Hotel Madin

While booking the hotel I was not sure about this hotel. The hotel was far better than my expectations. Rooms are good sized, clean and neat bathrooms are well maintained clean. Restaurant was in ground floor was nice the food was tasty. Good breakfast in morning ***y choices. I checked out for spa but looks like it’s closed maybe due to higher charges. Overall hotel is good for staying

Room was clean and comfortable. Reception could be more friendly. Buffet was €15 which was expensive for what was on offer. Spa and massage was also expensive. No customers there. Hotel is in a quiet area beside shopping mall with Mc Donald's and Burger King.

Mr. Sandeep GM,Not worth it charges 13.5 K per night. Security checking ZERO. We both are senior citizens entered the hotel madin Varanasi around 5 PM from Airport, no security checking at the gate. We had to carry out trollies upto the reception ( could not find even a SINGLE PERSON TILL THE RECEPTION). Wanted to talk to the duty ***ager receptionist brought one person I don't know whom???? He was not able to speak properly . When I asked to talk to you on mobile was told that you are in flight to Delhi. Although I informed while booking the hotel that we don't take onion and garlic and was assured that will get food without that. Every day we were offered very limited options. Wanted to talk to F&B ***ager twice but he was also not available. NOW THE HOTELS ARE EXPLOITING THEIR CUSTMERS BECAUSE OF HIGH INFLOW OF TOURIST. VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED 😞😞😞😞😞😞😞. LAST TIME IN 2020 WE STAYED IN TAJ GANGES, NO ISSUES WITH THEM. THIS TIME TAJ WAS NOT AVAILABLE SOBTRIED MADIN

Modern, clean hotel, a little far from the action but plenty of choices in the vicinity at the end of the day for dinner or a drink and enough locals enticing you to visit their bazaar. Near a local mall too so you can have a quick takeaway, or shop for a few things you might need like tissues - not easily available in India.

I stayed 3 nights at this hotel in December 2023. It is ideally located. Staff were superb, efficient, helpful. Room was spacious, neat and clean, had coffee and electric kettle, wardrobe. Bathroom was spacious, very clean, well stocked with usual stuff. Breakfast, lunch and dinner had superb choice of foods. In fact cheff cooked "Phulka" especially for me. Check in and check out was smooth.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in India. Was welcomed with a rudraksh garland 🙏. Room was the best ever with fantastic coffee / tea ( they provide instant masala tea sachets in room which was so delicious). The food was fantastic. There is a fabulous shopping mall about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again in the future. I highly recommend this hotel.

It's a good hotel, not very central. Polite and accommodating staff. Spacious common areas. Clean and comfortable room. The restaurant was an issue, as there was no well cooked and no taste in the food in a country famous for its spices!!

Very big, modern and beautiful hotel in Varanasi. Rooms the best we had in all north India, great services and clean. Great food in restaurant with choice of buffet or à la carte, air conditionate tough too cold. Terrace pool at 6. Floor rather small and few long chairs but very nice and clean. Safeguard service. Spa & gym also available. Amazing changing rooms with bathroom and showers for both. Good position not too far from Ganges, close to a big mall with fast food, cinema and grocery choices. Staff very friendly.

Fairly modern hotel with good size rooms well appointed and comfortable. Wi-Fi in our room was slow to say the least and usually could only get one or two bars max, our traveling companions were on the same floor but opposite side of the corridor & said the internet was so fast he was able to upload 4,000 photo files in a few days compared to my less than 200 so take the even number room. The coupon set up for the internet is a pain, didn’t work at all first night then expires every 2 days be better to use room # & name Can’t fault the food dinners were very good & breakfast top and tasty selection We had about 8 beers between us the 1st night & was surprised the following evening they were still out & hadn’t replenished, even more surprised 2 days later when still didn’t have, expect better from a hotel of this standard
