Great guest house run by a fantastic and very helpful staff . Rooms and facilities were great . Breakfasts were lovely . Thanks to Anne and Ted that really looked our for us . Very well located within walking distance to all shops and restaurants. 5 minutes to the beach they also have a great pool and the outside area has lots of birdlife . Will be back soon .

Double room with ocean view - White Sands on the ground floor with natural light. A fantastic warm welcome by Tim and Elsie awaited us. We had a lovely double room called White Sands with natural light and a vast ocean view on the ground floor with two loungers outside on the verandah. It is a short walk across well-kept lawns and a few steps down to the white sands. Walking on the beach in either direction is super and food for the soul. Superb fresh breakfasts are served upstairs with a great 180-degree view of the sea and beach with friendly, excellent service and helpfulness throughout our stay. Excellent value for location. Wished we had stayed longer than 3 days. We would certainly return to The Pink Lodge. It is also pet-friendly.

Unser Familienaufenthalt in diesem Hotel wäre spektakulär gewesen, wenn es nicht für die rotte Haltung des Hotelmanagers namens Galen wäre. Wir schätzten alles über dieses Gebäude, bis wir sie kennenlernen mussten. Nachdem sie ihr Personal nach 22:30 Uhr um die Guetzzimmer herumschnappt, um herauszufinden, ob einer von uns ein bestimmtes Essen bestellt hatte, das einige Gäste nicht bezahlt haben, so dass sie Geld aufgeben und nach Hause gehen können. Wir schliefen schnell, als sie knackten, wie wir planen, früh für unseren frühen Morgenflug mit einem 6:00am Abflug zu schlafen. Sie knackten uns auf, um uns etwas zu fragen, was wir nicht hätten, nur um nach und nach zu entschuldigen und zu verlassen, und keiner von uns würde nach bis 01:00am schlafen. Als sie sich mit ihr konfrontiert hatte, um sie zu fragen, warum sie Leute schickte, um uns zu wachen und unsere Frustration zu äußern, zeigte sie keine Reue oder Rechenschaftspflicht für ihre Entscheidung und sagte uns einfach, dass nichts, was sie hätte tun können, sie musste wissen. Als sie um Kamilletee gefragt wurde, lachte sie in unsere Gesichter und sagte, sie hätten keine und es gibt nichts, was sie uns tun können, nachdem sie uns aufwachen und ging weg, indem sie uns dort stehen lassen. Wir zahlen Geld, um sicherzustellen, dass ruhige und komfortable Nachtschlaf nur aufwachen, um etwas zu erwachen, das nichts mit uns zu tun hatte und eine stinkende Einstellung in Gegenzug. Unacceptabel! Außerdem hatte sie uns frühstückenspackungen zuvor versprochen und sie in unser Zimmer für den nächsten Morgen für unsere frühe Abreise geschickt und wir haben sie nie gesehen.
