Die Lage zur Innenstadt ist absolut gut und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter positiv zu erwähnen. Wir hatten ein großes, sauberes Zimmer das auch noch ruhig zum Hof gelegen war. Das Frühstück war lecker und schmeckte uns sehr gut, auch wenn der Frühstücksraum etwas beengt ist. Einziger, aber wirklich massiver Kritikpunkt ist die total durch gelegene Matratze, die uns in der Nacht nicht gut schlafen ließ.

Hotel was very welcoming and a friendly enviroment. Only thing that bothered me a little was the pillows provided as they were too flat but that was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel is quite old and in need of some updating, the lift in particular is tiny but we managed. The room itself was very old and could do with a major refit, as could the bathroom. Having said that for our needs of a single night stop for a European driving holiday it was adequate enough. The only real negative was the breakfast room was unstaffed and there was a limited help-yourself selection which given the extra we paid for breakfast was not really worth it. In hindsight, I wished I'd not paid for breakfast and simply used a local cafe. Parking a vehicle is €5 per night. The reason we chose this city was that in order to get a trip to Venice on our tour, Vicenza is 45 minutes by train from Venice, the station in Vicenza is a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Stayed here during an interrailing trip around Italy with 2adults and 2 children. This hotel was an absolute bargain - just E92 for a family room for four. Immaculately clean, staff very helpful, good location and lots of nice little bars and restaurants within five minute walk. Vicenza very pretty and we had a wonderful time. This hotel is one I would definitely recommend.

We needed accommodations for a person in a wheel chair. They went out of their way to help us in every way. The room is small but adequate for our needs. Staff is excellent. Everyone is very helpful. Great location near the train station. Only 30 minutes away from Venice by train. Good restaurants here as well. Enjoyed our stay here very much.
