Ich habe eine Suite für drei Personen gebucht und der Preis pro Kopf ist deutlich gesunken. Es gab auch einen Starbucks-Kaffee im ersten Stock. Da der Kaffee, den mein Sohn bestellt hatte, weg war, gab der Kellner freundlicherweise eine Tasse Schokolade.

Generalmanager Anthony Ahanotu war so unglaublich und machte unser Hotel Aufenthalt so willkommen und einfach. Absolut empfehlen Sie dieses Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber. Wir fühlten uns zu Hause während des Aufenthalts.

Stayed 11 nights late June for vacation and wedding tasks. We qualified for the long term rate made this an EXTREMELY affordable upper tier property to stay in. The motel was clean and quiet. The staff was attentive and pleasant. They do not automatically clean / housekeep the rooms, but you can schedule service through contact with the front desk. Bathrooms were clean, and showers featured soft water. The facilities used elongated bowl toilets. The tub had a pronounced swale in the bottom center, and first access was a bit sporty as the feet determined where to stand to avoid a fall. Plenty of hot water, even at peak hours (bunch of baseball teams were here, early afternoon and early morning seemed to be when they were most active). Bath towels are the typical ”too small for real people size” but Target across the way had $12 3.5' x 6' beach towels which transformed nicely into bath sheets. The bed was comfortable, firm but not a brick. The pillows were either down, or very good reproductions, and quite comfortable. Breffas was great on the weekends. Real scrambled eggs, waffle maker, sausage patties, fruit, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, juice and coffee. On weekdays, they were geared more to grab and go - packaged waffle halves, crustless quiche (if you have an appetite grab at least two as they are... well... compact) and sausage and egg sammiches on a multigrain bagel. All were good options. We won't be traveling back this way from AZ any time soon, but there's no reason YOU shouldn't. If you're in the Warrenville / Naperville / Winfield area for business or pleasure, this facility is well suited for family, business, golfers, Cantigny 1st Infantry Museum visitors. If we do find ourselves back in the area with lodging needs, we will use Springhill Suites again.

Travelers who stay here for the breakfasts, beware: weekly menus include breakfasts with no substantial animal protein (like bacon or sausage), so it will be a crapshoot as to what your breakfast will or will not include at this hotel. While the room was fine, the issue was the run-around I was given with breakfast. In 20-30 years I've stayed at Holiday Inn Express (for the breakfasts), this hotel provided no substantial (i.e., ”typical”) animal protein the Sunday morning I stayed there. When I asked the front desk about it, he had a litany of excuses and at least one outright lie (repeated by the General Manager, Jay): there *was* animal protein - it was in the little bits in the gravy, they can't provide for *special diets* (huh ?!), ”you're the only one who has complained”, they don't determine the menus - IHG provides the menus, etc. Others in the breakfast room were surprised as well (whether they actually talked to the front desk or not is neither here nor there). Later I looked at the plaque on the wall and it is owned by Pramukh Hotels. I called IHG who confirmed that they (IHG) do *not* determine the menus - either the Pramukh Hotel owner or the hotel general manager does, so the front desk and the manager lied to me. I'm grateful that IHG refunded that night's points to me, but I will be making sure that I find out ahead of time if the hotel I want to make a reservation at is a Pramukh Hotel and avoid it.

Ich würde dieses Motel 5 Sterne geben, da es ein wirklich guter Handel mit schönen, sauberen Zimmern war und die gepflückten Eier geliebt (zumindest glaube ich, sie wurden gepflückt). Devonte (Hoffentlich habe ich seinen Namen richtig geschrieben) am Rezeption-Desk war sehr hilfreich und fragte nach dem Auschecken, wie es war und ich sagte ihm, es war ein funky (unerwünschte) Luft in dem Zimmer, das am 2. Tag ging und er entschuldigte sich und sagte, er hätte mich bewegen, ich sagte ihm, dass es auf mir war. Ich denke, die letzte Person, die das Zimmer reinigt, hätte bemerkt haben sollen. Wir werden dieses Hotel verwenden, wenn wir in Chicago sind. Mein Freund hatte auch Zimmer und es war 5 Sternen.

Ich liebe dieses Hotel. Was dieses Hotel fantastisch macht ist die Mitarbeiter. Sam am Frontbüro war extrem hilfreich, aber eigentlich ist jeder, der im Hotel arbeitet, großartig. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch, vor allem die Eier. Ich hatte eine Eiweiß-Omelette mit viel frischem Gemüse. Der Service war auch großartig! Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und geräumig.
