"Der Ort ist ruhig und groß. Die Dame an der Rezeption in Guiyang ist gegen 13 Uhr sehr herzlich und einladend. Die Changwang-Nudeln und Hammelnudeln sind hier alle gut. Insgesamt ist es eine gute Lage. Der Transport ist bequem. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Weißen Hauses und des Jiaxiu-Gebäudes. Sie können den Raum mit der U-Bahn-Linie 3 erreichen und es gibt verschiedene kleine Überraschungen und Projektionen. Das Hotel liegt im 31. Stock mit weitem Ausblick."

"Wow! This place is absolutely awesome. We could’ve stayed here for a week or two. It's so peaceful and the surroundings are so beautiful; mountains, rivers, very peaceful. The rooms are large and super comfortable. Beds are comfy, although somewhat hard, but that's typical for asia. There's a mini fridge in the room, but no safe. We were there at the end of march and didn’t need the A/C. The room had everything you needed and was very cozy. We had a view of the river. We slept with this sliding door ajar and heard the river all night, which was really nice. No smart TV, but again, that's typical for china. The bathroom is large and well laid out. The shower had good pressure and consistent temperature. Every detail in this hotel has been well thought out and executed. As with every hotel bathroom, it could use more hooks! There was shampoo, conditioner, body wash, but no lotion (which is typical for asia). Breakfast is good with fruit, many chinese options, an egg making station, toast, tea, coffee, and juice. Staff are very nice here. The hotel is just steps to the fanjing mountain entry area. Go over the bridge, and to your right is where you enter the park (for the shuttle bus, that takes you to the cable car). Even if you prebuy your tickets on wechat, you still have to go to the ticket office and show your passport to get your physical paper ticket. Yes, you actually need a physical paper ticket! ☹ Make sure you go to the right booth! The first ticket booth that you come across is only a ticket information counter. Keep walking past all the entry gates, and locate the large main tourist center. That's where you line up, show your wechat purchase, and get your physical ticket. You can also buy tickets here. You then go back to where all the entry gates were, and line up again ☹ They scan the paper ticket. It's very old school for china! Once you enter, you get in line for the shuttle bus. At the end of the shuttle bus ride, you then go and line up to get your ticket for the cable car, even if you prebought this on wechat as well!!! They scan your physical ticket and then you can enter the cable car station."

"We enjoyed our 2-night stay in this comfortable hotel.  It’s near to the high speed railway station. Staff were helpful in attending to our enquiries and recommending places for food. A big wet market is nearby too."

"Got a room upgrade so my room was huge. Place was very clean, had all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Location was on a side street from a major road, so the hotel was quiet but still convenient if you want to take the bus or if you want can walk around 15 minutes to the shopping malls and night street food market. Fast wifi and free washer on the 7th floor too. Just let reception know when you leave hotel for the day and they will clean your room daily, they will remind you to do so during checkin! Very friendly staff from all those on the front desk, to the cleaners. Highly recommend this hotel if you visit Kaili city."

"Die Zimmerausstattung ist komplett und der Aufenthalt ist gut. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des S-Bahnhofs. Obwohl es in der Nähe nicht viele Restaurants gibt, ist das Essen im Hotel nicht schlecht. Auch das Servicepersonal hatte eine sehr gute Einstellung und hat sogar kleine Geschenke verteilt. Einziger Verbesserungsbedarf besteht darin, dass der Personalbestand je nach Buchungslage entsprechend erhöht werden sollte, um das Problem langer Check-in-Warteschlangen zu Stoßzeiten zu entschärfen. Loben Sie den Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption dafür, dass er trotz der hektischen Situation eine gute Arbeitseinstellung bewahrt hat."

"Die Einrichtungen sind vollständig und das Mädchen an der Rezeption bietet einen sehr guten Service. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und des Busbahnhofs. Es ist bequem zu reisen und ist sehr freundlich zu Freunden, die nicht mit dem Auto anreisen. Ausstattung: Waschmaschine und Trockner, kostenloser Regenmantel Hygiene: Hygienisch und sauber Umgebung: Die Steppdecke ist feucht und nicht sehr angenehm zum Schlafen Service: Begeisterte Rezeption, aufmerksamer Kundenservice"

"Ich gratuliere Miss Carlene, die Rezeption, ich bin müde, diese Tasche zu ziehen, als ich ging. Die Miss Schwester hat mir eine Tasse Wasser gegossen. Die andere Miss Schwester hat mich neben dem Rezeption behandeln lassen. Die Zeit ist sehr schnell. Ich habe nicht lange warten lassen. Die Rezeption ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und sauber, auch sehr intelligent, und es gibt auch Roboter, Sicherheitsindex fünf Sternen, empfohlener Index fünf Sternen!!!"

Zum Frühstück empfehle ich die Nudeln mit Hackfleisch; die anderen Frühstücksoptionen sind typisch chinesisch. 28 Dollar für das Frühstück extra sind etwas teuer; man kann auch auswärts essen gehen, wenn man es nicht braucht. Die Thermalquelle ist angenehm; wenn Sie gerne in Thermalquellen baden, kann ich Ihnen dieses Hotel empfehlen."

"Der Grund für die 3 für Sauberkeit: Das Zimmer wurde freigegeben, bevor es überhaupt gereinigt war. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob es an einem Missverständnis zwischen Housekeeping und Rezeption oder an etwas anderem lag. Taschentücher lagen auf dem Nachttisch, Wasser stand auf der Fensterbank und die Toilettenspülung war nicht betätigt worden. Positiv ist, dass sie das Problem proaktiv angegangen sind und sich nicht aus der Verantwortung gedrängt haben. Ein kleines Manko gibt es jedoch: Obwohl ich ein Upgrade bekommen habe, wollte ich trotzdem einen Seeblick. Ich hoffe, sie hören aufmerksam auf das Feedback der Gäste."
