Zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder in vier Betten, die ursprünglichen Markierungen scheinen ein wenig überfüllt zu sein. Der Preis am Samstag war mir überrascht, 4400 Yuan 😂, aber die Spaziergänge rund um mich sind immer noch gut.

It's a pretty good location, walk to the old market area & 2 museums, although you pay $13 a night for parking. Should be better around there when Omaha finishes its construction - we didn't have any noise from it on the 4th floor. This is apparently a converted office building, with very high ceilings, very tall narrow window. Architecturally interesting, but the window let little light in during the day, and way too much light in at night, since the curtains did not close all the way. Minimal covering on the beds. Room was otherwise good, clean, enough lamps. There is a coffee maker & fridge, which you will need if you don't want to spend $$$ on a breakfast (not included) in their ”bistro.” Staff was pleasant & helpful.

I would not stay at this location again, When I arrived I stood at the front desk for about 7 to 10 mins waiting for someone, they did have a sign saying they would be right back. The front entrance is in line with the backdoor as I was waiting 3 employees came rolling in, I joked with them and said cigarette break and they laughed and said yes, no big deal but do all 3 need to go smoke at the same time and leave the whole lobby empty while knowing people would be checking that time of day. We had a 3-night stay Thursday-Sunday. This is a good location in a borderline area hence the fence around the property. The room was nice and comfortable but the service at the front desk was very poor. It is not a big deal to me and they always ask on the Marriott Bonvoy surveys if they acknowledge your frequent user membership, which they didn't. There was a young man with black hair slender who was at the counter two days during our stay and a younger girl also on one occasion, I promise you they did not look up not even once they had their heads down looking at their phones the whole time and I am talking with probably 15 people in the small lobby people coming and going, we were waiting for my niece to pick us up. After arriving home I checked my emails and the bill from the stay and this is the main reason I wouldn't stay they had put a Green Tax of $4.99 a day along with other fees of $ 22.97 a day total in taxes and fees. I was never once advised about a Green Tax and it is not in the Omaha Tax code as far as I could see. This is criminal or should be. STAY AWAY.

There were a couple hiccups finding a room but Brooke at the front desk was extremely helpful getting us a room! I felt like a pain since we had to change rooms more than once but not only did she make sure we ended up in a comfortable room for our stay, she provided breakfast vouchers for the bit of inconvenience. Great service all around.

Wir haben eine schnelle Reise nach Omaha mit der Familie in der Lage des Hotels perfekt und der Shuttle macht es so einfach, um sich ohne ein Auto zu benutzen. Wir hatten ein Problem mit unserem Zimmer, das nicht etwas, was das Personal kontrollieren konnte, aber sobald wir es ihnen zur Kenntnis gebracht haben, haben sie die Situation so schnell wie möglich gehandelt und die Dinge für unsere Familie richtig gemacht. Wir werden sicherlich wieder in diesem Hotel bleiben, weil sie oben und darüber hinaus gehen, um uns zu kümmern!

MMegan HI have to say, I was pretty disappointed in this Hampton after reading all of the great reviews and seeing the trip advisor choice award 2024 as well. Our room was fairly clean, but things were missed like the countertop of the wet bar, etc. We booked a suite room to sleep my family if 6. We had to go back down to the front desk for bedding for the sleeper sofa after even confirming at check in that there was indeed bedding in the room…there was not. The phone did not work which I tried to use to call about the missing bedding. The towels were also paper thin (could really use replacing) and again we were only given 3 towels and two wash cloths in a room that sleeps 6. When you book a larger room at a higher rate and state that the number of guests is 6, it is honestly expected that the proper amenities are in the room or at least given to you at check in. Having to continue to ask and hunt down what is needed is not good hospitality in my opinion. The breakfast was really not good either (there were very few options and what was offered looked as though it had been sitting there for days…tasted as such as well. The eating area was also not being serviced. Every table was dirty as they were not wiping them down between guests. Lastly, the overall experience from the employees was lackluster. No one greeted us when we walked by the front desk at any time. If we needed something, we had to get their attention. There were no, “good mornings or welcomes” Heads were always down at the desk/computer. I think Hamptons in general have gone down hill especially for the price. If we are in the area again, we will be staying elsewhere.

The rooms are very clean and extremely comfortable. The Staff went out of their way too make sure my stay was excellent. I ordered some room service for lunch and breakfast and it was prompt and excatly what I wanted. I became ill and had to go to urgent care. The shuttle service at the hotel drove me there, picked me up and took me to a pharmacy for my prescription. Just a warm, professional experience. I highly recommend the Magnolia in Omaha.

Wir blieben übernachten im August 2023. Einchecken war angenehm, nachdem er unten. Dies ist ein Franchise-Eigentum, das heißt Sonesta Corporation verkauft hier Zimmer, aber wird nicht mit Problemen helfen. Das Zimmer war mit neuen oder relativ neuen Möbeln ausgestattet, aber offensichtlich wurde von unerfahrenen Amateurs umgerüstet und hatte erhebliche Wasserschäden aufrechterhalten (siehe Bilder). Die Innentüren wurden aufgrund von Wasserschäden getrennt, Bodenformen waren rustig, Badmalerei umfasste zwei verschiedene Farben. Die Badtür wurde abgeschnitten, um es über die Toilette zu kommen! Um es abzuheben, wurde unsere Kreditkarte nach unserem Verlassen für über 50 $ gezahlt (wenn wir auscheckten, fragte ich, ob es Gebühren gab und wurde gesagt, nein). Sonesta Firma ”gesucht und gebeten, die Website-Management Sie anzurufen”, nachdem ich wiederholt Nachrichten auf der lokalen Nummer hinterließ. Ich musste endlich meine Kreditkarten-Firma aufhören Zahlung und streiten die Gebühr. Es scheint, dass viele Sonesta-Franchisee Hotels kaufen, die Investitionen und ”aktualisieren” sie, mit unterschiedlichen Erfolgs- und Investitionsgraden. Sonesta scheint sie nicht an irgendeinen Standard halten und wird Kunden nicht bei allen Fragen helfen, verweisen Sie Kunden an lokale Eigentümer. Es gibt Beschwerden bei BBB, die Sonesta die Haftung verweigert. Wenn Sie in einem Sonesta bleiben müssen (sie sind nicht alle schlecht), dann rufen Sie die Sonesta Reservierungsnummer an und fragen Sie, ob das spezifische Eigentum ein Sonesta-Eigentum ist oder nicht. Ein Franchisenehmer. Wenn der letzte, dann vorsichtig.

Stayed here recently with my wife during a business trip to Omaha. Got a nice sized, King Suite room with Jacuzzi and shower. Nice large, spacious room, though a bit out dated. That doesn't really bother me much at all, except the Jacuzzi simply DID NOT WORK. Couldn't even turn the water on! In addition to this, the hot water in the bathroom was virtually non-existent. I'm not exaggerating in the least when I say that you had to turn the water on in the shower, sink, etc., and simply walk away for several minutes and come back for it to even be warm. It seems the hospitality industry everywhere we go has completely abandoned even the most basic and standard elements of ensuring people have a pleasant stay while traveling. We were loyal to another hotel chain (IHG hotels) for over 25 years when we started getting frustrated with their increasing poor management and quality and starting staying in Choice hotels hoping to see something better. Well, they've been a major disappointment as well. We don't expect 5-star resort treatment at these places, but when trying to book the better rooms and still stay budget-friendly you don't expect to take for granted things like hot running water. The hotel wasn't at all busy so it wasn't a matter of the plumbing system being taxed with maximum occupancy. We also stayed in another Choice Hotels location this same weekend and it was an even worse experience. The only redeeming quality about this place was that the lady running the breakfast area in the morning was staying on top of things. Apart from that, we're pretty much through with Choice Hotels at this point. May just have to start traveling in an RV and avoid hotel stays altogether!

Jedes Mitarbeiter, den ich traf, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Kabelfernsehen hatte viele Kanäle zu sehen. Ich hatte Nachbarn auf beiden Seiten und konnte nicht viel hören, es war ein ruhiger und anständiger Aufenthalt.

翔翔哥爱唱歌Nicht weit vom Haus eines Freundes, die Lage ist leicht zu finden, es gibt genügend Parkplätze, das Hotel sollte etwas alt sein, aber es ist sauber und das Bett ist relativ bequem. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und die Einstellung des Kellners ist auch sehr gut, er wird die Initiative ergreifen und nachfragen. Preiszugeständnisse, empfehlenswert
