Island Travel Inn

Dieses Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen, die Einrichtungen sind veraltet und die Umgebung ist relativ schlecht. Und wir haben ein Zimmer, aber wir haben es nicht aufgeräumt, nachdem wir hineingegangen sind. Nachdem ich die Rezeption daran erinnert hatte, ging ich nachts zurück ins Hotel und bekam es immer noch nicht.

The hotel location is accessible. No room service despite of our request in advance but the staff is friendly.

Very good location but lacking many stuff like hairdryer,the bathroom is quite dirty too,staff were nice though

The room door did not have the standard inside lock to prevent someone from entering when you’re inside. The elevator allowed access to rooms directly from underground garage (unsafe). The facilities were not very clean. There was not top sheet on the bed, just a comforter. Given the level of cleanliness of the facilities, I was left to wonder if the duvet had been washed between lodgers. I would not stay here again.

Room was not clean, hair left in hair dryer, garbage in our can, mold in the shower, dust on majority of shelves, tv remotes didnt work, Vending machines took my money and didnt work, staff told us to bad when complaining about clenlyness

Since the price is cheap and maybe I need to accept it but there are are points that I didn’t like about this hotel. Cleaning for the bath was horrible. The drain for bath tub was covered with previous guest’s hair and it took long time to finish draining the water. The foot towel and bath towel were dirty and were torn also. The TV was old and there were many noises while watching it.

We stay 3 night we request to have more towels but they don’t give to us, next day we like to clean the room they don’t do it.at night we saw the rats running in us room. We never stay any bắt hotel like that. The room to not clean,everything so old.we not happy at all.

We pulled to 3 homeless people smoking crack just outside the driveway enterance. At 4 in the aftern. The desk clerk was npt friendly or welcoming at all. He gave off "I would rather be anywhere else but here " vibs. Parkeing was a open gatted underground parking area, not secure at all, into a room where both bed were noticeably sagged in the middle, bathroom shower full of mould and nasty stain behind the toilet. When I tried to turn on the fan/ac, the batteries were missing. We tried to find a different place to stay in town with no luck. When I went to the desk clerk for batteries the clerk stated the dont have AAA because most remotes use AA. Not a me problem. Eventually two where found in another remote and provided to me. Needless to say i got 2 hrs sleep sleeping sideways on the bed due to the sagging. Had a cool shower in a moldy bathroom and left ASAP. Positive note, I didn't get bit by bedbugs and the car was undamaged in the underground "secure" parking.

the place was dirty, gross bathroom, the room reeked of a flowery air spray took hours to air the room out and the internet did not work will not stay there again nor recommend anyone stay there
