Ein großes Business Hotel von der Autobahn A 4 leicht zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und groß, aber mit dem Charme der 70 er Jahre. Das Hotel hat einen enormen Renovierungsbedarf. Alles sehr dunkel. Die Möbel/Wände/Bad/Tapeten alles sollte erneuert werden. Der Frühstücksraum wie eine Wartehalle, es wurde nur innen gedeckt. Das Frühstück wird coronabedingt über eine Theke gereicht. Die Qualität und Auswahl ist verbesserungswürdig. Auflagen für Liegen ist extra zu zahlen. Badekappe im Pool ist Pflicht. Viele Parkplätze vorhanden.

Hotel looks run down from the outside but inside is very nicely decorated with a modern feel. Rooms have a strange layout but you can drive round to park by your room if you are on level 1. The public areas to get to the rooms are very tired and run down (carpet lifting from the floor) but the rooms are well decorated, modern, light and clean. Good workspace and power access. Bed was ok but I did not sleep so well. Shower is small. Restaurant in the evening has a good menu and the food quality was good. Breakfast is a very good selection of what you would expect in Italy.

A typical stopover hotel for people on a roadtrip. Close to the highway and not much to see or do around the hotel. The hotel itself is comfortable and modern. It has a very interesting layout; a big semi-circle of two floors with pool and lawn in the center and parking spaces on the outside directly accross each room. Room was big and bright with a terrace direcly on the center lawn. The restaurant stayed open late which is convenient for late arrivals. There was a private party on the terrace so only inside seating possible. Service was friendly and quick enough. Unfortunately there is no options to charge your electric car. Even in the area around the hotel I did not find anything.

Very clean & bright hotel. I like the second door to separate noise from the hallway & the bedroom, I love the shower that had 3 settings. The bed was huge. I liked the convenience of parking right outside the room. Breakfast was very good. The spa was awesome. Only negatives was the internet (could not connect) and no English channels on tv. The hotel is close to the freeway and there’s signage to find it but little within walking distance. There is a mall several blocks away. I would highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is located about 15 minutes drive from the centre of Vicenza. I attended a class reunion there and it was perfect for a group visit. The building is nondescript and functional and the grounds are pleasant with a nice swimming pool and a spa. The room was large and comfortable enough. The buffet breakfast and the food in general were excellent. The price was quite reasonable and the staff very helpful. This is a good place to stay if you are in a group but is not convenient if you wish to be close to town.

The hotel staff (Denise from the events team and especially Monica from the front office) were all super helpful and very nice throughout the whole stay. The room was nice for a two nights stay and the food in the restaurant delicious (Lunch & dinner). One fact was not understandable for me, how can you charge €305,00 for a meeting room which did not even have pen and paper on the desk neither a glass or bottles of water. After requesting some water we got plastic cups which were easy to flip. Furthermore we got charged for a big pot (Samowa) of black coffee (no milk only sugar) and a plat full of cookies (see attached) for EURO 150,00 (16 persons). Wow crazy and shocking at the same time! I know that some parts of North Italy are expensive but this is ridiculous!

Not worth 4 stars. The breakfast was not good at all, poor of choices. The restaurant’s stuff misunderstood an order ( because the English level is poor ) made us pay for the extra dish that was misunderstood and made us wait one hour before giving us or food. The hotel doesn’t look like the pictures showed. I will never come back. Not worth it.

La stella in meno è perchè la struttura è vecchiotta: all'epoca probabilmente era il top, ma adesso perde colpi. Qualche esempio: moquette (nei corridoi addirittura si notano macchie di vino!), armadi, tendaggi, bagni....mostrano il segno degli anni. Per il resto tutto bene: personale, posizione, colazione, spa, ambiente tranquillo, ampio parcheggio. Eravamo una coppia in junior suite ed abbiamo speso 148€ con colazione e (spa 3 ore): mi sembra un prezzo adeguato all'offerta. Accettano American Express.

Ho prenotato una camera per 3 adulti e mi sono ritrovato in una camera con un letto matrimoniale ed una brandina trasformata in letto. Sono rimasto deluso e credo che un hotel debba curare queso aspetto. Per contro ho cenato con soddisfazione nel ristorante interno dell'hotel.franco
