Der erste Eindruck ist toll! Die Auffahrt mit dem tollen Eingang und direkt der Blick auf den großen Pool in einer extra Halle neben dem Hotel. Drinnen ist es dann eher "ok". Die Zimmer sind etwas eng und dunkel ausgelegt / eingerichtet. Aber grundsätzlich ok. Buffet zum Frühstück war auch gut. Ich war selbst mit einer Reisegruppe dort und es scheint eine Anlaufstelle für diese zu sein, denn wir waren nicht die einzige große Gruppe. Das kann dann natürlich schnell etwas lauter und trubelig werden am Buffett.

Das Hotel war eine absolute Katastrophe. Der Abfalleimer war noch voll als wir das Zimmer bezogen. Das absolute highlight war das Bad. Alles im Bad wurde schon mehrere male umgebaut und repariert, was hier hauptsächlich den Einsatz von sehr viel Kitt und Silikon bedeutet. Der abgenutzte unhygienische Teppich im Bad soll wohl einiges kaschieren, was natürlich nicht gelingt. Hauptsächlich behindert dieser Badteppich das Putzpersonal, dadurch ist der Boden dreckig. Die Antirutschmatte für die Wanne ist sicher schon seit Mitte der 80er aus der Mode stammt aber sicher noch aus dieser Zeit. Warm Wasser um 21 Uhr scheint es nicht mehr zu geben. Am zweiten Tag gabs doch warmes Wasser, zumindest etwas, so nach 30 Minuten laufen lassen. So lässt sich auch kein Wasser sparen. Es scheint sich auch niemand wirklich für das Hotel zu interessieren, es wirkt sehr ungepflegt. Auf den ersten Blick alles ok aber bei genauerem hinschauen nur Schrott. Der TV war nicht eingesteckt und das Antennenkabel ausgerissen, das ganze Mobiliar ist sehr abgenutzt. Die Bettwäsche sollte man entweder mal ersetzen oder falls dies zu teuer ist zumindest mal mit dem Fusselrasierer behandeln. Das Gratis Internet funktioniert nicht. Das die Gästesicherheit keinen interessiert sieht man an den mit Schutzkappen versehenen Rauchmeldern im Speisesaal (Die könnten bei Rauchentwicklung ja Alarm geben), dem mit Isolierband geflicktem Kabel des Haartrockners im Bad und der fehlenden Absturzsicherung beim Transportaufzug für die Koffer. Da die Touristen ja eh nur ein mal kommen scheint man sich keine mühe zu geben. Eines der übelsten Hotels in denen ich je war.

Das Hotrl ist etwas altmodisch eingerichtet. Die,Zimmer sind angemessen, aber haben eine katastrophale Hygienezelle. Zu wenig und dreckige Duschtücher, speckigen Duschvorläufer und rostigen Wasserhahn, usw. Das Essen ist ok, aber nicht besonders. Frühstück hat sehr wenig Auswahl. Definitiv nur 2,5 Sterne

Boyfriend and I stayed here two nights as part of an Intrepid tour to visit Petra. We were a group of six, including our guide, and we were literally the only people staying in this hotel. The outside and the lobby look nice but the room was not. The furniture was old, the carpet was dirty, and the bathtub and sheets were stained. The sheets on the bed were so old that they were pilled and very uncomfortable to sleep on. No way we would use the pool and Turkish bath, the water and area looked dirty. On our second day, a truck came and drained out the pool. The only reasons I am giving this review three stars are, the staff were nice, and the group dinner at the hotel our second night was really good! Tons of food and it was delicious!

Appearances can be deceptive which is so true of this hotel. We were part of a group of 8 and, us being the only people in this hotel should’ve been a sign to leave immediately. If you want to try the worst coffee ever, try it here. Rooms are tiny so, as a couple nowhere to put our bags. The hotel is dirty. The Turkish bath area even more so If you are, like us, part of a group, my advice is to check into and pay separately for a different hotel Only positive is its location.

The hotel was comfortable and clean for the most part. The staff was very friendly. The food was good, there is a buffet for breakfast and dinner. We did the Turkish spa with scrub and massage. I don’t recommend it for many reasons. It was a very strange experience.

Bad hotel. Bathroom not clean, hairs in it. Visit whit dutch touroperator effeweg. Bad dinner, no service. Breakfast poor. Oranjuce not drinkable. Reception personal brutal. No cards acceptance. Furniture garden damaged

On arrival we've went to the room to freshen up.Noted that the water was coming from both the shower head and the tap..the stopper that was supposed to stop the water coming from the tap..didn't work. Reported to front desk they advised they would look at it.. nothing was done so our showers were interesting as the water pressure kept changing. The sheets didn't fit on the bed properly, they would come off every night and would be in a huge mess. Arrived back to the hotel around 330pm after walking around Perta all day looking forward to a shower to find out room hasn't been serviced so no fresh towels or linen. Also there was a sign at the front door saying we couldn't bring in items sick as drinks and snacks or there would be a service charge for having these items in your room. At checkout, we were informed it would be cash only to check out. Ummm not happy...a few others got caught out by this as well

This hotel is so busy it almost feels overrun. Full with coach loads of people overnighting or 2 for Petra and surrounds. It has pleasant decor and location in relation to traffic noise good but corridors with the number of tourists coming and going at all hours very noisy. Staff generally very helpful. However no water available in the hotel even at breakfast and staff hostile to you bringing your own in. Room cleanliness OK but my bathroom floor had lots of long hairs from a previous guest. Breakfast not bad, fresh cooked omelettes and a selection of fresh mezze and continental. No fruit!
