dishes for lunch. There are so many activities organised, from taking you up the mountain for a glimpse of sunrise (with mountain goats for company ❤️) to coffee plantation education tour to horseback riding along the mountain ridges (the view is spectacular!) to scavenging for wild vegetables and fruits to drinking, dancing and singing around the campfire! So much to do, so little time! One area of improvement I personally would like to see is the coffee serving. They tend to be quite snobbish about how their coffee is taken. Neat, with nothing else. Asking for sugar or milk feels nearly scorned upon. Coffee is a versatile drink and can be savoured in a huge variety of ways. How else is Starbucks so successful? I felt kind of stifled and deprived because I love a good latte and had looked forward to enjoying an unlimited indulgence of coffee throughout our stay. Anyhow, I love the ecotourism efforts here. It feels natural and unpretentious. I love the people and the camaraderie they cultivate. I especially enjoyed talking to their consultant 敬梅, a beautiful lady with extensive knowledge in Yunnan culture and ecological progress. Also thank you to 徐芳 for arranging transport back to town and giving helpful recommendations. We hope to return again.

VvanijaIch habe schon mehrmals in Banyan Tree Hotels übernachtet und das Hotel in Sanya hat mich besonders beeindruckt, gefolgt von dem in Lijiang. Der Service ist durchweg ausgezeichnet, insbesondere Frank Wang an der Rezeption. Er ist herzlich, aufmerksam, fürsorglich und zuvorkommend und gibt den Gästen das Gefühl, zu Hause zu sein. Die kleinen Geschenke, darunter ethnischer Schmuck und niedliche Tiere, sind unvergesslich. Das Hotel ist elegant und komfortabel und liegt günstig in der Nähe der antiken Städte Shuhe und Baisha. Es wird auch à la carte gespeist, und die Zutaten sind frisch und authentisch. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr reichhaltig und bietet eine große Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Insgesamt war mein dreitägiger Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.

MM473295****前前後後和店家溝通了幾次，詢問位置旅遊辦事各方面的問題，因為自己在老家，不能和爸媽一起去那麪玩，長者出門，總是擔憂很多，幾次溝通，酒店前台小姐姐提供很多訊息，和講解讓在家的我們放心了許多，接機很及時，爸媽他們説接機師傅很熱情，後面玩的就好也用的是師傅的車，服務很好，會在車裡麪備好飲用水，酒店的工作人員也是熱情，給父母推薦的美食都不錯，説是天天逛夜市，位置很好，而且對他們特友善有耐心，早餐也不錯，吃的很好，告訴我一定給孩子們一個滿分的評價，看到他們這麼滿意，我也非常開心，以後有機會去版納，一定到漫汐嶼體驗一下

GGastnutzerDas Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und aufmerksam. Hat uns bei all unseren Fragen und Wünschen geholfen. In der Nähe der Hauptstraße Beijing Lu, in der Nähe von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Das Zimmer war nicht sehr groß, keine Klimaanlage, aber das wussten wir im Voraus. Hatte ein Vieh. Ruhige Gegend. Ok für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Restaurants waren in der Nähe.

MM305336****Die Pension war sehr sauber und lag mitten im Dorf, wodurch es nachts außergewöhnlich ruhig war. Ich war bereits zum dritten Mal in Dali und hatte zuvor in der Altstadt gewohnt, die mir zu laut war. Diese Pension hingegen war nachts sehr ruhig, nur ab und zu krähte morgens ein Hahn, was mich aber nicht störte. Sie schmiegt sich an den Cangshan-Berg und blickt auf den Erhai-See, von dessen Dachterrasse man einen herrlichen Ausblick auf beides hat. Die Pension war zudem sehr sauber, und der Besitzer, ein pensionierter Soldat, war unglaublich gastfreundlich. Das Frühstück war köstlich, mit Reisnudeln, die von der Frau des Besitzers zubereitet wurden. Dieser Ausflug nach Dali war ein besonders schönes Erlebnis. Die Pension liegt ganz in der Nähe der Altstadt von Dali, und im Laden des Besitzers kann man sogar Elektroroller mieten, was wirklich praktisch ist.
