#好評#對房內採光，梳洗用品，安全性，鄰近店舖，交通方便程度，性價比滿意；不错的公寓式酒店，房间干净整洁，洗衣做饭都很方便，出门就有自行车，骑车去国家公园、超市很方便，步行3分钟就有购物商场，wifi也很快。

There was hair on the bed, likely from the previous hotel guest staying in the room. Otherwise the property is close to the metro and in a very walkable neighborhood.

Profits over guest needs! Do not stay at this property. They knowingly reserve noisy rooms and sneakingly hide behind a disclaimer that the property is in an area with loud nightlife. They address the noise problem by giving the guest a white noise machine and earplugs. Yes, really! I suggest looking for another hotel in the area that is more guest centered. The Sonder Quincy customer service app representative needs to improve on their professionalism. They need more general customer service skills training. The Sonder hotel management is greedy and make it difficult to receive a refund if you complain about the noise. They shame the guest into thinking it is their fault for not reading a hidden disclaimer. This tough-love approach should put them out of business.

Unfortunately when we entered our room, full of excitement and relief, we found ourselves shocked and distraught when we found multiple cockroaches in the kitchen and closet/bathroom area. We had issues sleeping and cooking/eating in the room because of these incidents.The space was nice otherwise and the amenities were decent.

The company promised to send check-in directions 3 days prior to arrival time; instead, I got a text THE DAY of Departure asking when we would be arriving and I said that we still hadn't received check-in instructions to which I received another text saying that this would be sent w/i 3 days of our arrival! I had to call to get this, just a little inconvenient. The room was right next to the laundry and elevator so we heard constant beeps from both throughout the night. The rooms facing the street are VERY noisy as it is a busy city, the beds are not comfortable. There is NO parking so you will be paying considerably for parking if you are driving in. Location was convenient to what we wanted to do there but we would try another place next time for a DC visit.
