Good property and centrally located in a safe zone. Still in final stages of construction and so some noise. However, in few weeks should be completely done.

Property and rooms were clean. The shower was great and the beds were super comfortable. If you stay in a courtyard view room, be prepared to have your drapes closed at all times as guests in the rooms opposite have a clear view into yiur room.
The walls, floors and windows are not soundproof and you hear and almost feel the footsteps of persons in rooms above you. Bring earplugs. Oh and there is a bit of construction happenimg so drilling occurs later on in the day. The restuarant downstairs has really good food and very good entertainment on a Thursday. All in all, a pleasant stay in a modern hotel with lots of conveniences and lovely, pleasant and helpful staff. However, for a more peaceful stay, Elements probably shouldn't be your first choice.

We would like to thank the staff for there help with luggage, taxi and restaurant reservation. Great to have the opportunity plus a stellar location for the Thursday evening fireworks and festivities which happen weekly.

I enjoyed my stay at Element Hotel & Shops. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The room I booked had modern décor. I appreciated the professionalism provided by the staff. They assisted me with ordering taxis, suggesting restaurants and making dinner reservations. The hotel is located in a central location, not far from lots of restaurants and shops. Queen Emma Bridge is within walking distance which is also convenient. There was some construction going on at the hotel during the afternoon.

There were several pros and cons to this hotel:
PROS:
- The staff are super friendly and helpful
- The location is steps away from several popular tourist attractions
- Free water and excellent wifi (Netflix etc)
- Clean rooms that are a good size
CONS:
- It's very noisy (all the time) as the walls are paper-thin
- Terrible sleep quality (light, noise, bed, pillows)
- The pool is almost unusable (no umbrellas to hide from the sun, very few hours of operation, and it's the size of a peanut)
- The markup was egregious (would not use this site to book there again)

This property is in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and most helpful with any questions or recommendations. Shediah and Yocgely at the front desk were wonderful. There is plenty of free parking if you need it. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for a great stay.

The hotel is still in the final stage construction and although there is some inconvenience, this totally compensated by the service provided by the personnel.
