Courtyard Yerevan

Новый отель и половина функций не работает. Горничные бестактные. Персонал вежливый но толку в его улыбках мало. Вопросы не решают. Отель точно не стоит своих денег. Цена выше конкурентов. Из плюсов только расположение

We wanted to try the Courtyard since it opened recently. It is centrally located in the heart of Yerevan. The entire staff is very professional, friendly and welcoming. We are staying here for close to 3 weeks so have befriended many of the staff. I’d like to mention a few who are outstanding. Our favorite is Thuran who works at the bar. He is so friendly, professional and super pleasant. He takes his job seriously and very respectful of the guests. Dimitri, the F&B manager is a perfect gentleman and oversees his staff with the utmost professionalism. He’s always checking to be sure that we are well attended to. Nairi, who works in the restaurant is super sweet and accommodating, always making sure that we are pleased with our breakfast. The breakfast buffet is excellent with everything you can imagine. I also want to mention Nazareth who called to invite us for dinner one evening, again kind and professional. I want to mention that we did have a few issues during the beginning of our stay, experiencing no hot water and our room was not cleaned, but these issues were corrected. Overall a very pleasant experience and we will be back on our next trip. Highly recommend the property.

Great service at bar. Cocktails were good. Would go again. Waist service good. Very clean and tidy. Good recommendations. We like the rooms and the staff is very attentive you should definitely consider this hotel. Great great location. Will stay again.

Excellent new build hotel which punches well above its Courtyard label. It offers a very quality of design through its architecture through to the well planned and designed interiors creating a great atmosphere. Friendly and welcoming staff from check in to all F and B offers to check out. Special mention to the Janetta who gave me an excellent massage. Overall, highly recommended when visiting Yerevan.

We stayed at Courtyard by Marriott on our recent trip to Armenia, we had such a good experience the hotel was brand new with lovely staff. We loved everything at the hotel all the services provided were outstanding. We tried the cocktail bar in the lobby, it was amazing they had great cocktails. Loved out full experience at the hotel.

Tasty kitchen good environment perfect atmosphere. I loved everything about this place but especially want to say thank you Sona and Valeria. Valeria made for us perfect cocktails. Sona made friendly and warm environment. I will definitely come back.
