Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und ist gut mit Bus oder Metro vom Airport erreichbar (Fußweg 10 bis 15 Minuten). Das Appartement (wir hatten Superior im 3. Stock) ist sehr schön designt und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Riesiger Fernseher mit drei deutschen Programmen. Es gibt nichts zu mosern. Wer es ruhig haben will, der sollte darauf achten ein Zimmer nach hinten zu haben (dafür wohl eher schattig). Nachts kann es schon mal lauter werden (die Fenster schliessen sehr gut), da viele Feierwütige in den Straßen unterwegs sind. Sehr nett war, dass wir um 13.00 Uhr einchecken konnten und hierüber per Whatsapp informiert wurden. Sehr gute traditionelle Bäckerei und kleiner Supermarkt mit fairen Preisen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt und ist sehr sauber. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, Öl (3 kleine Minifläschchen), Salz und Nespresso (3 Kapseln) wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt viele Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe.

Hi, We were all extremely happy with our stay in the penthouse apartment at Feten. Travelled here with my wife and two boys aged 11 and 13. Lucia was very helpful at all times. The apartment is right in the heart of the old city with tapas bars and restaurants literally on your doorstep. After a day exploring and enjoying the sights and restaurants we were able to return and read our books and relax in the spacious apartment. The apartment had excellent sound proofing and once the doors and windows were closed it was so quiet and easy to sleep. Hope to return again in the future. Thanks, Jerry.

A very modern, well equipped apartment in a quiet neighborhood in Valencia. We we just around the corner from cafe's, restaurants, and shops. I would definitely stay in the the Feten again. The building was very safe, the apartment was comfortable, the bathroom was huge.
We were within walking distance to the Central Market, the National Ceramic Museum and Serranos Towers.

The room was amazing. It's an old building converted with high ceilings. It reminded me of an 90s New York loft apartment. It's easy walking distance from the cathedral and the market. The guys on the front desk were really helpful and nice. It's on a busy street with some late night bars, so if you are a very light sleeper this might be an issue. The windows are good and it didn't really bother us. But we are from London so are used to noise. Excellent tapas bar next door

I was in the two bedroom with terrace, the property was fantastic. i was a little worried after reviews about noise and how clean it would be but it was lovely and didn't hear any noise at night. Plenty of room with a lovely terrace for just our use. The bathroom was great and bedroom. One of the best places I've stayed. The one thing that wasn't amazing was the view from terrace but it was still lovely to sit out on in the heat. Would def recommend. Super handy slap bang in the middle of everything too with some great bars and restaurants nearby.

This is an old building beautifully redeveloped into modern apartments. We had a superior double which was clean and renovated in the last 2 years so in great condition. Centrally located in Valencia so you can walk to all the attractions apart from the beach, which is a 15 minute metro ride away. The building has a small reception area staffed during the day, the rest of the time is easy keypad entry.

Our stay here was amazing. Our host was exceptional and went out of his way to help. We checked in and not only did we receive a map and our information but he had provided us with a huge list of restaurants he recommends with details of which of them were in the city/beach and his absolute favourites in bold. He really went above and beyond. Our entire apartment was incredible. The space is huge with everything you could want; dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave. Everywhere was really clean with lots of towels. The television had Netflix and Disney+ to watch. I cannot recommend this place enough.
