Zunächst sollte man erwähnen, dass wir in der Haupt- Hochsaison gebucht hatten. Dementsprechend war es sehr gut besucht. Die Zimmer waren ruhig und ansprechend, die Reinigungskräfte haben jeden Tag unser Zimmer gereinigt und aufgeräumt. Ganz wunderbar! Wir haben gut geschlafen, Nachts war es ruhig, auch dank Klimaanlage konnte man sehr gut nächtigen. Leider war es uns während unseres Urlaubs nur 1 Mal möglich am Pool zu liegen. Aus gesundheitlichen Gründen suchte ich vergebens nach einem Schattenplatz, da bereits Morgens und vor dem Frühstück, alle Sonnenschirme und Liegen durch Handtücher „reserviert“ wurden. Sehr ärgerlich. Die Auswahl an Speisen zum Frühstück, Mittag und Abendessen war sehr groß. Frisches Obst, Salate, Fischspezialitäten und Fleisch. Unangenehm waren die klebrigen Tische und Stühle. Auf Gläser, Tassen und Teller, waren noch Rückstände und Dreck zu erkennen. Die Dinner Show war super, die Themen Restaurants in Ordnung. Der Café Store und Auswahl an Kaffeespezialitäten ganz wunderbar. Unser abendliches Highlight war die Piano Bar. Leckere Cocktails, gute Unterhaltung und kühle Getränke. Alternativ gibt es die Beefeater Bar, die wir aufgrund des modrigen Genruchs gemieden haben. Der Service wirkte stellenweise etwas überfordert, allerdings immer sehr freundlich. Es ist eben etwas Geduld gefragt, was für uns aber in Ordnung war. Wer gerne in Gesellschaft ist und kein Problem mit zeitlichen Einschränkungen hat, kann hier einen schönen Urlaub verbringen. Zu erwähnen ist noch, dass hier auch für Familien und Kinder viel geboten wird. Tolles Rahmenprogramm.

Das Princesa Yaiza Hotel ist zentral in Playa Blanca gelegen und der öffentliche Strand ist direkt über die Promenade erreichbar. Sowohl Ruhesuchende wie Familien kommen hier auf ihre Kosten, da das Hotel verschiedene Zimmerkategorien, sowie 3 Buffet und mehrere à la Carte Restaurants anbietet. Das Princesa Yaiza ist unser Wohlfühlort wo wir neue Energie tanken können. Neben dem schön eingerichteten Hotel ist dies auch dem überaus freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Personal geschuldet. Marcos (und seine Kollegen deren Namen wir leider vergessen haben) der uns als erstes herzlich begrüsst und in Empfang genommen hat, Carina und Youne an der Rezeption, der freundliche blonde Herr im Anzug der im Eingangsbereich arbeitet (auch hier können wir uns leider nicht an seinen Namen erinnern), der junge blonde Mann im Public Relation, Marco morgens im Isla de Lobos, Marcella und Mohammed im Don Giovanni sind nur einige von vielen bei denen wir uns hiermit bedanken möchten. Unser Kritikpunkt ist, dass man spürt und sieht, dass das Hotel an vielen Stellen spart und der Service in denen letzten Jahren somit abgenommen hat. So werden zum Beispiel für die Strandtücher 20 Euro Kaution verlangt, Amenities müssen über App einzeln bestellt werden und stehen nicht mehr zu Beginn zu Verfügung oder der Begrüssungdrink in den Buffet Restaurants wurde abgeschafft... Nichtdestotrotz freuen wir uns über unsern nächsten Besuch.

Wir sind den Kanarischen Inseln seit 1978 treu, kommen an allen Karnevalsferien, sogar während der Pandemie, bis jetzt hatten wir nur ein Hotel wiederholt, unser Hotel auf Fuerteventura, den Robinson Club Esquinzo. Nun, nachdem wir diesen Karneval auf Lanzarote im Hotel Elba Lanzarote Royal Village Resort verbracht haben, haben wir bereits ein Hotel für unsere nächsten Besuche auf Lanzarote. Weil? Zuerst für Ihre Mitarbeiter. Von der Rezeption bis zum Speisesaal. Vielen Dank an Natalia, die unseren Besuch von unserem Check-in bis zum Abschied sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Anschließend das Personal des Speisesaals. Besonders Manuela, die jeden Tag unser Engel war, sowie Fran oder Nicolas in der Brasserie. Oh! Und ich darf die sehr nette Nayeem nicht vergessen. Was würde gesagt Das Hotel, Gärten und Pools sind sehr sauber. Der Speisesaal ist sehr sauber und die Qualität der Speisen liegt deutlich über der von Hotels dieser Art. Der Fisch und die Desserts haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber. Alles funktioniert super. Die Lage ist sehr gut, nur einen Schritt von der Stadt Playa Blanca entfernt. Für zwei Details kann ich keine volle Punktzahl geben, die das Hotel sicherlich verbessern wird. Erstens funktioniert das WLAN nicht und zweitens muss das Theater umgedreht werden. In der Animation ein ganz besonderer Gruß an Ramon. Vielen Dank, wir kommen wieder
