within 10 mins to skytrain station. some nice restaurant around the area. Helpful and friendly staffs. included welcome drink and a little box of festive dessert.

The location is excellent. Got upgraded by the staff which is very nice

When we arrive, it was really strange because the hotel and entrance is really tiny and there is a step that need to bring up the luggage to the lobby. Staff a really friendly and helpful. Hotel is really the small. There is only one elevator so sometimes you have to wait for a while. The bathroom is quite nice and easy access to the living room, which is a bar.

Very good place to stay, very close proximity to the city center, will be coming back

First rate service and location; Old building so a little noise can be heard if you’re sensitive; Good food; Recommend.

Love the renovation, fits the millennial mood but rooms are too small.

The hotel appears newly renovated, it is quite clean but the room is a bit small. Ordered for a king size bed but given 2 large king size beds, hence there is no desk if you want to eat and drink in the room. The location is very good at downtown city center, close by to train stations and public transport. It is within a walking distance to waterfront and Yaletown. Receptionist service staff are quite friendly, especially Priscilla, she has been very good for letting me early check in at 8.30 AM. I was also allowed for a late check out at 12PM. I would recommend this hotel for anybody whilst in Vancouver.

Lovely clean and modern rooms . Inside the hotel is lovely but car park is next to run down alley , didn’t feel very safe .Very noisy on 1st floor until 2am with music downstairs ,so couldn’t sleep

Have a nice stay there, parking is available with charge per night so not too bad. A tiny hotel does not have fitness centre and swimming pool. However comes with welcome drink and a bar restaurant.

Recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a an okay experience. The room, while smaller than expected, was cozy and intimate with a modern twist with the decor. However, it was noted that some areas in the room could have been cleaner (i.e. washroom etc.) and the air conditioning was slightly noisy. On the positive side, the hotel's ambiance was generally inviting, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, it was a reasonable stay with some positive aspects but also room for improvement.

The room was nice, new, big enough for 2 people. The bathroom was beautiful but tiny. Not big enough for 2 people. The worse was the view to a wall 6 meters away. Looking at a deserted building with broken windows and very dirty.

Good service and nice cleaning room. And, you can get extra drink from next door.
