Soweit die staatlich sanktionierten Covid-Quarantäneeinrichtungen gehen, ist dies eine Top-Notch, 5-star Anlage. Während das Hotel nicht von regelmäßigen Hotelbediensteten besetzt wurde, hat die Guam Guard eine große Aufgabe, mich zu Hause zu fühlen (sobald ich ihre beängstigenden Militär-Camo Uniformen überholt habe, die das Gegenteil tun, sie in ihre Umgebung zu vermischen! ) Glücklicherweise arbeitete das regelmäßige Küchenpersonal hinter den Szenen. Die 3-square Mahlzeiten, die jeden Tag mit militärischer Präzision an meine Tür geliefert wurden, waren fantastisch. Echt gutes Essen eine Mischung aus lokaler und kontinentaler Preis serviert in Festgrößen. Ich habe während meiner Pflicht 7-day hier bleiben gewogen. Ich werde nicht auf die schönen Sonnenuntergang auf der Bucht von meinem 17. Stockzimmer kommentieren, da niemand außer Gott dafür verantwortlich ist. Insgesamt, wenn es noch einmal in Guam quarantänisch sein muss, würde ich mich entscheiden, in dieser Quarantäneanlage oder Q-Fac zu bleiben, wie meine Guards es nennen.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, um sich zu entspannen und die Meeressicht von wo wir geblieben haben. Seit unserem Urlaub während der Heiligen Woche, spielte die Ozeanbrise und die Wellen Umgebungsgeräusche für meine frühen Morgengebete aus dem Hotel Balkon. Der ganze Tag war auf den Werbestellen, die Steine wegwerfen, verbracht. Sehr schöner Ort zum Fenstershop und zum Kauf von Dingen für Erinnerungen. Obwohl ich nicht viel Zeit hatte, wegen der unvorhersehbaren Regen zu schwimmen, hatte ich meine Nachmittags auf das Licht warten, als der Himmel dunkelte und die Panorama-Sonnenbilder in meinem Gehirn gefangen. Was das Essen betrifft, habe ich die Hotelrestaurant nicht die ganze Zeit versucht. Es war mehr Spaß, eine Menge von Restaurants und Abendessen in der Nähe zu erkunden. 4 Nächte im Hyatt und der Ort ist empfehlenswert. Idealer Ort für Familienurlaub, wenn Ihr Ziel ist, entspannen, entspannen und mit Familie und Freunden zu verbinden.

AWESOME NEUER ERHÖRTET BOUTIQUE HOTEL IN TUMON! Im Hotel Tano war es für uns für einen Monat und das Hotel war das perfekte Eigentum während auf Ferienarbeit/Ferien auf Guam besuchen Familie und Freunde über unseren Kindern Sommerpause. Das Hotel hatte gerade ihre Renovierung und Umstellung in ein neu renoviertes Boutique-Hotel abgeschlossen. Wir lieben das moderne Design und das Konzept der Immobilie und der Premier Suite, in der wir verblieben. Wir liebt auch die Aussicht auf Tumon Bay und It’s Sonnenuntergang von unserer Suite. Das Hotel liegt auch im Zentrum von Tumon, wo wir den täglichen Spaziergang zum Fujita Strand gemacht haben, der etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß war, und der Hauptshopping Tumon ***, der etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß war. Die Mitarbeiter waren großartig, wie hier andere erwähnt. Sie begrüßten uns mit dem Geist der Hafa Adai, sie waren auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Familie während unseres Aufenthalts aufmerksam, und manchmal ein paar Schritte vorwärts bei der Versicherung, dass wir einen tollen Aufenthalt hatten. Sie haben uns sicherlich wie Familie fühlen lassen. Diese Personen umfassen (Brandon, Robinson, Sam, Rey, Oz, Misty, Josh, Jay, Mark, Sheryl und Jamie) Ein paar spezielle Personen, die unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht haben, waren Oz und Misty. Oz Lobby Host, hat uns konsequent begrüßt, als wir das Hotel abfahren, um unseren Tag zu starten und uns am Abend wieder willkommen, als wir von unserem Spaßvollen Tag wieder ins Hotel zurückkehren. Oz würde auch uns anmelden, um sicherzustellen, dass wir einen großen Aufenthalt hatten. Die freundliche Zimmerverpflegung war konsequent und würde sich konsequent anmelden, um zu sehen, ob wir während unseres Aufenthalts zusätzliche Zimmerausstattung benötigen. Es war erfrischend, von unserem Tag zurück zu einem sauberen Zimmer zu kommen. Meine Kinder lieben auch die Pflege, die Misty für ihre Tiere gesetzt hatte. Im Allgemeinen einen AWESOME Aufenthalt, und wir freuen uns auf einen weiteren Aufenthalt und werden Hotel Tano unseren Staatsfreunde und Familie empfehlen, die auf der Suche nach einem Hotel auf Guam.

Aktualisierung: Nach dem Lesen meiner negativen Feedback wurde ich mit Frau Sunny Cho und Herrn Hanmin Jang in Kontakt gesetzt. Herr Jang war sehr entschuldigt über unsere Situation und bot an, unsere Mahlzeiten in Oceano zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt zu kompensieren. Es wurde auch deutlich, dass Herr Tsaio uns ursprünglich eine falsche E-Mail gegeben hatte, und deshalb habe ich nie wieder eine Antwort erhalten. Nachdem wir uns für unsere Reservierung anmelden, haben Herr Jang und Frau Cho einen Punkt gemacht, um zu meinem Mann und mir persönlich zu treffen und uns eine gute Essenserfahrung wünschen. Ich glaube auch, dass sie unserem Pflegepersonal gesagt haben, dass wir am Abend extra gut um uns kümmern sollten, weil der Service ausgezeichnet war. Mein Mann und ich blieben im April in Tsubaki. Nach unserem Einchecken wurden wir von dem Essen, Tom Tsiao, darüber informiert, dass alle Restaurants auf dem Hotel aufgrund eines jüngsten Ausbruchs von Covid geschlossen wurden, und unsere Abendessenreservierungen wurden anschließend ohne Anzeige abgebrochen. Herr Tsaio hat uns 2 Optionen angeboten, die wir zurückgeben können, wenn Oceano wieder aufsteigen und laufen oder wir unsere bestehende Buchung behalten und einen Gutschein zum Essen in Oceano kostenlos erhalten, zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt. Wir beschlossen, mit der 2. Option zu gehen, sie als fairer Komponist zu sehen. Im Dezember beschlossen wir, den Gutschein für unser Hochzeitstag zu verwenden, um zu informieren, dass es nicht existiert. Als wir mit Herrn Tsaio direkt gesprochen haben, informierte er uns, dass er sich nicht daran erinnerte, mit uns zu sprechen und einen Gutschein zu essen in Oceano anzubieten. Es gab keinen solchen Gutschein.

The answer is yes, we had an excellent experience! The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful and all the staff there greeted us with smiles as we passed by. The small cafe there has delicious breads, cakes and cookies that I kept going back for more. The room was very cozy and clean, we loved the spacious bathroom and the balcony that has the best sunset view! To finish it off, we love swimming in the pools there, great place to take pictures for Instagram with their amazing beach like infinity pool and small cabana rooms! If you guys like my review, try it out, you won’t regret it.

Das Paar hat seit Beginn des Jahres zwei Nächte in der Feriensuite gebürgt. Ich weiß, das Hotel ist sehr alt, aber das Zimmer ist sehr groß, aber das Zimmer ist sehr dunkel, nur ein Stift ２. Ich bin nach drei Uhr in das Hotel gekommen, um die Verfahren zu bearbeiten, aber ich habe gehört, dass es noch nicht fertig ist, also warte ich auf das fertige. Am nächsten Tag, egal wie oft ich von draußen zurückkam, war das Zimmer nicht sauber. Ich kam erst nach 7 Uhr. Ich hatte mich nach dem Abendessen entspannt, also lehnte ich ab. Ich lebte in den Ländern und Hotels, aber das war mein erstes Mal so spät. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, aber ein bisschen enttäuschend.

Have stayed here many times for work. I just wanted to thank everyone at Hilton for taking such good care of us the past few weeks! I was here for work, and it was a bit unnerving being away from home and family during Typhoon Mawar… but I appreciate the hotel’s constant updates and adaptability! Everyone was working so hard to keep us safe during this very tough time, and it’s truly appreciated! Glad we came thru it okay, prayers for the recovery ahead, grateful to Hilton and all your staff. My childhood memories are filled with fond recollections of the days when this hotel was known as Daichi, and the Seahorse was its neighbor. It's heartwarming to witness the tremendous growth in the form of the Crowne Plaza, now in its third iteration. Despite the substantial exodus of people from Guam and the challenges faced by the hospitality industry, my experience at the Crowne Plaza was nothing short of spectacular — even amidst the aftermath of the most devastating natural disaster to hit the island in over 20 years. During my visit, the hotel experienced sell out occupancy for several days before and after my stay. To complicate matters, some rooms were rendered unavailable due to storm damage. Yet, to my amazement, both of my rooms were seamlessly upgraded without request, including one room to a one-bedroom suite. This exceptional resource management and commitment to their loyalty program and customers leaves me truly impressed. The hotel honored all Diamond Elite benefits, and with the Club lounge temporarily closed due to the storm, we were accommodated with equivalent offerings in the Lobby lounge. The Crowne Plaza's complete makeover, featuring a contemporary design, elevates it to the status of a brand-new hotel rather than a simple update with - and this distinction is important - new yet outdated hardware. For example, their innovative digital elevator is a fresh concept on Guam, separating them from their local competition. I want to extend my sincerest appreciation to Abegail. Her exceptional service and assistance with check-in and resolution of an issue with our room rate demonstrated her expertise. I booked the best flexible rate and even that somehow doubled. Abegail took charge and resolved the matter. Her proactive approach and willingness to be our point of contact for any requests or concerns displayed remarkable initiative whilst juggling her duties at the counter. My gratitude extends to Abegail, the housekeeping, facilities, F&B, and the entire team for the outstanding care they provided during such challenging circumstances. A special thank you goes out to Tan Holdings and IHG for their continued investment in and commitment to the Crowne Plaza to ensure not just a future, but a brighter future, for Guam's hospitality industry.

The breakfast at the hotel was a well-stocked buffet-style meal. They did make custom omelets. The breakfast included a wide range of meats each morning. There were breads, cereals, and pastries. Coffee, teas, and juices were included. The rooms are large and are well-appointed. The bed, pillows, and linens were outstanding. My room had a nice view of the pool and ocean. The internet worked well. The hotel is well located near the beach, dining, and shopping district. Other nightlife activities are in close walking distance. There was a large self-serve washer & dryer on-site.

The only negative I have is that some aspects of this hotel are dated/in need of repair, but nothing too bad. OK, maybe a second negative was the nightly live music in the lobby that my co-workers could hear from their rooms on lower floors. The inside of the hotel is open all the way to the top (21 floors). The music was not an issue for me, but I was on the 20th floor. Now for the positive…. The proximity to town is great - you can walk to shopping and dining. The beach was excellent and right on the calm bay. There’s a water sports equipment rental place on the beach right by the hotel pool. You can get pretty much anything you’d need, other than motorized equipment. I rented a paddle board and enjoyed paddling around the bay for a couple of hours and would highly recommend it. There are chairs and umbrellas in the beach. There is also a large, resort style pool with bar. The drinks were good and affordable. While there could stand to be some updating of the pool area (maybe cement patch work and painting), they seemed to be working on it because the second, smaller pool and hot tub were under renovation. It seemed to me that a lot of places in Guam are just now starting to come back from the impact of COVID (low tourist numbers so limited staffing and repairs/updates to properties and restaurants). The Westin Club Lounge was great - good food, wine and beer, plus it’s on the top floor with excellent views to the south and west. The breakfast buffet had a lot of quality options. The gym was a little small for the size of the resort, but it worked. Bonus - plenty of garage parking. The staff was friendly and helpful across the entire resort. I’d absolutely stay here again!!
