The room was clean. The a/c didn’t work so we were hot through the night. They didn’t have breakfast like advertised. Lady at front desk was kinda friendly.

I needed a place close to Dickie's Arena that was decent in price. This hotel was clean, quiet, and fit the bill for one night. The price was perfect to match a 2.5-star hotel. Considering it was off a freeway, I was surprised at how quiet the room was. The hotel is older but well-maintained and very clean.

Dirty and no cleaning service during your stay. Had to wipe everything down with Lysol. Toilet and bathroom with dirty and there was a layer of dust and cobwebs on the wall. Room phone and blow dryer were broken. Convenient to freeway though.

Shortly after I arrived I ran down to my car to grab something to find someone looking in the windows or all the cars. Then once back in my room at 9pm, the door opened, I had the deadbolt on, about 45 seconds later a knock came at the door and the front desk lady said she gave someone the wrong key (who was next to her with no bags whom she knew) and that she came up to tell me the person looking in the windows of cars was a guest (he was tripping and had a backpack on so pretty sure he wasn’t). There is zero security here to the point that the front desk personnel are behind a locked door and you have to ring a bell for them to come out. I actually woke the guy to check out. Completely Sketch! No elevators, so you need to use the stairs on either side but it also leads outside, not secure feeling in that area. The room was clean.

Terrible time. Didn’t even go to my room after checking in because there was a disturbance in the lobby and I was warned by someone sitting in the lobby that an aggressive, pissed off man was walking around the hotel yelling at people. I left and went to Hampton Inn.

price was good. did not like there was no continental breakfast and doors not locked after hrs

Well, this was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is one of the nicest I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were very nice. Very comfortable. The hotel staff were very nice, and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. They made me feel very welcome. The price was very fair. This hotel would be first on my list. And I travel quite a bit.
