Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende im Veneto und haben uns für das Hotel Relais Villa Corner della Regina entschieden. Der erste Eindruck vom Haus: WOW, tolle und gepflegte Parkanlage, schönes Gebäude und auch das Zimmer war schön und geräumig. Vom Service waren wir allerdings sehr enttäuscht: der Empfang (sowohl an der Schranke und auch an der Rezeption) waren sehr kühl. Kein Herzlich Willkommen, keine Nachfrage nach der Anreise. Wir haben uns nicht wirklich willkommen gefühlt. Am letzten Abend (Samstag) war dann leider eine Hochzeit im Haus, die uns bis spät in die Nacht nicht schlafen hat lassen. Als wir bei der Rezeption nachgefragt haben, hieß es "Wir sind eine Event Location und Sie haben das in den Vertragsbedingungen unterzeichnet". 1. Ja, es steht auf der Homepage, dass auch Hochzeiten angeboten werden, aber wir haben über booking gebucht und nichts dergleichen unterzeichnet, 2. muss man Nicht-Hochzeitsgästen nicht ein Zimmer DIREKT neben der Party geben man hätte uns gerne auch ins andere Teil des Gebäudes einquartieren können und 3. man kann das ganz auch ein bisschen charmanter lösen. eine kurze Info vorab (dann hätten wir nämlich unseren Abend anders geplant und wären vielleicht noch außer Haus in eine Bar), eine Einladung auf ein Glas Prosecco in der Bar - was weiß ich, aber die Reaktion der Rezeptionistin hat für mich nichts mit Gastfreundlichkeit zu tun. Leider muss ich auch das Frühstück bemängeln, wenig Auswahl, langsamer Service, leergeräumtes Buffet was erst nach 15 Min. wieder aufgefüllt wurde.. In Summe: Leider stimmt hier das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht

Sehr schönes Gebäude, schöne Parkanlage, im Sommer möglicherweise auch schönes Pool. Allerdings zur Zeit unseres Besuches (Oktober 2021) extrem vernachlässigter Service, schmutzige Zimmer (Insekten, Haare im Bad, Schimmel in der Dusche). Bedienungspersonal eher unfreundlich, überarbeitet. Abendessen zweimal absolut ungenießbar.

We stayed at this villa when with a travel group, so we did not select it ourselves. With that said, I probably would have given this place 4.5, but I decided to round up. I loved that this was an old Italian villa. We were in the building next to the check-in office, and it was hard to connect the internet. The management actually came and put a router in so that we could use our electronics. The rooms were nice and big, and there was a connecting door between my and my sister's rooms which was really nice. We extended our stay for two extra days. The venue is very relaxing with lots of old statues decorating the property. The hot water did not take long to get in the shower, and the water pressure was great. We had dinner in the restaurant on the last night, and it was delicious! I had the Irish beef, and the portion was huge! We enjoyed the house wine and walked to a small village about 15 minutes down the road. The hotel is about 40 minutes from the Marco Polo Airport in Venice. The manager of the hotel was extremely efficient and took care of all requests quickly.

My son and daughter in law got married here and we stayed for the weekend then extended our stay. The rooms in the villa itself are incredible. So beautiful and grand. The wedding was amazing. The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. During our extended stay we sampled the other accommodation which is really good and value for money. And the swimming pool where you can get substantial snacks and drinks is fantastic. You can get trains into Treviso and Venice from stations nearby. I’d love to go back. Big thanks to Alberto and Michelle.

The feeling, to live for a week in a castle was simply great. A huge, still very cosy room, and a fantastic view from the windows. An unique experience.

Beautiful location, garden, swimming pool and great, comfortable ground floor apar**ents for a good price which included breakfast. We were helped a lot and given lots of good tips and advice by friendly Andrea who works at reception. Despite being very busy he took time to help us, give advice, call and book restaurants each evening and we enjoyed conversations with him. All the staff for breakfast and cleaners, bar,pool were very helpful and friendly. Thank you Andrea and staff for a wonderful 3 days and best of luck in the future! Best regards, Family van Tuijl

What a beautiful building! You feel as if you are on a movie set. Once the home of the Bahamian Embassy, the grounds are lovely, the pool is exquisite and statuary abounds all over the property. The hotel room itself is very nice. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom has a nice functioning stall shower, the towels are thick although there could have been more counter space. the AC functions properly too. The staff is efficient and friendly
