The first 3 nights we were there the bed frame wasn’t stable and wooden slats either broke or fell out. The toilet wouldn’t always flush. I had to take the tank lid off and push down on the blue ball so the tank would fill with water. Then we were able to flush. Rental agency claimed toilet flushed ok when they supposedly fixed bed slats. Living room loveseats very uncomfortable. One has no cushion and you feel the wooden slats only.

We had great expectations that were not met - furniture was horribly uncomfortable; refrigerator would not come on despite numerous attempts; washing machine was stuck on an error message and could not be used.

Comfortable place to stay in a quiet residential location, Local Co-op shop located nearby but the property was also within a short 10-15 minute drive to larger shops, restaurants and town centre. Culloden battlefield and Clava Cairns were also only a short drive away. This was a perfect base to explore Inverness city, Loch Ness and surrounding countryside and tourist attractions.
