As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I like to stay at different properties across the Hilton portfolio. For this trip to West Palm Beach, I chose this Embassy Suites too add some variety to my week of stays at other Florida hotels in the Hilton family. Most Embassy Suites have their rooms built around an open atrium. Not this one. Yes there's something called an Atrium where the restaurant is, but it's only the restaurant and bar, nothing else. The first thing I noticed was poor signage. Having checked-in and choosing my room the day before arrival, I wanted to go straight to my room. Upon arrival into the lobby by Uber, I saw no signs directing me to the elevators leading to the rooms. I was walking around the Atrium looking at areas called East Tower and South Tower, and the only maps said that guest rooms are located on Floors 3 and up. Where? Finally I found the hotel's desk, walked past it, and went upstairs to my room. When I got there, my Digital Key did not work. I heard the lock move, but the door would not open for me. So I had to do the Walk of Shame and return downstairs to ask for an old fashioned plastic key at the desk. There was no apology that the Digital Key that Hilton encourages guest to use thus bypassing the check-in desk, did not work. I got my plastic key and returned to the floor, only to find that initially the plastic key also did not open the door. Only this time I jiggled it, and was able to then enter. Apparently I had to pull before pushing! I later went downstairs again to purchase items from the small gift shop for snacks. The place was depleted -- many items were out and the selection was very poor. I took my items to the desk to have the charge put on my room, and I also had to ask for the bottled water I was entitled to, which should have been offered to me when I was at the desk the first time to get the plastic key. I did not make use of the living room section, only the bathroom and the bedroom. The bedroom had ample space for my belongings, but I thought it was odd that there was no-place on the desk to plug in my electronics. No outlet or charging station. I did find a power strip on the floor and used that, but it was awkward and uncomfortable. WiFi and TV worked OK. The bathroom was relatively small, but it was just adequate. I had no issues with water pressure or water temperature. In the morning I went to the Atrium to have my complimentary breakfast. Nobody ever greeted me nor offered to serve me the whole time I was there. Nobody even checked to make sure I was a guest at the hotel. I partook of the buffet, and enjoyed it, and I did save money on gratuity since there was nobody to tip. Overnight, my receipt was e-mailed to me, and when I woke up, there was a charge of $8 for ”late cancellation”. What? If I had cancelled I wouldn't be there, would I? I was so disgusted I had wanted to just check-out on the Hilton app as I usually do, but I had to correct this

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr nahe am Flughafen, es gibt einen Abholservice, das Zimmer ist sehr sauber mit einem kleinen Kühlschrank, Fitnesspool, Frühstück ist gut, geeignet für Familienreisen, Geschäftsreisen.

Ich war angenehmen überrascht! Dies ist einer der besten Hotel-Aufenthalte, die ich je hatte und ich hatte genug. Geh nach WPB für eine Kreuzfahrt nach den Bahamas und blieb in diesem Hotel vor der Nacht. Großes Personal! Saubere Zimmer und gutes Frühstück. Und ich sagte großartig Personal? ! Diese Leute sind nicht wirklich das Epithom von hervorragender Kundenservice und allgemeiner Qualitätsservice. Bravo!

Um ehrlich zu sein, das Hotel ist immer noch gut, aber es gibt einen Fehler. Es kann von betrügerischer Propaganda gesprochen werden, wenn es ernster ist: Bei der Buchung wird klar, dass es einen kostenlosen Flughafen-Shuttle-Bus gibt. Aber als ich am Flughafen Palm Beach ankam, rief ich an und sagte Ihnen direkt, dass ich es nicht getan habe.

We just returned from a lovely month at Hampton Inn WPB Central. At check in we were warmly greeted and recognized as Diamond Hilton members by Dejon and Jean. Throughout our stay they were both warm, welcoming and helpful. Also greeting us upon arrival was the Sales Manager Joanne Schroeder, happy to see we arrived safely and making sure that check in went smoothly and that we were happy with our accommodations. Our suite was large, very clean, bright and well furnished. The refrigerator could have been a little larger with a more adequate freezer section, but we managed nicely with what we had. Elande of housekeeping was wonderful and did a great job cleaning our room. Breakfast was more than adequate with many choices. A suggestion might be to serve a variety of yogurt flavors instead of one flavor that has to be hand spooned out of a large bowl. Also, decaf coffee would be a nice addition to the regular coffee left for guests in the lobby throughout the day. It is only there during breakfast. The kitchen staff, Kari, Maria and Clifford, all did a marvelous job replenishing items as well as keeping the dining and kitchen areas clean. The hotel is constantly being cleaned and updated. We did not use the pool although it was lovely. Unfortunately, the noise from the nearby road was not conducive to rest and relaxation. On the plus side, the Hampton Inn is connected by a very short path to a Hilton Garden Inn and we were welcome to use the pool there which was very nice and quiet. The gym is excellent with new and updated equipment. We would like to thank all staff members in every capacity for their kindness to us. They are all professional and an asset to Hilton hotels. If it were possible, I would give this hotel 10 stars and highly recommend it for a short vacation or an extended stay. We are looking forward to returning next year to experience Hampton Inn hospitality once again.

Praktisch neues Hotel, super großes und komfortabeles Zimmer. Gut ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine. Super schöne und saubere Badezimmer. Alles sehr gemütlich, komfortabel. Wir sind für drei Nächte gehost. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, leicht zugänglich, nahe dem Flughafen West Palm Beach und etwa 10 Autominuten vom Strand. Es hat Parkplatz, Pool und eine Geschäft mit Snacks, Wasser ... Gutes und gut ausgebildete Mitarbeiter, sehr aufmerksames Team. Super empfehlen!

Denken Sie nicht einmal an das Übernachten hier! Von den Internetfotos und von außen, diese Anlage sieht wie viele ähnliche Hotels aus. Einchecken schien es ungewöhnlich, dass die attraktive Dame vor uns in bar bezahlt. Als wir das Gebäude in unser Zimmer fahren, war eine verdächtige Person gerade im Fahrzeug neben unserem Parkplatz sitzen. Ich bemerke, dass ”verdächtig” völlig subjektiv ist, aber manchmal sagt dein ”Gum”. Es gab sehr ”skeptische” Charaktere, die um die Rückenparkplatz-Parkplatz laufen, und wir bemerkten ein Zeichen Warnung, dass ”Skimaschen” waren verboten -- d.h. solche, die für kriminelle Aktivitäten in warmen und sonnigen Südflorida verwendet werden könnten. Wir stiegen in unser Zimmer, wir bemerkten, dass die Metalltür große ”Bang” Zahn hatte -- als ob jemand versuchte, einen Hammer zu verwenden, um eintritt zu erwerben. Das Zimmer hatte zwei Betten, aber nur ein Kissen auf jedem, und nur ein Blatt mit NEINEN DIEGEN. Kann das Zimmer für ************ verwendet werden? Es waren Zigarettenmarken auf dem einen kleinen Tisch. Es sah aus wie ein Schlamm. Es dauerte nur eine Minute, bis wir uns umdrehen und schnell zum Büro für eine sofortige Stornierung gehen. Wir sind nur froh, dass wir diese schlechte Erfahrung in DAYLight hatten. Ich war um viele Blöcke. Aber ich würde nicht gern hier sein nach Dunkelheit!
